Talk about redemption I took my truck in on the 9th after making an appointment with Nobu to have my battery looked at. When I showed up, I advised someone from the Service team that I was here to see Nobu and I had an appointment. Nobu never showed up, instead I was greeted by Aveo. I was initially told that my truck was going to have to stay overnight depending on the situation of my battery, which was ok with me. After a full 24 hours, I have not heard anything. I tried calling Nobu twice. On the second try a lady who answered the phone told me that she will email him my info so that he can call me back. An hour and a half later, nothing. I called him a third time and I believe the same lady gave me an update stating that nothing was done to my truck. I am now under the impression that my truck has been there for over 24 hours and it has not been touched. I requested to speak with a Manager and I spoke with Matt. I explained to Matt the situation. I explained that I am not happy with the fact it has been over 24 hours and I have not been notified by Nobu of the situation with my truck. Matt jumped on it right away and had Nobu call me. When Nobu called me he completely dismissed the fact that I wasn't pleased by his lack of follow up about my truck. Nobu then began to have an attitude with me, which only made the situation worse. Keep in mind that this is my first time ever coming here. During our conversation I told Nobu to put Matt back on the phone. After speaking with Matt, I requested to have another Service Advisor (which he did Aveo) and he stated that he will get me an update on my truck, which he also did. I received a call from Aveo who gave me an update and was on it from when he took it over all the way until the end. At the end of everything, Aveo and Matt took care of me and through their works and good faith restored my confidence on coming back. With Nobu, do not have him as your Service Advisor. He is rude, unprofessional and a horrible lack of follow through. Aveo and Matt needs a raise in pay and or a promotion! read more

OMG! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! Went there to buy a $40K used truck (called first - they said yes it is in stock "waiting for you"); looked at, started working on the deal (trade, add ons, etc.)......took for a second test drive while "manager" was working on finalizing the deal. When I got back I was waiting in the lobby for the sales person to let me know what the final numbers would look like. 15 minutes or so later, she comes back and say's "sorry but the truck has already been sold" WTF? I'm no pimply 18-year old with aspirations for a vehicle I cannot afford. I was ready and able to purchase that vehicle, that day. I have NEVER experienced anything like that in 30 years of buying various cars, trucks, and motorcycles. I recently had my vehicle repaired at this dealership. As soon as I brought my car home, I began smelling gas and burning rubber. I drove it a total of 20 miles or so before gas began pouring out of the gas tank onto my driveway, and I realized the gas tank had a bolt drilled into it surrounded by rubber, which was clearly meant to seal it. There is no doubt this happened to my car while in the care of the dealership since the odor began as soon as I picked it up, and the driveway where I park my car at night has a home security camera, and no suspicious activity was detected between when the car was picked up and when it began leaking. After having the car towed back to the dealership, they claim they are not liable and say I can't prove it happened there. They said if a mechanic had accidentally damaged the vehicle while it was being worked on, the mechanic would admit that (that sounds likely). They also claim that it did not happen while being stored overnight on their lot even though they admit the area where they store vehicles does not have video surveillance on every space. I would expect a large dealership like this to provide a safe place for vehicles with adequate video surveillance, but like many people who have already left reviews here, this dealership does not meet expectations when it comes to quality or customer service. read more

Once upon a time I truly lived and stood by Mark Christopher auto dealership. I've purchased three cars from here starting back in 2014. Service has gone way downhill and I'm so disappointed. I was there today to find out why my engine light keeps coming on and they want to charge me $330 just to look at it to see if my extended warranty covers it. What a joke. Remind you I had to have the same service checked approximately eight months ago, they kept my car for over a week so something was going on...I'm having the same issue my 2015 Camaro only has 50,000 miles on it what the heck is going on??? read more

