We weren't in for service we were looking at different trim panels for the new Silverado's and your delivery on customer service has still not been satisfactory and your sales approach with your dealership is aggressive to say the least. Be open to shoppers that are most likely to return after looking at all avenues of a specific unit when they are shopping for new. When we bought our 4 runner the dealership made it a point to find us the model and had it delivered from miles away with everything we were looking for because they took the time with us. But yours lost a Silverado sale due the inability to work with your customers and show them the options. Stay humbled. Loose that commission aspect and might really see a customer service influence. Just a personal perspective from an manger in a similar automotive repair industry. Which why the wife, (now writing this part of a second review) walked away from your service not once but now twice. I was a Honda guy through and through. However I wanted to shop around and was connected with an Alex Sarabia. I have to say I'm very weary and skeptical on car salesmen, but Alex was a really cool guy. He was knowledgeable, not pushy (which I especially appreciate as I don't like to feel like someone has their hands in my pocket for money), and very patient, as I can be difficult to work with at times with many questions and then more questions on top of that lol. I found a 2024 chevy colorado truck for sale on line. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday to look at the truck and they were not able to locate it as I was getting ready to head to the dealership. I then received a call that the truck was located the next day but would not be able to give me the advertised price. The sales guy Alex. Was pretty nice and was really trying to do his best to help me but the price was out of his hands which I understand. He asked me to go in to look at the truck and be there in person to possibly get a better price. They did come down a bit but not at the advertised price so I ended up leaving on sunday. I got a call the next day about the truck and they came down a little more and closer to the advertised priced finally. so I agreed on the price over the phone and told them to wash and fill up the gas tank and left work since it would take me about 2 hours. As I was about 45 min away. I got a text that the truck was sold. Again, I liked Alex the sales person helping me but if the finance or gm would have worked with me from the beginning at pricing that was advertised it would have made my experience alot better and smooth. Also, since they new I was serious and let them run my credit and told them I was on my way from 50+ miles away.. they should have held the truck for at least 2 hours since i had told them that i would leave early from work at the moment i agreed on the price and make the drive. read more

This review is for the service department. I had my 2016 chevy silverado service truck, with roughly 40k miles on it, towed into their service department to get repaired after I went to start it and the truck started dumping fuel into my driveway, and would not fire up. After the service department looked it over, they quoted me roughly $1200 to replace the fuel pump, which I thought was outrageous, so I contacted GM customer service to see if they would help out with the cost. Long story short, the truck was sitting there for about a month while GM customer service did absolutely nothing. The dealership ended giving me a discount after complaining about it and we agreed to get the work done for $1070 (looking into it further, they still ended up charging me list price for the fuel pump, not sure what they discounted) So, I go to pickup the truck and they hand me a brand new key with no alarm fob..yes that's a problem, my alarm fob is an aftermarket viper pager alarm with a 1 mile range, which I use daily as it remote starts the motor to run an air compressor, that way nobody can jump in the truck and drive off while on a service call. Secondly, I looked under the truck, saw that they broke a mounting flange for the fuel tank skid guard. I promptly asked them to make it right. The director, or manager of service "Jeff" implied that he should be charging me for the new key apparently, he thinks that they did me a favor by losing my alarm fob and old key. I questioned him, he told me he's not responsible for my missing keys...apparently they don't check for keys when vehicles get towed in, so it's not their fault if they don't have it.....and i'm guessing, it's policy not to contact the customer when they discover that the keys are "missing". "Jeff" instructed me to contact the towing company to see if they had the keys, which I did, the original driver specifically said he handed the keys to an woman at the service department, who may have been pregnant, his words, not mine. I call and leave messages letting them know they owe me a viper alarm key fob, which costs $130. As for the broken fuel tank shield, "Jeff", verbally accepted responsibility "because the damage looked fresh" and promised to order and replace that part. over 2 weeks later, they have not called me back to get me an ETA or anything of the sort. Of course, I got ZERO apologies for leaving my truck damaged and missing alarm remote. Now it looks like they're dodging my phone calls. I really don't have time to fight this in small claims, and they know it. To anyone going there for service, if you get anything promised, don't make the same mistakes as me... get a "due bill" for anything promised, and I would advise you take a cell phone video of you physically handing the keys to someone there. I work with several large fleets in the area. I asked the mechanics there about future service needs for service trucks, they suggested I go to Rotolo Chevrolet next time. I'll follow their advice, I suggest you do the same, otherwise, good luck. read more

ZERO SERVICE I inquired about a vehicle. Salesperson Mike Sheridan replied. He did recommend the truck class I needed, but then sent a generic link to their entire inventory and stated, "...you can navigate to new gmc inventory through here." I told him as the salesperson he should ask qualifying questions of customers to discover needs and then present options - the sales process - rather than ask the customer to search. His response? I bought my 2023 GMC canyon at4 on February 25th on my bday but i was not able to drive it because a light turned on they had to service it. On March 5th my trucks radio screen and speedometer stopped working it all went black. When I bought the vehicle the salesman and everyone was if any issues give us a call and we will take care of you. I called the salesman if he could help out or advised me who to call. He was no help and brushed me off. Guess he got the sale and was not my problem anymore. I called the service department and they put me on hold for 30 min. When i was finally able to talk to someone they treated me rudely and said they can not do anything about it. Guess i was wrong thinking this car dealership was different because they really made you feel like they would go beyond and take care of you after buying the vehicle. I had to make my own arrangements to get my truck to a GMC service department. I would not recommend this location and would not be back to this location. read more

Because of my work schedule and the fact I am on the phone a lot of the day, like I am sure many car salesmen are; the last thing I want to do is talk on the phone any longer than I have to. Also, in my initial response, I asked him to provide the best out the door pricing for the Colorado based on my zip code...which is probably the other reason he didn't bother to follow up. We bought a new Silverado back at the end of May. We have already had to bring it in twice for service. My husband had to take the day off today to bring it in and they basically said he had to leave the car and would get no rental until the car had received a full diagnostic. They said they could only run the diagnostic at the end of the day. He brought the car in at 10am! We had to rearrange our entire schedule to get someone to pick him up from the dealership because they basically said you can wait over 7 hours or nothing. I've had a terrible experience so far and am not likely to purchase another vehicle in the future. read more
