Lots of waterfront hotels in South Beach but Stanton is simultaneously welcoming and a little upscale. The key is the staff -- whoever trains them does an excellent job. Need an extra luggage rack or more towels? No problem. Raining? You can borrow an umbrella. Going a few blocks? There are some bikes. The rooms are decent size with plenty of power outlets and lights. A small fridge and free water are a nice touch. If you're a Bonvoy member, the high speed WiFi is free. Complaint: the bathroom is oddly laid out. If one person is at the sink, the other can't get in the shower. The towels hang above the toilet. Worse, the bathroom slider door doesn't close all the way. The on-site restaurants are ok and there's a staarbucks next door. A drink on the back porch overlooking the ocean is a treat -- especially if the weather is nice. read more

I have stayed at this hotel 90% of my visits to South Beach and this past week was no different with some exceptions. This hotel has two elevators unfortunately only one was working all week as the other was getting serviced all week long. This led to long waits for getting an elevator from our floor down to lobby and exit. This was not stated on their website prior to making my reservation. In addition, this hotel had a number of issues with power surges which knocked out the AC at specific times and in the middle of August is not when you want this to happen, very disappointing. The rooms could've been a little more cleaner as well. We checked the beds as we always do and there was a lot of dirt at the bottom base of the bed where the box spring is. I had to request twice for housekeeping to come to our room to clean/vacuum the bed area out. As I mentioned, I've stayed here numerous times in the past but this was the first time I brought my family here and I left disappointed. Gotta do better Marriott Stanton! read more

Shout out to Richard and winder at the front desk who made us feel super special for our week in south beach!. Customer service the Marriott way. Excellent. The hotel is located away from all the craziness at the better end of the strip and is surrounded by upscale dinning. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is super helpful. Good beach access with amazing staff at the beach as well. Ricardo at the beach chair station was great! He found us a perfect spot and really took care of us. He made us feel like we were the only customers, which we were not. Vishal at the beach bar was great as well. He made sure we had our drinks and checked on us very often. Overall a great experience I stay here again. read more

I hate that I'm giving them a 1 but service is everything for me. I have rented beach chairs and umbrella multiple times at this place. This is my go to place when ever I come to the beach. But I'm guessing they were having issues with their payment systems. When I arrived , they told me they're taking cash only. I didn't have cash and I walked to the ATM with my kids. The walk wasn't bad at all. Tho I took out $100 from the ATM, paid a $3.75 atm fee with no issues at all. I arrived a 2nd time to purchase a chair and umbrella rental. It was $42 and change and I gave them $60. Would you believe they had no change what so ever?? Literally no change at all. I asked if they accept zelle payments , cash app or Venmo for the remaining balance since they had no change but they literally take cash only. Was I about to walk back to the store and for change to come back a 3rd time? Definitely not, I enjoyed the beach with out the rental. read more

Definitely would NOT recommend this Marriott! We frequently stay at Marriotts since my husband is a gold member. When we arrived they told us one of the two elevators was broken. It was such an inconvenience and many people were complaining. We would wait forever for the one working elevator to arrive and we were on the top floor so once we were on it, we basically stopped at every floor. Everyone would squish themselves in because we all didn't want to wait. Terrible! The room was average. The tv remote was pretty much not working and the sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to open. Our room was cleaned each day, but the shower seemed like it was basically rinsed bc there was hair and sand in the corners. On our first day, we received a phone call that we had a welcome gift and had to go back down to lobby within 45 minutes to pick it up. After tackling the elevator inconvenience, I went to lobby and a woman greeted me and took me outside to her office by the valet. The office was a complete disaster and water was leaking from the ceiling. She was very hard to understand and was trying to offer me a "deal" to book a future stay at another location within a year. It was terribly annoying and I completely declined. It was so strange and surprising since we were at a hotel, not a vacation rental. I absolutely can't stand pressure like that while trying to relax on vacation! In conclusion, after driving around the area, there were many other choices that were really cute and also in a great location. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel! read more

For Hotels to be "doing their best during COVID", this Marriot is doing a horrid job. The cleanliness standards are questionable. Towels look raggedy and stained. Pillow also had stains on them. Just didn't feel that proper cleaning measures were taken especially when the hotel enforced certain limitations "due to COVID." The location is ideal so I'll give them that but the rooms are very small and a bit claustrophobic. I expected more from the Marriot brand. read more

