My experience is yet to be over but I made an appointment for service online and made an appointment for Friday. I arrived with my vehicle and was told they would not check my car until Monday. I did not want to leave my vehicle all weekend so they told if I left it they would check it Saturday and that I would get a call on Saturday letting me know what was wrong. But I was wrong. No one called. When I realized no one was going to call, I called and they were closed. So now my car was going to be there until Monday. Monday morning I get a text from the service advisor who told me everything that was wrong with my car. Of course it's expensive since it's a dealership but I agreed to pay and have them fix my car. At 12 pm I texted the same service advisor asking for a time as to when my car would be ready and he said he would let me know. At 4 pm he still hadn't told me so I sent him a message asking for an update. He did not reply. At 5 pm I called the service department and no one answered so I left a Voicemail. At 7 pm I called the service department and again had to leave a voicemail. Still waiting...I guess these people do not think about inconveniencing their costumers since I have to use someone else's car to go to work and need to make sure someone is available to take me to pick it up when it is ready. read more

I have tried reaching out to this place for the better part of a month and a half trying to get my 2017 Chevrolet Trax looked at and a recall fixed. I made 3 attempts at communication and left my cell number and email each time. When I contacted them the third and final time and explained my situation, all I was told was, "our deepest apologies", which didn't feel sincere at all, and when I asked if there's a timeframe for when I could expect a callback or email, they said they don't have one and promptly ended the communication. It has been nothing short of frustrating dealing with this place and I do not recommended it in the least bit if you need help with recalls. They just don't care. read more

I'm back and the issues with my vehicle have yet to be corrected. My husband and I have never purchased a Buick before but we are highly disappointed that we did purchase from Mark Christopher. I can't help but feel like it's the color of our skin that we are being treated this way. We have been professional, more than patience but enough is a enough. I have even reached out to GM and their customer service isn't any better. This dealership recommended some protective coating for the car. I didn't want but my husband said we're getting it it cost an additional 800+ dollars. Well after the application the car was returned all scratched up. Even inside where it was applied discolored the vehicle. The car went back several times but the problems still persists. This car was purchased brand new no scratches no discoloration to the inside, so the damage to the vehicle needs to be rectified. In addition to all this, the dash was falling apart since day 1, the day we purchased the car, which was 10/10/20. We requested another car that day and was told that the dash board could be repaired. WTH, why is a repaired needed on a car that hadn't been off the lot 30 minutes, it's brand new not used? My husband and I even requested that they just give us another car, they've been dragging their feet, ignoring the phone calls and emails. What type of service is this? We have asked for nothing more than what is rightfully due and that is to repair the vehicle and if it cannot be repaired it should be replaced. So with the many back and forth to this lot, the dash that I voiced concern about on the day the car was purchased had totally begun to come apart so the whole thing had to be repaired. Now there's a lot of rattling when driving the vehicle no to mention the other issues I've voiced concern about over the last several months. One last thing, I did take the vehicle to be looked (different Buick dealership and GM) at and there is evident damage to the exterior paint and interior. Despite what Matt the sales manager informed me of when you sit your cup in the cup holder in the center console, a cup, bottle, whatever should not be leaning to the right. My husband and I are hard working members of this community and do not deserve the treatment we are receiving. All we have asked is that Mark Christopher do the right thing and take care of a car that most likely has lot rot due to sitting so long before it sold. I say that because we drove another vehicle that had 6 miles on it but the sales person, Johnny who helped us ( by the way knew absolutely nothing about the car he was selling) told us that we couldn't have the car because something about it had no oil and there was a lock on it to keep the transporters from driving the vehicles when they off load them. He went and got this car, the car that's giving us all these headaches. Every person that reads this, ask yourself, when you buy a brand new vehicle what do you expect to get in the first year of ownership, let's give it 2.5 years? I believe most people would expect a peace of mind and that's what we expected and that was the purpose of purchasing a new vehicle vs. used. I commute so my husband wanted me to be on the road in a reliable vehicle. The only reason the vehicle should be returning to the dealership is for routine maintenance. We went to mark christopher yesterday 6/8/2024 and they were AMAZING! We went in pretty much knowing what we wanted but we're open to suggestions. Greg Hess and JC were awesome! We went in wanting to look at Trail Blazers and they suggested we take a look at the trax as well. We test drove both and then also let me look at them side by side so I could compare. Also while test driving pointed out certain features I might not normally think of right away. Once back inside they ran numbers and got me the best deal possible. The whole time the paperwork was being drawn up Greg and JC both kept checking on us offering us water and coffee which made us feel so comfortable. So my GMC app alerted me that I had a recall so I made an appointment last week for today. Got there right at 8am. Mr. Avo came out and let me know it might be 3 hours. I was dreading the wait cuz I have major back issues. But the waiting area had softer chairs that made it comfortable for me. 2 hours later Avo calls me and says come meet me outside your truck is done. 2 recalls fixed, oil change done, tire rotation done and point inspection done. Don't buy a vehicle from here. I think we got a Lemon. We have had several Issues with our 2018 Buick Enclave its a beautiful car. However when we have to take it in to service wait time is super long. You usually have to leave it a few days. They say since covid they have been under staff. But its been years and they just need to hire more people already. Customer service is not the best and they do not always have loaners. So then you pay out of pocket for a car rental. Last time i took my car in, it was for an oil leak, so I had to leave it for days again. And now a few months later I still have the same oil leak. Its super frustrating. read more

Never buy your parts here, all of their parts counter People are extremely rude towards customers especially Jose aka Mr. Black Glasses , and don't find anything wrong with it. They think it's a joke, but no one should deserve this customer service, especially from a dealership. I expect it more from a family owned parts store, not a Chevy dealership. I was told from one parts employee, that I had to wait because I am not his normal customer. Every time I have gone for parts, it takes minimum 15 minutes to print out my invoice and pay. I am not the only person that I know that has had this same experience with this parts department. Ridiculous and I refuse to go back. read more

Took my 2018 Chevy Equinox in due to having some issues shifting. I dropped it off on a Friday at 8AM and took me reaching out on a Tuesdays mid morning to get an update on diagnostics and more than $200 in a scan later they told me it was my transmission and it was going to be almost $9,000 to replace it. I took the car back and had a second diagnostic done by a transmission only shop whom told me that it was most definitely NOT a transmission issue, the shop directed me to mechanic who also let me know it was NOT a transmission issue. It was just the coils and spark plugs. They changed them for me and my car has been running great without the help of Mark Christopher Chevrolet. read more

Unfortunately this is not a positive review, which is usually what my Yelp reviews are. This time, I felt the need to post a warning to other consumers NOT to take their vehicles to Mark Christopher Chevrolet for service. Not only is their service awful, but they have no communication at all. Our $100k+ vehicle has had nothing but issues with them. One time they tried to give my car back and the transmission had an issue (was never there before) and the car wouldn't start. The "repairs" they've done are horrible. They don't have loaner cars- so be prepared to go without a car for a while. We've been waiting to get our parts for over two months and still haven't contacted us. We've called and left messages- yet, nothing. What a joke! At least at Mercedes Ontario- they give me a car to use while they are working on it. Horrible customer service. The WORST read more
