Love this place. Been here so many times, my spouse was able to try 3 of their dessert cups and 2 of the boba flavors. The sandwich, eggroll, and drink special is pretty fair too. We usually get that. Pretty good Vietnamese sandwich. Has all of the aspects of the sandwich you should expect. Will be coming back every week. read more

I used to frequent this place a lot. In the last year prices of food & drink have increased due to covid , their suppliers, etc. I don't mind that. As the pricing went up the quality of the food went down, which is very disappointing. All the boba teas now have a watered down taste and plain favor. read more

Tried the "Guava my way!" and very disappointed since it tasted exactly like the Welch's Guava Pineapple juice you would buy at Wal-Mart. But if you eat the fruit and lychee jelly it comes with, it will mask the overpriced drink you just paid for. Have yet to tried the milk tea, but I have heard it is better than the juices. I also bought the "Master's special" Banh Mi, and I was pretty disappointed as well. It's not bad but I wouldn't buy it again. I honestly compared it to the banh mi's you can get at "Banh Mi Saigon Sandwiches & Bakery" on Gate City (Which is the best btw) and it doesn't really compare. The banh mi had American ham in it, which threw me off. This version of banh mi is suited more for American taste buds in my opinion. Atmosphere of the place is cute, and a nice place to relax and chill with friends or study. read more

Super cool place! My friend dragged me here one day and I loved it. Her tea came out so cute, honestly the tea looked so good and tasted so refreshing. Her mom got a smoothie, because she was kinda confused as to what was on the menu... if your not a tea person you might have no idea what to order. It's a good variety. Lots of people there! This place is so slow and racist to non Asian customers. Every time I come here they make me wait 20 minutes even if I've placed an order through the phone. But I see Asian customers come and get their drinks swiftly. The cashier is rude and always answers the phone as I'm trying to ask her a question. Seriously a sad place because I love their bubble tea. read more

The tea here is amazing! The food is really good too. Master Tea offers an extensive menu for pretty much anything you could have a taste for. What has sold me on patronizing this place over and over again is the service. Everyone I've ever encountered has always been friendly and very helpful. I go in with a lot of questions because I want to make sure I order something I'm going to like. The staff has never made me feel like they don't have time to answer my questions and they give a very solid response to help make choosing the right drink or food easy! Great service is consistent. I really enjoyed my lemongrass chicken bhan mi sandwich and the bubble tea was great, they have unsweetened which I liked and also soy milk. You can get the tea however sweet you want of course. read more

The place is nicely decorated. The boba is definitely the best around. I'm very happy my friend introduced me to Master Tea because I've been looking for a good boba place around for awhile. Their boba isn't too sweet and it sure wasn't pricey. I got three classic milk tea and a taro milk tea for me and my friends. I loved it and so did my friends. Definitely coming back again. Cute place! This is the first real bubble tea place in Greensboro so my expectations weren't high, but it's actually pretty good. Their Classic Milk Tea and Double the Love were both really delicious. Their Jasmine Milk tea was okay (I am used to Jasmine Green Milk tea at Milklab, which is outstanding). The snacks could use some improvement. The popcorn chicken didn't taste like real chicken and the chicken wings could use more seasoning. I will definitely keep coming back for tea and to try different things on the menu though. read more

This was our first visit to Master Tea Cafe. Although it has a nice vibe and comfortable ambiance, the experience was spoiled by the manager or owner asking my daughter and me to step away from the counter because it's important the "employees" are comfortable. We were shocked to be treated this way when we were watching them make our $23.00 drinks which is what all the Boba tea shops we've patronized encourage. Not only does this comment make me wonder what they don't want their customers to see, but they do not have a sustainable business model if they continue treating their customers in this manner. There will not be any employees to "make comfortable" if you treat the people paying their salaries this way. Business 101. read more

This place has became one of my favorites. The atmosphere is so cute and comfy. I have fallen in love with the thia tea with a shot of expresso. The staff aren't super friendly. They seem to cater to a difference audience, but the tea is good enough that I return regardless. I look forward to trying some food out soon. read more