Just checked in at the Marriott Stanton in South Beach. So far it's been an unpleasant stay. We're here for the weekend and relaxing by the pool. While being on a private phone call, a staff member came and interrupted me. I let them know, I'm on a call and I'll be with them in just a minute. They went on to say that I opened an umbrella and that they needed to talk to me about it. I politely asked them to wait until I finish my call. It was very odd, I had opened the umbrella, almost a an hour prior and there was no issue. I had been enjoying a beverage from their pool service and there was no issue. Then out of no where the staff member Joelle unprofessionally reprimand me for opening the umbrella. I ended my call. I asked her to please leave me alone that what she had done was very inappropriate and I would like to talk to her manager. Her manager Heather came over was much more professional, but seemed not to care how unpleasant her employee was. Heather's tune seem to be going in the right direction in which she understood that if her employee would've approached me in a better manner that I would've been understanding even Heather would seem to offer something to make up for the situation suggested that if tomorrow I was going to be at the beach that they'd be happy to go down to set us up with a spot on the beach, and then went into again that their staff would open the umbrella for us on the beach. Very strange. Definitely not a good start to a relaxing weekend. I come to find out that my wife had been told that she cannot sit on a lounge chair that it required their staff to set it up for her, which would had been fine but they had to check to see if they were allowed to do that. So far this hotel has made me feel uncomfortable. read more

Location is perfect! On the beach, Starbucks, restaurants galore all walking distance. The hotel is nice, clean and has some nice touches to it. The crew working the pool are super great. I do feel like they are a bit over priced for the age and the updating that needs to be done. It is quite noisy so be prepared. The rooms are moderately sized. The front desk never ever answers the phone so if you want anything you have to walk down to the front desk and ask. There was a couple of front desk staff that were a little snippy and not very helpful. I really like the place over all. But 55 dollars a night to park on top of 42 dollars a day amenities fees it a little much. Pulse $500+ a night for the room. Come on Marriott we are ambassador elites and did not get upgraded or any special treatment. That's a fail. Pool patio needs a definite overhaul. So go for location and cleanliness. But be prepared to pay for everything! A 6 night stay will cost you back an easy 4000. With cheesy "amenities" 2 hour bike rentals, 2 bottle sangrias at check in... oh the the Ambassador Elite breakfast was a separate menu with horrible choices. Great location! It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. Stanton Marriott's staff members were friendly and gave good customer service. The hotel lobby and my room was clean. Not a single hair floating around. The members served parfait and champagne in the lobby on 4th of July. I grabbed a glass of champagne and drank it by the pool. By the way the hotel had two pools and a hot tub. The ocean shore was visible from the pool side. I paid extra for a room with an ocean view from the balcony, but my view was particularly obstructed by the city on my left and other balconies on my right. I was disappointed because I did not get what I paid for which was a balcony with an ocean view. Due to Covid, rooms were turned downed by request only. At check-in, I requested a cleaning for the next morning but no one came to tidy up my room. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant gave me a coupon for a complimentary margarita from hotel's Mexican food restaurant. The margarita was wack, but that's a separate review for Lolo's Surf Cantina. I wanted to visit Azabu but the closed at 10 pm including the bar. Expect to pay $44 a night for valet park. The price was higher than usual for valet parking at a Marriott chain but Miami itself is a bit pricey. I did have a memorable experience with the valet staff but not for good reason. Some of the valet staff were not friendly and one female member was rude. I felt rushed when I first arrived at the hotel as the valet did not allow me time to get my things together before the concierge loaded my bags onto the trolley. They took what felt like for ever to deliver my luggage. All in all I had a good experience at Stanton Marriott hotel. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Room is so small & dilapidated, there is barely any place to set our luggage down. The damn toilet started leaking and flooding at 4 am. Lady came up and told me that they would send engineering up at 0900, no one came up. In the morning when I woke up to shower, everything that was on top of the sink counter was soaking wet with some yellow liquid. Alarm that we didn't set went off at 5:00 am. Sliding door to the piss poor excuse of a balcony took two people to open. For the price they're charging and the resort fee that doesn't seem to hold much benefit, it's very disappointing. This is the 10th hotel we've stayed i during this roadtrip across the U.S. and this is THE WORST HOTEL room we had. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place. The only thing it has going for it is that it's right on the beach. Maybe worth it if you'll be on the beach 24/7. read more

