Yesterday i went into Mark Christopher for the first time. I wasn't picked by a vulture salesman, but met with a wonderful team from the moment i drove into the lot. I have been leasing cars for a decade and never had this level of customer service anywhere. The total time i spent was 4 hours and that was from the moment i drove on the lot to off the lot, and an hour of that was waiting on my husband. I worked with Mike Sheridan and Ray! AMAZING team, we're able to work out an incredible deal, not to mention they have the largest inventory i have seen since 2019! I have already raved to all my family members and friends about how amazing the service is here and i will never go anywhere else! Even went out of their way to get me a snack from the vending machine because the card machine was broken. They we're super nice to my kids and made sure everything was completed timely and efficiently. Not to mention their prices on their vehicles are outstanding. 4.5 STARS INTERNET SALES REVIEW: Made an appointment over the internet with Mark Christopher Auto Center for a Chevrolet Cruze Diesel I was interested in. Very quick reply from the dealer's internet assistant for the manager we will be dealing with. Received a phone call from the Internet department that same day to confirm the appointment which was very nice. Came onto the lot a bit early, browsed and found they are very large GM dealer compared to nearby dealers. They had 4 lines of GMC vehicles and they were the only ones that had the Cruze Diesel 2.0 on the lot. They had 4 of them on the lot which was amazing since there are 3 other GM dealers who are much closer to me but had nothing. So hats off to Mark Christopher for being the first to have the new diesel engine Cruze! They are smart - they bring in customers from far away (we drove 25 miles). We made it to the appointment on time and met our Internet Sales Manager: Sam Fakhouri who was there as promised on time and the car I inquired was at the front of the Cadillac entrance, washed, detailed and ready to go. Sam showed us the car's features, options, and took the car for a test drive. Found the steering was electric which made for a disconnected drive feel. Guess I am stuck on hydraulic steering racks which I have become accustomed to with driving BMWs for over 10 years. The Chevy Cruze Diesel had a very strong engine despite only 4 cylinders but the turbo had a lag which was disconcerting. Guess the BMWs I have driven with twin turbos and no lag time spoiled me.... The gas mileage was awesome - almost 50MPG for a powerful compact sedan! Beats my BMW diesel by 10MPG and beats out a gasoline BMW 3 series by 25+MPG ! I can see the Cruze Diesel was aimed at the VW Jetta TDI and the Audi A3 2015 TDI diesel - not the BMW 3 series diesels. Sam was very honest when asked certain technical questions regarding the Chevy - answers he knew he replied but for questions he did not know, he did not fabricate or lie to me. He was smart - he said he would find out for me. That is what separates a sales dealer from other dealers... We return from the test drive and Sam knows that the Chevy just doesn't create that excitement based on our test drive so Sam says we should look at the Cadillacs. The ATS line is a new lineup squarely lined up head to head with the BMW 3 or 5 series. Sure enough Sam was right, the Cadillac ATS was awesome - even their base Cadillac model had more installed options than a BMW and at a much better price point. A bonus if you get a 2013 ATS is that they throw in a free Apple iPad with custom Cadillac engraved back cover & apps. Very unique and very nice since the ATS becomes a hot spot from your smartphone that is integrated via Bluetooth. I fell in love with a dealer demo Cadillac (black on black) which was an ATS Luxury Line w/ options the owner I assume was Mark's, had the grill changed out, tinted out all the windows, 21" forged custom wheels and 2 tone sport seats. Wow, what a nice ride! Sam tried very hard to make the deal go but the numbers didn't work out. It wasn't Sam's fault - my current lease buyout was causing the numbers to go up should I terminate the lease early. I figure I will return in 2014 when more incentives are available for the 2014 ATS models and I will be finished with my current BMW lease. The Cadillac ATS is being pushed hard by GM and they have such high (ridiculously high) residual values, incentive lowered cap cost and low money factors that makes leasing an ATS a no brainer! A modest ATS base lease is $299 per month which is unbelievable compared to a BMW which is double! Overall a very solid 4.5 stars review and hats off to Sam Fakhouri. He really made you feel important as a customer, valued our time and went the extra step to be an excellent sales manager - he should be promoted to GM ! Definitely worth the 30 minute drive to Ontario! Highly recommend this car dealership if you are looking at a Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, or Cadillac - ask for Sam even if you didn't contact them via the Internet. i called the parts department for replacement recovery hooks for my 2023 Tahoe Z71 in black. the guy that answered said they had them in stock and advised him i would be there in an hour after placing me on hold for approx 15 minutes. Upon arrival i paid for the parts and went to my truck and saw that the parts weren't correct. the instructions stated it was one part number and the box and receipt showed a different part number. the recovery hooks were the wrong product and were damaged from the previous "return." i went inside to advised the parts advisor one gentleman stated he said they're the same as the 1500 chevrolet trucks and another gentleman looked up the item and stated it wasn't the correct item at all and they don't make them in black yet. after wasting 2 hours of my day, i'm unhappy with this dealership. i'll be taking my business to Riverside Chevrolet for service of my tahoe and silverado from now on. read more

