I love love love Mash'd. They have amazing French toast and an amazing cream cheese butter for them. Their customer service is impeccable as well. I had ordered through Favor, they messed up my order, charged me for items I didn't get, and refused to get my missing items. I called Mash'd and told them the situation and Sean, the manager, was so sweet, understanding, and apologetic. They were happy to make me what I needed, free of charge (Favor was going to make me pay twice) and even asked me when I would be there so they could make sure it was fresh and hot for me. This is the second time I've been to Mash'd and had a issue. The first time was a girls night out and it was Happy Hour but our bill did not reflect the difference, I sent it back and it was still wrong. This time we ordered burgers medium well and they were raw, our drink bill was also wrong (it was happy Hour)I really want to like this place because the drinks are awesome and so is the atmosphere but this is ridiculous. read more

This place is far from the norm when it comes to drinks and food. I love the menu, and everyone appreciates homemade moonshine. (Legally made, I assume) Here at Mash'd, the experience is different. Tvs might show games, but for the most part they show videos of trick shots, or extreme sports (ski jumps, skate flips, skydiving, Etc.) Appetizers are great, (the queso is hit or miss) but with the entrees I believe it is nearly impossible to order a bad dish. The burger isn't just a burger here. I don't know why everyone is saying this is a good restaurant. My friends went there and got sick from the food. I just recently took my family and both my brother and I got diarrhea bad the following day. I mean I had to shower that's how bad it was.... I will not be back and my stomach thanks me. Our waiter Alex was the best. The drinks are different but we enjoyed our moonshine spiked selections. I had the Ribs, (recommended by Alex) they were awesome. My wife had the chicken and biscuits, the chicken was crisp and moist and very tasty. My husband and I came here on a Saturday night and were told we could sit at the bar and order there if we didn't want to wait the 25min for a table. We decided to since we didn't want to stay too long. We were immediately asked what to drink and ordered a beer and some chips and queso. We asked for a small queso but ended up receiving a large and got charged for a large. A few minutes later we ordered our dinner but after over 40 minutes or waiting and no one checking on us, a bartender asked if we needed anything else. Obviously, we said we were waiting on our food. He left to check the computer but after checking he didn't come back and a few minutes later I got his attention and then he explained that the order wasn't put in and that he put it in under high priority. Nothing was comped, nothing was discounted. We waited another 10 minutes for our food and once it finally came, it was a let down. My fish sandwich was impossible to eat by hand as it was falling apart and extremely soggy and dripping with liquid coming from the fish, and when I tried eating it with fork and knife, the plate was cheap plastic that tipped and almost flipped my food off my plate. My husband ate half the burger saying it was falling apart and soggy. We mostly ate the queso and the fries which were delicious but also required eating with a fork. The initial bartender that served us never once came back to check on us after the mistake he made, he just ignored us. I had to ask the other bartender for the check. Overall we were disappointed in the service and once we got the check and saw we were charged for a large queso when we ordered the small, we decided we couldn't give a good tip. read more

Great service, food came out fast. I had the turkey burger with a side caesar salad, hands down the juiciest and most flavorful turkey burger I have had at any restaurant. I went to Mash'd for the first time and it was everything I was hoping it would be! My fiancé and I slept in and we were worried we were going to miss brunch so I called and the manager (Becky) told us we had plenty of time and to come in anyways! When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Becky where she explained the entire bunch menu to us and put in an order for our son. We ordered the chicken and biscuits and the unholy one. The food was authentic and flavorful. It also came out fast and hot! Our server Gabriel was extremely attentive and sweet as well! To top it off Becky stopped by before we left and gave us her card. Wow, what a phenomenal experience!! Some friends of ours told us how fantastic this place was, so my wife and I dedided to meet some friends there for my birthday evening. We were greeted with a smile and an open door, which is always a good start. It is a very warm, inviting place, with lots of warm lighting. It was fairly busy, but we had no trouble getting a table on the patio. It was a bit cool outside, but a young man(who turned out to be the manager Justin) immediately came over and turned on a heater for us. I had no intention of trying any moonshine, as I have always imagined that stuff being very harsh. Luckily we had a very friendly and knowledgable waiter that changed our minds. Casey gave us a "moonshine education class", and it was a lot of fun learning. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had for him and took the time to do it right, even though it looked like he was busy. Its really nice feeling like you're important to your waiter, that's not a common experience anymore. I decided on an apple pie moonshine and my wife had a jolly rancher moonshine cocktail, both were very good. I tried to make fun of my wife for drinking such a girly drink at a moonshine bar, until Casey let her know that her drink was actually stronger than mine. Oh the shame! Casey suggested the ribs, I thanked him later, as they were some of the best that i've ever had. My wife had the friend chicken and loved it. The manager Justin stopped by during our meal to ask our opinions on the food, drinks and service, a very nice touch since he seemed to genuinely care about our opinions. I can't remember having a better experience at a bar or restaurant in recent memory. The food and drinks were great, the service was even better. Everyone was smiling, our waiter made us feel like VIPs, the manager took the time to talk to us. You can't ask for much more. Well, maybe the Cowboys winning a game would be nice. I can't recommend this place highly enough!! And I suggest that you ask for Casey as your waiter. read more

