My experience buying a Cadillac here was awesome! Jesse Reyna took his time showing me the car, explaining everything about the car, and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. Not once did I feel rushed or feel like he was just trying to "make a sale." He even brought me a snack while I was waiting for them to complete the paperwork. When we were discussing price, they worked with me on the numbers and were transparent about what they could and couldn't do. I'm a first-time Cadillac owner, and I have to say I'm impressed with the customer service. Jesse said he would be delivering my car to me, but I told him it wouldn't be necessary because I lived far away (over 30 miles one way). He told me it was no problem, and besides, it was their policy to have my car delivered to me. "Welcome to Cadillac," he said. I called the service center to schedule a visit for three things. First, an oil change, second, a recall, and third, the touchscreen in the center console had spots that were not responsive to touch. When I called to schedule, they said they did not have parts for the recall; but could get them in a day. They also mentioned that they would probably need the vehicle for most of they day, so if I could drop it off in the morning, that would be best. That all was fine, I made the appointment for a few weeks out, for an early AM drop off. Since the work could take a while, they confirmed that they would give me an Uber home. When I arrived at the maintenance center, there was a long line of cars before it even opened. When a representative finally got to my vehicle, they mentioned there was a long line, but they would do what they can. Also, they asked if I was staying there or leaving. I told them that I was told I could get an Uber home. The representative was taken back and said that they do not do that. After some discussion, they had me talk to another representative inside. Eventually, instead of ordering me an Uber, they said they would reimburse me for my own. Throughout the whole day I never received any updates on the status. About 2 hours before they closed, I called to check in. They said the oil change was done, they didn't have parts for the recall, and the touchscreen was bad, it would need to be replaced. Since I had scheduled it so far in advance, I was really upset when they said they didn't have the parts. As for the display, I knew would need to be replaced, I was primarily interested in an estimate, which came out to around to $1200, decided to pass on that. I went to get the vehicle, since they were essentially done with it. When I got there, they somehow just got the parts in for the recall and asked if I could wait another hour or come back the next day. I told them absolutely not and to give me my keys. It was at this time I learned I would have to email in the Uber receipt for reimbursement, and the best part, they charged me $100 to let me know the display was bad! Later that night, I emailed the Uber receipt to the service rep. Also, I found the display online for about $100. Apparently, GM has an ongoing issue with these. It took me just over an hour to replace it myself. How they can charge $1200 is beyond me. About 2 weeks went by and I had had not received the Uber reimbursement, so I called to check in and got some story about why it wasn't issued yet, but they would get it done. Another couple of weeks, still nothing so I called again. This time they asked me to resubmit the receipt since they couldn't find it from the first time, so I did. About another month goes by, still no reimbursement, I call once again. Some new story about how it should be coming, blah blah blah. Fast forward almost 4 months and about a dozen phone calls, and I finally get the reimbursement. I will never be going back to this service center and will never recommend them to anyone. read more

They'll tell you that a vehicle is certified pre-owned on their web site, on the paperwork in the window of the vehicle, and in the CarFax that THEY provide. Then they'll try to sneak it out of the deal at the negotiating table and act like you're crazy when you bring it up. Then they look even more ridiculous when you show them the web site and the car fax report. I was ready to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a vehicle and all they had to do was give me what THEY were advertising. I called to speak with a manager the next day and I don't remember the guy's name, but all he did was try to talk down to me and make me out to be the bad guy... I had to remind him that I'm the customer, but he didn't seem to understand that concept. I purchased a 2016 Cadillac Escalade and on a day with 14 mph winds, the door hinge snapped off, hyper extended and caused body damage to my vehicle. Cadillac had sent me to everyone to have it looked at. Caliber Collision, as well as Mark Christopher. When I arrived at Mark Christopher the service manager was argumentative from the beginning like he already awoke with a chip on his shoulder and as if I had done something I should have been aware of prior to my arrival. A car in general, but a Cadillac should have an expectation to safely drive in 14 mph winds. Cadillac says this was an environmental issue, but 14 mph winds is a very nominal wind speed throughout the US. If you want a nice paperweight added to your front yard, be sure to get an Escalade, but do not drive it unless you are absolutely sure the wind is LESS than 14 mph. Cadillac has no interest in even taking possession of the part that had catastrophic failure either to prevent others from this happening to them in the future. I would advise everyone reading this to avoid an Escalade purchase, that is unless they plan on not using the doors, if that is the case by all means. Cadillac will tell you everything you want to hear to make the sale, but once that ink has dried forget customer loyalty. To these people you are fodder, I've seen single use Styrofoam containers get more respect than the way I was treated. read more