5 star doesn't amount to the customer service that my husband and I received when we were in the market this morning for our Cadillac ATS. Last night we went to Dutton riverside and we were treated like a bunch of numbers to them. Gave us a bunch of BS and went no where. This morning, we took the risk of going to mark Christopher having very little knowledge of the business except yelp reviews. SOOO glad we took that chance! We worked together with JC in the Internet sales dept. since they are contracted with truecar.com. He understood where we were coming from as far as getting the car we deserve with the price we can budget. He was not pushy, nor arrogant. He treated us like his friends. We also worked with Richie one of the managers and Sam in the financial dept. I've gone to many car dealership, from beginning to the end of the paperwork, it was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Not saying it was the best time of our lives. I was able to take it in when I could and Dino Picanzo made it very easy. The car was done in three hours and the air conditioner worked like new. I didn't even know that the air conditioner was still under warranty. If it wasn't for Dino telling me, I don't know how I would have paid for it. So, this was a blessing. Horrific experience from the start to the end . Will never ever step a foot there again even if i have to throw away my car. Read my whole review, you are not going to believe it. The most unprofessional rude people i ha e seen. Not at the standard of a dealership and should bot be allowed to be a dealership. Lets start with the service person who started my service request disappearing for 15 minutes in the middle of writing my service request on a personal call just because i took a one minute call!! 2- no ride home or a car for me to use all in the old excuse of covid 3- my parking brake on ky escalade is not releasing sometimes and needed oil change. Four hours later and still no one checked my brakes. They call me to tell me (the guy had to go home, we need to keep the car. No big deal. 4- the next day i call at 2 Pm, could not reach my service guy and they kept transferring me person to person until i reached a rude obnoxious African american man (i think his name was Ray). He says the guy that is supposed to work on your car called in sick, your service man ceaser is off today. We need to keep the car a third day. I replied well i have lots of things to do. Can i pick up the car and schedule another time. He said yes no problem come on down. I take an uber all the way there, (you are not going to believe this!) i pay for my oil change and go out to receive my car and wait 20 minutes (no car!!). I go back in and the lady says go see your service man because your car is not drivable!! I go to the service man replacement Ray (African american) same guy who said come down and he says (your car is taken apart and you can't drive it. I said why did you make me come all the way then, he answers I didn't know (without apologizing). I said and how is this my fault? He starts shouting at me rudely (DID I SAY IT WAS YOUR FAULT? Did i say it was your fault?). Wow Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and no apology for making me come all the way for nothing. I take an uber back to work and wait a third day for them to say we don't advise you to fix the parking brake. I said well tell me how much it would be and he says too much. I said i decide if too much, how much is too much? He said I don't know!!!!! Wow Wow Then he (ray, because ceaser is still nowhere to be found) goes away for a couple of minutes and comes back to say maybe $ 1400 we don't know. (For a parking brake. I go and pick up my car after three days without a car. There no supervisor around and when some guy sitting in the back office speaks to me he defends his guys without any apology!! Never seen anything like this. When i went one time for a part, there was another customer screaming at them for charging $160 by error! Wow. I am in the market for a GMC Yukon, I found that the exact one I wanted was being delivered to MK, I called them, it wasn't on the lot yet but at a offsite yard, I went to MK and test drive a similar yukon, and then told my salesman that I wanted the one that was coming in when it arrived, I sent in the paper work back, via email, was WELL qualified, putting down a large amount, and then started the run around, they wanted $6700 for the ext warranty, and we're secretive about interest rate etc. I told them in order to continue we wanted to meet face to face, this was Monday Eve.. I told them I was very interested and we could meet Wed after work to finalize, the salesman said.. oh you can't meet Tues? I had plans.. so told him we could meet wed after work...he said ... well it's first come first served it will probably be gone.... I asked to speak with the sales manager who confirmed the same statement, i was paying MSRP, and was not haggling, and this is how they roll... they would not wait ... I told them to keep the Yukon, I will be going to another dealer...we have had big issues with them before when they lost my husbands car in the back and asked him to go find it after servicing it. AVOID