The night jacuzzi dip was just what we needed after a day at their comfortable beach, located just in front. I went for five days and four nights. Loved the taco spot on site. Great tacos. You get offered a complimentary drink from the taco place when you check-in. Also liked that there was a Starbucks on site. There are two pools with a hot tub in between and the beach is extremely close to the property. Hotel staff during my stay wepleasant. When I arrived I requested for my sheets and comforter to be changed as there were red and brown marks on them. The sheets and comforter were never changed throughout my stay. I have had such a horrible experience with getting in touch with accounting. I have called, left voicemails, sent emails, and contacted corporate to no avail. The day that I left I was charged and I have been following up with the Marriott for the entire month to see what the charge is for and they have not contacted me to provide me with this information. I received a call back one day and I said I was in the elevator and requested a call back in two minutes. They never called back. I called back that day several times and the phone was answered one time and then someone hung up. Finally I contacted corporate and they were able to tell me what the charge was for and the majority of the charge is an incorrect charge. Corporate stated the hotel would contact me this past week regarding the charge and I never received a call back or email back from the Stanton. This is an extremely frustrating experience and it still has not been rectified. read more

Wow , how far have they fallen. This place was our go to for 15 years. Now . nope. Not coming back.. terrible front desk, managers could care less if you have the highest Marriott status. Sorry , no Chardonnay, sorry no ipa's , sorry we wont' let you check in . The rooms need a huge update and the deck isfilthy . Sad but the truth is , the customer and loyal one at that means nothing to them . One star is being generous. This hotel is beautiful! My husband and I moved from Los Angeles to Miami and this was the first we place we stayed before we moved into our place. What a beautiful introduction to South Beach! We liked it so much that we went back for our wedding anniversary. PROS: The views are amazing. I felt like I was on an island. We love the modern beachy look and that there are restaurants on-site. You can even have tacos and margs delivered to your chair the beach. Our stay included beach-side chairs, two free margaritas each, and bike rentals. We loved that access to the beach is super easy and close. We had an issue with the housekeeping staff during our first stay and the way the manager, Kristen, handled it totally turned the situation around. She was extremely professional, transparent, and fair. CONS: If you get a balcony room, be aware, others may want to hang out on their balcony at night. We loved the big balcony but ended up moving rooms because our neighbors above us were too loud. We also noticed yellow stains on a couple towels which was not our fave. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and will most likely be back! read more

Hotel was clean. The pool bar had to close early on a Friday early evening, due to bar employees personal issues. Had an issue with getting a beer through the Japanese restaurant, draft taps were not working, very limited selection. Mexican restaurant on the property, where we were directed to have breakfast, seemed very understaffed, with a 45 minute wait for food from kitchen. No coffee offering in the hotel other than Starbucks that was off property. No complimentary coffee offered anywhere in the hotel, which was surprising, based on hotel rates. We stayed at the Marriott Stanton for a sisters' trip/celebratory birthday weekend. Staff was attentive and very polite. Valet service was on point upon arrival and check-out. Room was very cozy with comfy beds and we loved the balcony. Hotel is centrally located within South Beach - easy to walk to restaurants and other sights. I picked this location due to it being on the quieter side of South Beach - highly recommended if you intend to get a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again. read more

The hotel is on a quiet part of Ocean Drive which is great for families. It's close to, but in, the heart of Miami Beach's nightlife. Our ocean view room was worth the experience. We do wish that there was not so much seaweed during our visit. What made my family's stay wonderful was the very helpful staff. I've had a previous history of staying at this hotel and loved it. It was one of my favorite places to lodge while in Miami. While on south beach. I had a pool party in 2013 that was hugely successful at this hotel and have spent lots of money there. I returned for the week prior to Fourth of July. They gave me an upgrade which I really appreciated but on the day of check out, room service must have come by my room at least four times to ask me to leave. I originally had a 4 PM late checkout and when I checked to confirm they had reduced it down to 1 PM. The housekeeping attendants knocked on my door a few times to ask me what time I was leaving so they obviously needed the room to check someone else in. Currently staying at this hotel. What I can tell you is this hotel is dated. However, it is located right on the beach. That aside, the service is awful. We waited six hours to check in when we should have waited no more than a couple based on the standard check in time. Also, my husband is a Titanium Elite Member and I am a Gold Elite Member; yet, they could not even manage to check us in at the promised time. Furthermore, we booked an "ocean view suite" - BUT that is only a "partial ocean view" when you check in. If you want an "ocean view" you need to book a "full ocean view" or some BS. I would suggest avoiding this hotel for it is dated, the service is awful, the website misrepresents everything about the rooms and hotel, and regardless of your status, you will be treated like sh*t. Move on! Also, Marriott, please take note and fix the service here! Update: We have been here two days. They said they would clean our rooms ... they have only done so once and even then not well. The furniture is stained and old. Avoid this hotel. Awful! read more

