Purchased a brand new 2024 GMC 3500 from these guys due to the no dealer markup I flew from Northern California just to get it from them. Everything was great. Process was smooth drove home, put 300 miles on the vehicle and the check engine light goes went off. Vehicle gets towed to gmc up in Northern California. 27days later I still have no vehicle. Ubers adding up. Got offered no rental nothing. $117k for owning it less than a month. Reached out to Mark Cristopher, who sold me the truck and advised them of the situation. I texted and called the salesman that sold me The vehicle still to this day has not responded to me 20 days later. I then reached out to a manager Lloyd spoke to him on a Friday. Today is a Thursday was supposed to get a call back on Monday. Still no phone call no nothing. I've called him twice and left voicemails. Still nothing. I will have to be contacting a lemon law lawyer at this point this is too high of a purchase for such horrible customer service. read more

I made an appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation, since the GMC, Buick, Cadillac service center I usually go to is a bit far after my move. I showed up about 10 minutes early for the appointment and waited over 2 hours for the service. When I got my car back, I noticed it was not washed as my last service center would have done. I asked if it was maybe an oversight, and was told they only do curtesy washes for Cadillacs, not Buicks. Plus the price for service was almost double what my last service center would have charged. In the future, I will drive the extra distance instead of going back to this location. read more

I bought my first car in 2012 from them. It was a 2012 chevy cruise base model in black. After doing thorough research I decided to come here to buy the car. As with any dealership theres sales people lounging around "eager" to help people buy a car. My guy jaison? Or Jason was really nice, helpful and friendly. I told him I wanted to test drive a new Chevy cruze base model and he let us test drive multiple cars giving us information about each one. They had a seperate lot at the time with so many selections to choose from in a variety of colors. We were able to even take it on the freeway to test its acceleration. When we decided to go with this particular cruze the negotiating part wasen't painful at all. They played ball and we got a great deal on the car with a low APR. We were satisfied with it. The financing dept next handled us quickly and efficiently and we were out the door with my new car in no time!!! (Unlike BMW of Monrovia, SMH) Over the years I've had multiple oil changes here and they have a nice little waiting area to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Depending on how busy or what day you went, it took anywhere from 30 min to 2 hrs. This is a great dealership to buy your chevy from. I cant wait to check them out again especially with thr new remodel!!! read more

HORRIBLE!!! My hubby found a vehicle from this dealership. It took some negotiation, but he got he price he wanted. He got paperwork to get a loan from our bank. He drove out to test drive the vehicle and all seemed fine. Then our bank sent the check directly to them for payment IN FULL, and the dealership confirmed receipt on Wed or Thurs. We were going to go the following Saturday to pick up the van. On the Friday before, the salesman called my husband and told him that the vehicle he was about to pick up was sold! WTH! How is this good business to have a deal completely arranged with check in hand and then sell the vehicle to someone else? To pull the rug out right at the end? Not to mention the COLOSSAL waste of time on everyone's part. Did that salesman have that much time to waste jerkin' my hubby around? Thankfully, they did not cash the check so it was voided. I've never seen such shady practices from an auto salesman. I would never recommend this place, an in fact, I will tell EVERYONE I know never to go here. At least, the other dealership we went to was honest. They were up front that they weren't going to push, nor were they going to go down on the price. I RESPECT that. That place was Connell Chevrolet. Go there. At a minimum, you won't have the rug pulled from under your feet as your standing on it to sign the contract. read more

Terrible experience.. They way they conduct themselves during the purchasing process is disappointing to say the least. They treated me as if I were stupid essentially. Every time I would request information or hard numbers they would revert to discussing payment amounts. Your trying to sell me multiple products (gap, extended warranty, other extras) what is the damn price?! Why do you keep discussing payment?! Once we have a total amount.. the payment amount will be what it is. Additionally, although this tactic my be legal it is immoral and potentially a huge waste of time.. this part infuriated me.. once your are finally presented with some final numbers to look at.. you'll notice they tack on an "aftermarket" charge to your final sale.. this amount is additional to your already pre-negotiated and agreed upon price!! What the heck!!? Yes so essentially they charge you extras ( in my case it was some GPS crap, supposedly ) and never bothered to mention it prior.. like at all! WTH! This should be illegal but unfortunately it's not. The fact they do this.. and more importantly they way they do it is extremely upsetting, it's very deceiving. I had them remove this charge and i purchased the vehicle still.. but honestly I should have walked away from this deal. I will never consider purchasing a vehicle from mark christopher again. Arrived on time for my 8am apt (Recall). Was told the wait was roughly 2hrs, agreed and waited. After numerous inquiry for updates, on the 3rd hour i see my vehicle barely being driven into the shop after i was told by Eric it is already being tended to this whole time. I waited and wasted 3 hrs of my time for no reason bec the process was completed in roughly 20mins from the time they actually went to go work on my truck. They were blaming the Wifi being bad btw, which was bs in my opinion. Checked in at 0800 and out at 1137am. It was overall a horrible experience. read more

Brought the car in to be fixed. Repair side of the business was supposed to have a car waiting for my as a loner while my car is in the shop. The keys were nowhere to be found. However. Even so we had to wait an hour and a half to be issued a new loner, the sales side of the business could have just told us to come back. GERALD worked his butt off to find us another rental so we had a car to drive. He is an incredible employee and dealt with a mess that wasn't his to deal with. He saved our entire experience. I have been attempting to reach Cadillac service at this location all day and even left a voice mail message as well as a message with the operator and when i didn't receive a call back for several hours called again and was told by a giggling operator everyone was at lunch that she was sure I'd receive a call back after. Tried again and was told line was busy. Last time I called, Operator attempted to transfer me but was again told that the line was busy. When I explained that it was hard for me to believe the line is busy each time I've called,, she replied in a scolding manner to be patient as she would connect me with the Chevrolet service since only one service ctr that was open today. No apologies for not hearing from anyone or being unable to reach anyone??? I wish I had been told only one service are was open earlier! And isn't it at least common courtesy to inform a caller regarding the delay? Since they aren't able to return a phone call or at least have the operator make me feel like a valued customer They missed an opportunity to earn my future business!