I am not one to ever write a review on a bad experience at a car dealership but today I couldn't resist. I have been a Chevy owner for quite some time and nothing bad about the product or my vehicle but man stay away from this service drive ! This morning I brought my car in for an oil change service bright and early at 8am sharp. I had my 3 year old with me and family and came down to get a basic service done and obviously I know it will take probably 4-5 hours which I decided to leave my vehicle there and come back later when it was done. I was helped out by nobu yeh like the restaurant except without the class and professionalism. He seemed nice at first but told me at 1130 my car would be done so I went home. I tried calling the dealership sales, parts, service department for over 2.5 hours and not one human ever picked up the phone I couldn't believe it like don't u guys want me to spend my money and I'm just needing some assistance. So after 2.5 hours I rummaged through my car and found nobu cell and business card called 3-4 times same thing... I am like wtf is going on with this dealership and there service department.. I go down there at 245 to check on my car and he tells me oh ughhhhh let me call the tech to see what's going on I hear them have a full on conversation and that he hasn't even started on my vehicle at all so nobu comes back over all fake professional and says oh sir it's almost done 15 min he just has to put oil in the vehicle lol I was like sir I'm in the automotive industry and work at a dealership this is unacceptable. I decide to drive back home again and not wait around at 415 I get a call my vehicle is done and I have to stop what I'm doing and cruise down to be there to pick it up by 5 and closing time lol.. this is called brain damage I don't understand what's going on over there but if I was the gm or service manager I would clean house and hire some quality people that care about there customers and about there people. An oil change on a vehicle shouldn't take from 8:30-4:15 unless changing oil on a Bugatti Maybe. They will gladly grab my credit card to accept payment for there shit service so kudos to u guys. I have never been to a dealership where even the sales department doesn't answer the phone !! Blew my mind if you come here just beware of what's in store potentially for u.. I purchased a preowned Cadillac on March 19th, 2019 from Mark Christopher Cadillac. It was essential to have an AWD vehicle and, since these are difficult to find in my area, I drove to Ontario. This was the closet dealership to me that had the vehicle with the desired specifications. To say that my experience was disappointing and frustrating is an understatement. Vehicle location - Work still needed to be performed after making the purchase so the vehicle was left with the dealership for an additional seven calendar days. During this time, OnStar was enable so we could view the vehicle's location and the vehicle was taken offsite the evening of the 19th and 20th to restaurants and, rather than being returned to the dealership, the vehicle was taken to two different residential locations, one each night. When I discussed this with Ahmed, it was brushed off. I did forward him the screenshots that I have showing the locations. This being said, it did not happen again. I completely understand moving the car to a specialty shop to attend to items addressed in the Due Bill but this was not the case. Misleading, Deceit - Guaranteed by Cadillac, all CPO vehicles are to be sold with two keys. When my husband and I visited the dealership to view and, four hours later, take the vehicle home, I asked Kat more than once about the second key. Kat, more than once, advised that the car only comes with one key, not two. I asked her to check on this. She left, came back and said that she checked with Ahmed and only key is required. Anyone that visits the Cadillac Preowned website will tell you that this is a lie. Over six weeks later, they dealership is still refusing to make good on this guarantee. Ahmed advised that they have a mobile key company but he would not send them to us. The dealership is over two hours from where we live, one way. If we were to simply drive there and back, it's four hours out of our work day or a rate day off to solve a problem that was created by Mark Christopher Cadillac. Aside from drive time, this does not take into consideration that each time we have visited this dealership, we have spent nothing less than four hours each visit (six hours the first visit, four the second). Mark Christopher Cadillac made an error and they are asking my husband and me, the customer, to pay to correct this with our time, effort, wear and tear on the vehicle and gas. I have a business and I have never made my clients pay for an error and/or omission made by my company. They advised they would pay for our gas if we visited their dealership again to get the key they neglected to give to us in the first place. Since they have a mobile key company, and this was their error to begin with, wouldn't it be more customer service and solution oriented to pay for this company's gas instead? Another solution - I spoke with a Cadillac dealership local to us and they said that they would be happy to program the key as long as either: a. Mark Christopher sends a key to them to be programmed and covers the cost of the programming b. Mark Christopher covers the cost of the key and programming Mark Christopher will not agree to do either. They won't pay for the mobile company's gas nor will they work with a local Cadillac dealership to correct a mistake they made. While continuing to take additional time and effort to move towards a reasonable solution to obtain a copy of my key, I made one last call to Ahmed. This last conversation was hostile. Ahmed advised that he would not work with my husband and me any further - that he had "done everything for us" and that if we wanted the key, we'd have to go to them, even though it was their error. He literally said that he wasn't going to help us anymore. If that doesn't say "Cadillac Experience", I don't know what does. Needless to say, Mark Christopher has yet to fix the problem they created. read more

