The side dishes or banchan change frequently, my favorites are the tomato and apple, onion and parsley plus the house made kimchi. Occasionally they have the white or non spicy kimchi which is so delicious and refreshing. We often get the combo cold noodle with beef bulgogi (thin sliced marinated beef) or kalbi (LA style short rib sliced across and marinated then grilled).