Dropped my vehicle off for service and waited over an hour for their "courtesy shuttle" driver to come out from the back and take me back to my home. Some young kid named Kenny finally comes out from the back and asks loudly and in an extremely rude manner "who was the one who kept asking for a shuttle?!" I told him I was the one who had been asking for shuttle service to which he responded "oh ok, well just to let you know we don't give out a time card (time frame is what I assume he meant) and we're not on your time here!" Before I could even react or respond to his comment, he started doing roll call and shouting out names to get in the courtesy shuttle bus. He called a woman named Esther first, then mispronounced my last name and when I corrected him he responded "whatever, I don't care" at which point I asked to speak to his supervisor. At this point even the woman Esther refused to ride with him because of his hostility. I have worked in customer service for nearly 20 years and have never encountered such unprofessional, disrespectful behavior from anyone in a customer service position. This is my first time owning a GM vehicle and bringing it to this service location, I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted that this type of behavior is tolerated by such a well known company. After speaking to the service manager Rodney Reid, formal complaints were taken from both myself and Esther. Rodney was very professional and courteous, he apologized on behalf of his employee and excused himself, he quickly arranged an alternate shuttle for Esther as well as myself to take us to our respective residences. If it wasn't for Rodney's helpfulness and professionalism I would be giving this location zero stars! *Car Owners Beware, Kenny the shuttle man is NOT anyone you want to be taking a ride with! read more

I made an appointment and drove out... no one knew anything of the buyback event and to add insult to injury they wouldn't even offer me bluebook value (trade-in) for my vehicle. I told them CarMax offered significantly more and their response was to scoff and tell me to go sell it to CarMax then. Talk about redemption I took my truck in on the 9th after making an appointment with Nobu to have my battery looked at. When I showed up, I advised someone from the Service team that I was here to see Nobu and I had an appointment. Nobu never showed up, instead I was greeted by Aveo. I was initially told that my truck was going to have to stay overnight depending on the situation of my battery, which was ok with me. After a full 24 hours, I have not heard anything. I tried calling Nobu twice. On the second try a lady who answered the phone told me that she will email him my info so that he can call me back. An hour and a half later, nothing. I called him a third time and I believe the same lady gave me an update stating that nothing was done to my truck. I am now under the impression that my truck has been there for over 24 hours and it has not been touched. I requested to speak with a Manager and I spoke with Matt. I explained to Matt the situation. I explained that I am not happy with the fact it has been over 24 hours and I have not been notified by Nobu of the situation with my truck. Matt jumped on it right away and had Nobu call me. When Nobu called me he completely dismissed the fact that I wasn't pleased by his lack of follow up about my truck. Nobu then began to have an attitude with me, which only made the situation worse. Keep in mind that this is my first time ever coming here. During our conversation I told Nobu to put Matt back on the phone. After speaking with Matt, I requested to have another Service Advisor (which he did Aveo) and he stated that he will get me an update on my truck, which he also did. I received a call from Aveo who gave me an update and was on it from when he took it over all the way until the end. At the end of everything, Aveo and Matt took care of me and through their works and good faith restored my confidence on coming back. With Nobu, do not have him as your Service Advisor. He is rude, unprofessional and a horrible lack of follow through. Aveo and Matt needs a raise in pay and or a promotion! read more

