My wife and I split the trio which consisted of two half lobster rolls and a half of a crab roll. Connecticut roll may be one of the best lobster dishes I have ever had. The Dungeness crab roll was good but I still prefer the Virginia blue crab (first time trying) but I have to respect the small amount of filler and the amount of crab that was in the roll. Here's our thoughts on each item: - Hot PNW Crab Roll (4/5): this was a good sandwich, my boyfriend and I just believed it need more sauce or an aioli because it was a little dry. It has good flavor over all and the bread was delicious. - Cold Maine Lobster Roll (5/5): loved this! It was our favorite. The lobster wasn't mushy and it had the perfect amount of sauce. The flavor and texture was 10/10. - Lobster Bisque (3/5): this was a little underwhelming. The soup just lacked flavor and maybe it's different because this bisque had a lot of chunks of garlic? We were able to come during their soft opening and thought it was decent. I heard a lot about the place in Edmonds so was super excited when I heard they open a new location in Seattle. For one, I'm not sure if the ambiance fit with food scene they deliver. The place has an upscale vibe but the food is more like street food, I mean we got our food in to go containers :). Came here on a Saturday for brunch. Location is connected to Seattle art museum and had been on my list of places to try for a bit (since their Edmonds location had gotten so much publicity). Parking is what it is in that area, a combination of street parking or private lot parking. Food , service and ambiance were all spot on.