THIS PLACE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE. THE SERVICE DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER LACK GUEST RELATION SKILLS. I had purchased a new full size SUV from Mark Christopher a few years ago, and have been going back for service. Throughout the years I have had some minor issues with the service, mostly having to order an Uber as their shuttles are very limited, but nothing serious...until recently. They botched my new tire job, and I had to return another day for correction. After a return visit on a different day, they still didn't get it right. My vehicle has still not been completed correctly, but I will not return. I am fearful they will mess something else up. Reached out to the General Manager, Mike Cagey, and he failed to reply to me. Avoid at all cost!! The service department robbed me for $1200. I took my 2015 Chevy with a rattling noise coming from the front tire area. I paid a diagnostic fee (Robert the idiot) said they found the problem and charged me $1200 to fix it. I was glad they found it and agreed to pay. 2 days later I heard the same exact rattling noise. I took it back they said they would check it again. They kept it for two days and said that the brakes, rotors, and calipers needed replacing. Robert wanted to charge me another $950 to replace brakes and rotors. I asked for a discount because I called BS on their end for inaccurate diagnostics and he said sure we can give you $40 off (WTF). I said you got me already for $1200 expensive work that didn't even need to be done and didn't improve the noise at all. Now you want another 1k? I declined the repair because I know my breaks and rotors were fine, just had them done 3 months earlier. I also asked Robert for pictures of the work that was done previously so I can understand the repair better, he said sure no problem, didn't get them. When I picked up my truck I asked for the diagnostic report, Robert said you don't get one because you didn't pay for second diagnostic fee. I told the guy really man!! I paid the first time when you didn't even get the problem right. He said it was a different noise that was hiding behind the original noise, which means I would have to pay a second diagnostic fee to get the report (WTF). Dude really I said, I already paid the first time when you didn't get it right, for the same exact rattling noise but problem is still there. This service department is -00 stars with no consideration for their customers. I will not be returning to get taken advantage of again. F- this place. I took my 2006 Silverado to Mark Christopher Chevrolet Service due to a steering shaft vibration/rattle. This is a common problem for this generation of trucks. Unfortunately, the service tech misdiagnosed the issue and replaced the wrong component, to the tune of $575. I brought the truck back the following day and they gave me a loaner car while they figured out the problem. I fully expected to have to fight the dealership over the unnecessary repair, but they admitted the error and refunded the cost before I even had a chance to ask for my money back. They got the repair right the second time, costing me only $125. Were it not for the initial error, I would definitely give them a 5 star review. Everyone makes mistakes. The difference with the team at Mark Christopher Chevrolet was, they owned up to their mistake and did everything they reasonably could to make it right. My wife and I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Duramax Diesel. We have owned it 6 months and have 23,000 miles on it, we have had nothing but trouble. CEL's being thrown from the get go, recall after recall, 3 plus hours of waiting for a simple oil change with an appointment. Now here comes the bigger problem. I took my truck in as the whole front end steering was wobbly, yes the truck is lifted but little do they remember I spoke with Jeff their service manager (if he still is) about lifting it and voiding warranty and he said no, fast forward to now and they denied the work under GM warranty. I am glad that I am saving all my towing bills and money out of pocket to fix this problem on my own, I don't know if Christopher Leggio is still the President but I don't think he will be to happy knowing they refused to do the work under warranty and the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act! As well as handing my truck back to me knowing the problem and high risk to drive off the lot and that in itself is again against the law. My Private investigator is going to have a ball with this one collecting evidence to bring a law suit. This is not something you do to someone who trusted you with their business and bought another truck from you guys. read more

I have bought two cars from this dealership but never again. Went in today to trade in my truck and downsize to a Malibu. Was show a nice white Malibu and was told the silver one was loaned out unexpectedly. They said everything on the silver one was the same as the white one so test drive it and if you like it they will get the silver one back. I liked the car, and we started the numbers. Ultimately agreed on a price and while I waited around taking up a total of 4 hours of my day we signed paperwork. I then go to walk out to my new car and find out the silver Malibu was a totally different model. No heated seats, power seats or dual climate control like the white one. It was a total bait and switch. I didn't take the car and the sales rep didn't care because he was onto another client. Such poor service and will never buy from them again. read more