Let me just start by saying that we always stay at Marriott's. We usually have a fantastic experience but we're very dissatisfied with this one. Cons: 1) My sister in law is paralyzed and required a handicap room. We booked it online but also called the hotel directly. We needed two doubles with a roll In shower. They assured us everything was booked and set. When we show up they did not have a room. We also came with our in laws so we had two rooms, each with double beds and no toll in shower in either. We complained and they told us they don't know where the mistake happened but they could get us in the correct room tomorrow. So my sister in law wasn't able to take a shower that night( after a full day of traveling..) The next morning we go down a get the new room. When we open the door we find a king size bed( with a roll In shower). We talk to them again and they tell us they do not have any doubles with roll in showers( which if we would have heard this to begin with we would of picked another hotel that was better accommodated). What we ended up doing is having my sister in law stay in the room with the two doubles, but she had to travel up to our room every morning to use the bathroom. It was very inconvenient. The management didn't offer any apologies or explanations or discounts or anything. They didn't really seem to care. 2) The rooms were nice but, like I said, not as nice as other Marriotts. They were not as clean either. 3) The restaurant on site was very expensive for very small, not so good, food. Pros: 1) The valet was amazing. They were so kind and so helpful!! 2) You really can't get a better location. We were steps from the beach and the view was wonderful. 3) There were a lot of amenities and extras included in the resort fee. That was very nice. I thought it was great the bottles they gave you upon checking in 4) The bedroom was very comfortable and the room was a good size 5) The elevator was very quick and it was easy to get from one place to another in the hotel. 6) The outside pool area was wonderful. We didn't spend a ton of time out there but they had a ton of games and places to sit and lounge as well as a bar. It was very nice. I am torn between a two rating and a three rating. I'm going with three simply because of the location. Overall, the situation did not ruin our trip- we still had a great time. However, it did cause a lot of unnecessary stress and added difficulty that wasn't needed. I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again...but it wouldn't be my first choice and I would definitely not be confident in any guarantees I would get from management. read more

For being a hotel right on the beach and the rates they were charging, I was expecting a very refined experience. First off, once we drove in from the airport, the hotel was a bit tricky to find since it simply says Stanton and not Marriott. Probably my fault, but I was hoping for either the term Marriott or the logo to be more prominently displayed. While check-in was a breeze, this hotel only has two elevators and the wait times can be lengthy. At one point during our stay, we basically ended up waiting over 15 minutes for an elevator to get a ride up to the 8th floor. I think the building is a bit old and the lack of attention to maintenance showed. The tiles in the room and the bathroom weren't finished well and the balcony (a nice amenity) was pretty dirty. To our dismay, the sliding door also didn't lock or close all the way, so during the impromptu rain fall, some water would get into our room. Not a large amount, but surprising to see it happen on this property. The staff was great, however! They were responsive to our needs and very patient in answering any questions we had about the facility, billing, etc. The valet service was fast along with room service. I definitely would consider staying here if the rates were lower. For the price we paid (approximately $500 per night not including resort fees, valet, etc.), I was hoping for a bit more in terms of refinement. The location to the beach is really great too. Simply walk out the back of the hotel, cross the multi-use path, and you're on the beach. I was also surprised to learn that umbrella rentals from the hotel were extra and not included. read more