Some friends had a casual wedding reception here one Saturday afternoon and I am so glad I went. We started off with the Legit guacamole...it was ok, can't really get with the pineapple in my guac. But the chips were delish. I ordered the marinated chicken and hubs had the bbq salmon. I don't know how marinated the chicken was, I couldn't see or taste any seasoning but it was juicy and good with a side of their nuclear sauce. The side of mashed potatoes was very good and the house made slaw was awesome. I wanted to ask for more but held back. The dish everyone was talking about was the ribs. They were huge! We both wish we had ordered them, but ribs are so hit and miss at non-bbq places. One friend commented are those pork or brontasaurus ribs :) ? The guy who ordered them said they were great. So once I hit my fitness goals I'm coming here and gaining all the weight back with that meal. The moonshine drinks are hit and miss, some people liked theirs others didn't. I liked the one with Kahlua, the frozen one was ok. Happy hour is everyday 3-6 even on Saturdays so yay! read more

Mash'd is a 5 in all aspects. The staff, the menu, the food, the vibe, the cocktails, BRUNCH...did I mention the staff? This place the BEST. I lived in the area working on a project for 3 months. There are a million places to chose from but you could always find me at Mash'd. Five star friendly and well trained staff, from the the Manager to the Servers to the Bartenders, they're all top shelf. I'm a retired server/bartender and have high expectations which they met at every turn. The vibe is is cool, casual and comfortable. They're slinging delicious uniquie cocktails but you can still get your old stand by cocktail if that's what you're looking for, and the FOOD. Where do I start? It's not your typical comfort food, it's different and delicious comfort food. You must try the PIZZA. It's no ordinary Pizza and you'll dream about it! ( I do.) Oh! And the chicken and biscuts with Chuck Norris gravy, and the RIBS and the Avacado Bomb...and the meatloaf...seriously, I could go on and on...did I mention the staff? Alex, Cory, Becky...the entire staff, they are truly wonderful. When my project was over I went to Mash'd for my going away gathering and meal. When I said goodbye, I was saying good bye to friends. Fantastic food, service and drinks!! I came on a Sunday evening with my GF and was immediately greeted and seated (that rhymes). Our server, Chloe, was very knowledgeable of both the food and drink menus and made outstanding suggestions from both. For an appetizer I ordered the queso dip with chorizo and peppers. Very delish!! For dinner I ordered the chicken sandwich and the GF ordered the cheeseburger; both came with fries. When they came out, the food was both hot and appealing, however upon examination of the burger we noticed it was cooked more medium rare than medium well as ordered. We notified our server, who apologized and quickly offered to have us another prepared. While waiting for the second burger, the manager stopped by our table, apologized again, and even told us since it was there fault our burger would be on the house!!! Even though this would have been more than enough to make up for their mishap a cool from the kitchen took it upon himself to bring us a side of free guacamole and chips. The second burger was as ordered and as delicious as expected. Very wonderful food and service from beginning to end. They must've thought we were secret shoppers or something. This place is AMAZING.....packed tonight but was able to snag a place at the bar. Service was a little slow at first but chalking that up to being busy and new. Drinks look...and taste...great. food is killer, had avocado bomb and ribs poboy at our seats, guy next to me had ribs that smelled heavenly. Crazy fun place! Both times I've visited, it felt like the wait staff was as eager for us to have a good time as we were! Moonshine flights are a hoot. Food was delivered quickly and it was excellent. The place rocks like a frat party -- noisy, TVs, crowded -- but it's worth it. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat. Everything I have tried has been fantastic! I love their tacos and the queso is to die for. It is not your typical type food you can get anywhere. So i just moved to town and my father and I kept passing this place so we decided to go in. First off, the decor and atmosphere. As soon as you walk in it looks like a very high end pub. The seats are very comfortable benches with TV's at every angle. Plus all the moonshine jugs and various pictures on the wall gave it a very good feng shui. Now the service. Our waiter was Eric. He was phenomenal! Very courteous and informative. We barely sat down before he came to welcome us! He was the type of waiter that if he recommends something, you go with whatever he says. Speaking of, the food is absolutely fantastic. We started with the mussels. They were in this sauce made of moonshine and tomatoes and chorizo. I couldnt get enough! They're a "must have" if you go here. I also heard that everyone raves about their fried chicken. So i ended up with the chicken sandwich. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. They say it's battered twice but it doesn't take away from the chicken. Ontop was some slaw and lemon aioli. It got a bit messy but they went perfectly with the chicken. And the fries were the smaller, stringy kind. Yet they were absolutely delicious. I'm definitely coming back for more, and everyone should give this place a try! read more