Horrible service over all. No communication no follow ups or updates. Waited 2 weeks for a pump that arrived under a week. All under warranty and was not given a complementary vehicle when it should be offered with warranty work. Told to rent a vehicle and I'll get reimbursed. I opened a case in July for the reimbursement and im still waiting and been going back and forth with GMC corporate and their unprofessional staff for over there fighting for a reimbursement that they're also adjusting to their dollar amount not the full rental. They ran my credit and were offering a ridiculous APR at 5.9% with me having "perfect" credit. They kept trying to get me to agree on a higher monthly payment when I told them what I was only able to afford! Then they want to act sarcastic and said if I told you $30,000 would you take the truck I said yes! But now you making false offers! Turns out when I said I would bring 30k cash right now they said they couldn't do that. My time was wasted and they provided horrible customer service when they knew what I wanted my payments at for 60months so they ran my a hard inquiry on my credit knowing they couldn't meet my needs ahead of time! This review is for the Mark Christopher GMC Sales Dep't. I called their Sales Dep't. today looking to purchase a 2019 GMC Terrain from their advertisement. A gentleman named Favian took my call and answered all of my questions. When it came down to price Favian began looking for ways to not honor their own LA Times advertisement. First, he states that the GMC Loyalty Cash rebate would not be honored since the ad mistakenly stated the Loyalty Cash would only apply to a Non-GMC vehicle (really?? Their fine print clearly states: "Must own or lease a '99 or newer GM/or non GM Vehicle in the household"). When I told him I owned both a GM vehicle and a non GM vehicle (Honda) he backed down and said OK we can do it. Of course later, secondly, he says the factory rebate would not be honored because there was a mistake in their advertisement and they had to call the LA Times to make corrections (seriously!!!). Favian stated that they wouldn't honor the advertised price and apologized. I understand that these advertised specials are "hooks" to get people to come in but if you can't honor your own advertisement, which is basically the same one week after week, then I won't do business with an entity like this! Finally, when I asked for clarification again on why they wouldn't honor the ad, Favian said to me that is was "too good of a deal and the $600 rebate was their mistake" - of course which he apologized once again. You can't make this stuff up - Needless to say, I wasn't happy! REVIEW UPDATE: OK so the next day I received a text and a call from one of their managers, Mike. He explained to me that there was a misunderstanding on their part, he apologized and offered the vehicle to me at the advertised price. So at the end of the day I got the vehicle at the price they originally advertised it at (wow!) - but after the hassle and shock of going thru that experience with them. I guess misunderstandings do take place at times but I wasn't happy going thru that process. The salesman, Favian, also apologized and really attempted to make amends and so I appreciated that effort by him. He also made sure things went smoothly with the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle. read more

I wish I could give negative stars because zero is even too much. They have arguably the worst service ever out of all of the dealerships in the Milky Way. So they're really good at selling you a vehicle but when it comes to service and maintenance for that vehicle, good luck!!! I can't even get a key fob replaced. I had my truck serviced and they found metal chips left in my motor during manufacturing. Never buy a Chevy from them again. My wife and I recently purchased a car from this place. The salesman was fantastic and the car is just right. What made this transaction painful is the finance manager. He was pushing to sell gap insurance for $2,700 btw. He was talking to only me and this was my wife's car. When she said we would pass on the insurance, he keep saying, come on now your a big girl now, you are a grown up in the big world. Talking down to her. Then he makes the statement, You know that that car devalues $15k driving off the lot, and what if you get hit by an Asian (and using his fingers he stretched his eyes out to make them like slits) then you are really screwed. Nice, really nice. I am sure my Asian mom would appreciate this turd of a guy. What is also interesting, I gave this same report on their survey over 10 days ago and no one responded, called nor reached out to talk. Interesting business practices. And by the way, I added gap insurance on our base auto policy for $10 every 6 months. A bit different than $2,700. read more
