I was immediately compensated for the issues I had surfaced and am extremely grateful to the Qshark team for doing so. **ORIGINAL** Unfortunately I cannot say I would recommend Qshark. We hired them for a cross country move and were very hopeful for a smooth process given the total cost we were quoted. Prior to the move, I will say the customer service was great. Any question we had was answered promptly and clearly over email, which was very helpful when preparing for the move. On the day of pick up, the movers were punctual, organized, kind and respectful. I have no complaints for the first half of the move. The delivery is where things started to go south. Our movers assured us they would arrive by July 1, however the night before I received a text from Frank that the movers were very delayed and were likely going to miss the delivery date. He let me know the battery had died in the moving truck and therefore they were unable to make the agreed upon delivery date. This was a problem as we had no accommodations for that night, assuming we would've been able to stay in our new home. Frank offered to cover the cost of any hotel expenses we incurred, which was the right thing to do given the circumstances. However, I did have to follow up with him once or twice to complete the reimbursement, which again isn't the type of service I would expect given the premium cost we paid and unique circumstances. When the movers arrived the next day, things looked positive as they were unloading all the furniture. However once they left we realized several items were either missing or damaged. Our bed frame, bar cabinet, shoe cabinet and futon all had either pieces missing or parts that had been dinged. On top of all of that, our TV screen had been damaged in the move. I have since been asking for claim details to get reimbursed for the TV repairs, and have followed up daily with no progress or confirmation that we will be compensated for the damages. Overall while the movers themselves were wonderful, the service of Qshark fell far below expectation and I would not book with them again.

Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Frank and his team cautiously and meticulously wrapped and moved all of our boxes, bags and furniture. Frank's team placed all our furniture, etc. in each room and assembled beds and mirrors. Frank and his team earned five stars from us!

    Terrible...just terrible. On their website, they say they are the "Company that Cares", and they…read morehave "a heart of gold". So with that, how do they live with themselves. They completely damaged my parents brand new refrigerator during the move. Not only did they damage it, they admitted to damaging it and then lied about it and changed paperwork to cover it up. And now we have zero recourse. Be careful, they will trick you into selecting the $0.60 per pound insurance and then when something like this happens, it's "too bad so sad". All they care about is their corporation and not the consumer. My parents bought a brand new $2500 fridge that is now damaged. Rather than doing the right thing and getting them a new one, they are standing behind their corporate contracts. This is not how a human being should act. If you are the company that cares with a heart of gold, then do the right thing. And don't lie and cover up what occurred during transit. I have time-stamped pictures of the fridge. Ones I took on the morning of the move and then after the move. So BEWARE!!!