Just finished a 5 day stay at this hotel. It's in a very convenient part of south beach, easily accessible and not too close to the noisy areas. The hotel itself is lovely with lots of nice lounge areas, 2 cool restaurants- I really like Lolo's- and a Starbucks. The beach is a short walk away and lounge chairs were provided with a $25 charge for umbrellas which I think is absurd - but whatever. I pretty much enjoyed my stay. One of the elevators was out of order so my husband and I mostly took the stairs. The one thing that bothered me is we didn't get the room we booked. We booked a king room with full ocean view and got a partial view instead. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told they were totally booked so we didn't get what we paid for. I really hate this practice. Additionally, there are no microwaves in the rooms and no place to rinse off after leaving the beach except the pool area- unless I missed it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will likely return. Oh quick suggestion re parking- there's municipal parking about one block from the hotel. Save yourself time and money by parking there- it was about $20 per day. read more

July 31, 2021 ... Room 828 If you want to enjoy your vacation, I beg you to please not stay at this hotel. My partner and I had a horrible experience during our stay, and it was so bad that we decided to check out early and change our flight so that we can get out of this hotel. For the price they are charging ($540/night), you would think you would have great customer service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. And especially the manager Rachael Jones - she's so unprofessional and doesn't know how to be proactive and mitigate issues. Be prepared for the customer to be the issue - not the hotel. We felt that we were the problem and the hotel management was making every excuse possible. During our stay, we noticed on our bed sheets the duvet was brown, and obviously something was wrong with it. My partner was having some type of allergy to the linens. It clearly wasn't clean. We brought this attention to the manager and she said that the brown fillings in the duvet was normal because the feathers were burned. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is not normal. She never offered anything - another room, different duvet (she stated that all duvets had brown staining), an upgrade or some other form of compensation. We're currently fighting with Marriott with this issue. This hotel is not Marriott standards. DO NOT stay here!! read more

Continue to love this hotel! The service From the valet to bartenders the restaurants- is superb! Employees are kind, super understanding - willing to take things off the bill when they are not what you expect. Spectacular views from the room, very clean and modern amenities, amazing spa and massages, happy hour at Lola's cantina was perfect! Margaritas were perfect And the choice of appetizers was delicious. We had a lovely breakfast the first day and went back For their happy hour (4/7). Choice of appetizers and drinks were great. A very poor showing despite spending few days at this hotel and paying $$ for being on south beach. From the start, we were met with poor service. The receptionist adamantly told us that no single (king sized) beds were left at the time of check-in, "since our occupancy is -15%" but when I asked for her to clarify further- she went to her manager and somehow found an opening, but only after I was forced to book one online. The rooms were meh. Not much design and relatively small. The $30 resort fee included two free margheritas but their selected sizes were super small. The gym? Only 5 cardio machines, two small benches and a pull up machine that didn't have much space. The first day- almost all cardio machines didn't turn on leaving several gym goers pretty upset. Their Starbucks is nice. Has plenty of options but also quite costly. Their Mexican restaurant (Lola's) is solid and offers your standard staple Mexican dishes. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. read more