Food was bland and overpriced for what you get. Backwoods strawberry drink is awful. Organic berry smash was ok however the cute glass it comes in is not a keepsake. We went for a birthday dinner. Had a group of 7, made a reservation so we were sat quickly. Food was amazing. The turkey burger was one of the best I've had. They also have a kids menu, it's not listed so you do have to ask the server. Our waitress was great, everything came out super fast even when they got busy. read more

This was my third visit to Mash'd. First time I had the beet salad and it was phenomenal. Next trip a hamburger, which was ok. Today, I had the hamburger again. Was very disappointed. She told me it was cooked medium, but mine was well done and very dry. I had to force myself to eat half of it. For $13.95, I expect a good burger, but I was sadly disappointed today. My friend finished her burger. We split the fries and caesar salad. Salad was good - dressing great. Original fries were served maybe warm, but not really. They were very gracious and brought some hot fries out. They were good, but hard to handle because they were all so tiny. Service and staff was great. Next time I'll order the beet salad. Our original plan was to go somewhere else, but due to the rain and our lack of patience we ended up coming here...and Boy was it THE choice and the RIGHT choice. The place was packed (it was a Saturday afternoon), but we were still seated right away. Upon entering we were immediately enthralled by the whole place. It's got a sort of modern but also old western and farmhouse environment if that even makes sense, but it worked really well. They had vines playing on multiple screens and then Sports and news things on the other, so they really catered to the many a different millennial and sports parent types. Needless to say we had a good distraction while we waited for our meals, which didn't matter really because our food and drinks were also brought out pretty quickly. "So cool environment...fast friendly service....let me guess..the food sucked?" No way, the food was actually awesome. Normally brunch menus with kinda ridiculous or over the top menu items fail to live up to my expectations but I got a chicken sandwich with French toast for the bread and cheddar cheese and some frickin delicious jalapeño syrup and I'm kind of still drooling thinking about it a week later? Needless to say I would definitely recommend you eat here. Good job mashd. read more

My husband and I were in the mood for a little comfort food and Mash'd did not disappoint. I had the Open Faced Blackened Salmon and I gotta say I wanted to lick my plate! The crunchy, obviously home-made cole slaw was the perfect topping to a piece of savory blackened salmon on lightly toasted French bread. I think the avocado herb cream is the "secret weapon" that blends all the tastes and textures together. This time I substituted a salad for fries, but will be trying the fries next time. My hubby got the Fried Chicken with Mash'd taters. The chicken was moist on the inside and lots of crunch on the outside. The piece de resistance for me was the Mash'd taters. Apparently, the taters have a blend of herbs, milk and cheese and something smokey (not sure if it's the cheese or if they snuck in BACON), but they melt in your mouth. The restaurant itself has a beautiful bar with the requisite number of TV's all around and windows that open (weather permitting) onto the patio. We LOVED the variety of music that played while we were there and the volume was just right. Bottom Line - we can't wait to go back and try something else! read more