Went there to buy a $40K used truck (called first - they said yes it is in stock "waiting for you"); looked at, started working on the deal (trade, add ons, etc.)......took for a second test drive while "manager" was working on finalizing the deal. When I got back I was waiting in the lobby for the sales person to let me know what the final numbers would look like. 15 minutes or so later, she comes back and say's "sorry but the truck has already been sold" WTF? I'm no pimply 18-year old with aspirations for a vehicle I cannot afford. I was ready and able to purchase that vehicle, that day. I have NEVER experienced anything like that in 30 years of buying various cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Horrible service over all. No communication no follow ups or updates. Waited 2 weeks for a pump that arrived under a week. All under warranty and was not given a complementary vehicle when it should be offered with warranty work. Told to rent a vehicle and I'll get reimbursed. I opened a case in July for the reimbursement and im still waiting and been going back and forth with GMC corporate and their unprofessional staff for over there fighting for a reimbursement that they're also adjusting to their dollar amount not the full rental. I recently had my vehicle repaired at this dealership. As soon as I brought my car home, I began smelling gas and burning rubber. I drove it a total of 20 miles or so before gas began pouring out of the gas tank onto my driveway, and I realized the gas tank had a bolt drilled into it surrounded by rubber, which was clearly meant to seal it. There is no doubt this happened to my car while in the care of the dealership since the odor began as soon as I picked it up, and the driveway where I park my car at night has a home security camera, and no suspicious activity was detected between when the car was picked up and when it began leaking. After having the car towed back to the dealership, they claim they are not liable and say I can't prove it happened there. They said if a mechanic had accidentally damaged the vehicle while it was being worked on, the mechanic would admit that (that sounds likely). They also claim that it did not happen while being stored overnight on their lot even though they admit the area where they store vehicles does not have video surveillance on every space. I would expect a large dealership like this to provide a safe place for vehicles with adequate video surveillance, but like many people who have already left reviews here, this dealership does not meet expectations when it comes to quality or customer service. read more

I was there today to find out why my engine light keeps coming on and they want to charge me $330 just to look at it to see if my extended warranty covers it. What a joke. I am not one to ever write a review on a bad experience at a car dealership but today I couldn't resist. I have been a Chevy owner for quite some time and nothing bad about the product or my vehicle but man stay away from this service drive ! This morning I brought my car in for an oil change service bright and early at 8am sharp. I had my 3 year old with me and family and came down to get a basic service done and obviously I know it will take probably 4-5 hours which I decided to leave my vehicle there and come back later when it was done. I was helped out by nobu yeh like the restaurant except without the class and professionalism. He seemed nice at first but told me at 1130 my car would be done so I went home. I tried calling the dealership sales, parts, service department for over 2.5 hours and not one human ever picked up the phone I couldn't believe it like don't u guys want me to spend my money and I'm just needing some assistance. So after 2.5 hours I rummaged through my car and found nobu cell and business card called 3-4 times same thing... I am like wtf is going on with this dealership and there service department.. I go down there at 245 to check on my car and he tells me oh ughhhhh let me call the tech to see what's going on I hear them have a full on conversation and that he hasn't even started on my vehicle at all so nobu comes back over all fake professional and says oh sir it's almost done 15 min he just has to put oil in the vehicle lol I was like sir I'm in the automotive industry and work at a dealership this is unacceptable. I decide to drive back home again and not wait around at 415 I get a call my vehicle is done and I have to stop what I'm doing and cruise down to be there to pick it up by 5 and closing time lol.. this is called brain damage I don't understand what's going on over there but if I was the gm or service manager I would clean house and hire some quality people that care about there customers and about there people. An oil change on a vehicle shouldn't take from 8:30-4:15 unless changing oil on a Bugatti Maybe. They will gladly grab my credit card to accept payment for there shit service so kudos to u guys. I have never been to a dealership where even the sales department doesn't answer the phone !! Blew my mind if you come here just beware of what's in store potentially for u..