Bed Bugs in room 1025! It was gross, yes they moved us to another room but that does not matter, Will I stay at this hotel again, hell no! They didnt even bother to reimburse me, the offered me 35K points. WTF! I will start with the positive stuff which definitely does not offset for bugs in the bed, The positive side of this hotel was the staff, they were accommodating and helpful. I also want to give credit to the beach attendants and the pool attendants, they were also very helpful. Really attentive and great customer service. All except for the 1 person at front desk who initially put us in a room that was straight up garbage, without even bothering to check if there were other rooms available, despite my request to pay for an extra upgrade. Later in the afternoon I went back to front desk as I was planning to cancel our stay and move to another hotel but Carlyn (front desk) was kind enough to check for a decent room where we can upgrade. I paid a little over a hundred to get a more decent room with partial ocean view. We were moved from room 417 to 1025. If you are assigned that room, you must avoid it. Your view is a giant air conditioner that powers the hotel. I am not paying close to $500/night for a double bed to have a view of an air conditioner. The description was "skyline view". We also had another reservation so in total my stay at this hotel was about $3K for 4 nights. Back to the bigger more disgusting issue, upon paying for an upgrade from 417, we were moved to room 1025. We slept in that room for 1 night, only to wake up with bites all over our body. We didn't find these little bugs until we were ready to fall asleep on night 2. At this time it was about 11 PM, the next night. We took pictures, shared it with the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. Of course they had to as it's a liability, they also have to send our pics out for investigation. We flew back to our home base on day 4 and were notified by a Marriott manager that the report came back as negative for bed bugs. I have since then asked for a copy of the report. We have bites that are consistent with bed bug bites. If the claim is true for negative on bed bugs, we deserve to know what kind of insects bit us. I have asked for a refund (even if its for the one night where bugs were found in our beds), no refund, but they offered me 35K points. What does 35 points even get anyone? I get points.... for my family getting bit with bed bugs? Bed bugs that could have hitched a ride in my suitcase. Yikes! Haven't even stayed here yet and already have buyer's remorse. I booked in advance and then saw the rate drop by $100 a day 24 hours later. I called to see if I could get a rate adjustment. The Marriott Stanton South Beach on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach is a cool place to stay by the beach that is in the middle of everything. I really like the location and that is in within walking distance to so much. I like the atmosphere and vibe of everything here and it is very relaxing. Total cost of room for 1 evening was $1700 CAD and quite frankly was comparable to a Motel 6. Our small suite which I paid extra for had an amazing view of the very noisy rooftop air conditioners and other mechanical. (Which pretty much meant our balcony had to be kept closed). The real crusher was the 4 1/2 hour delay in receiving our room which was followed up by further problem given that we had to give up our room for an additional 3 hours so that our friend could hold their online meeting as a result of their room not being ready. In short we were unable to use our room until after 7pm in the evening as a result of Marriott's shortcomings but yet we paid for the full day without compensation. Service was poor and room was below average. I was told by Marriott (Brittany Smith) that they were going to credit me 50,000 points and this has simply turned into a homework assignment for me. Countless ignored emails and still no points for the terrible over priced experience. Keep up the great work! Then I received another email from the general manager (Alexina Beauperthuy) confirming they will insure these matters are handled. And guess what? More emails ignored and still no points! Clearly Marriott does not care about their guests or fixing messes that they made! The fact is I travel no less than once a month and also handle all of the bookings for my companies. Fortunately, I am one of those travelers that can afford to travel and can pretty much stay where I choose. Bonvoy brands are off my booking list! read more

I went to this Hotel specifically to visit a Restaurant inside the lobby called Azabu. I liked what I saw and the experience I had in here. This is an impeccable Hotel, with a gorgeous beach view, nice and ample spaces to seat an relax inside and outside. The pool is a good size large one and it has a gate that gives beach access and also to the boardwalk here in Miami Beach. I Absolutely LOVED the smell of the Lobby and as I was mentioning this, one of the people working here gave me the name; Scent Air: Atune. You can either Valet your car or par in the street. This is a really beautiful hotel with direct beach access. Lovely decor, friendly staff (for the most part) and the rooms are larger than I expected based on other reviews. We had a very nice view from out balcony since there is a park next door to this hotel. However, be aware there are air conditioner compressors above Lolo's (the restaurant) and you can hear them from some of the rooms (we had to move due to the noise) Lolo's is awesome btw. The reason I give them 3 stars is because of the chair service on the beach. You'll notice if you check out this hotel on Google Maps its one of many very narrow properties. The beachfront is also very narrow. My husband went down on our first morning to reserve 2 lounge chairs on the front row and we were shocked to find out that unless you reserve one of the 7 cabanas that ARE the front row FOR $300, you will not be able to see the ocean from your lounge chair!! Can't see anything except the back of the shades for the cabanas. When we spoke to the front desk about this, they said the "beach chair service" is in charge and there's nothing they can do. We ended up checking out because of this instead of staying the 5 nights. read more

if you want to ruin your stay in south beach, you need to stay at the marriott stanton~ my experience was the worst; the battery on doors are not working, so you have to go 10 times a day back to the reception to reactivate the key; thats just one thing the elevator on the left is broken, so there's only one elevator for a mass of people, and you have to wait at least 15 mn before you can take the elevator. few nights ago i was awaken by a leak in the bathroom , coming from the room upstairs and i almost died of electrocution if i did not use my brain and called the reception for not touching the bathroom light. it goes on and on and on, you cant go from the beach to your hotel directly, because keys dont function properly, so you have to go around to ocean avenue and walk another 15 minutes aith all your stuff from the beach~ last thing,, if you ever need to ask an info to the front desk, there's a ligne of about 8 people in front because there's only one very desagreable woman working there. to make sure you want to have a horrible vaccation, then stay there and you will be miserable. shame on this hotel who does not even sides with a motel 6 read more
