The only downside is that we did ask a staff member to add a side of the pancakes and she acknowledged and confirmed but when we checked in on the pancakes, it was never entered into the system. I waitressed for a long time and I can tell you that people will judge a restaurant's cleanliness by the dining area: If the dining area is not clean, it makes the kitchen suspect.
