    Maui signature
    Rebecca S.

Almost didn't come here after reading the reviews on Google. Ended up eating here anyway because I didn't have the energy to eat anything else. So glad I did. This place was great. We split the Maui signature for lunch. It was perfect. Everything tasted great. Maybe it's bc we're from Colorado and don't have everyday seafood but I was happy with our meal and would eat here again.

Maui bowl from Maui Poke on Maui Beach. Size medium

Delicious! I got the medium and it was a ton of food and very tasty. Literally the perfect move to order ahead online and take it to go eat and enjoy on the beach.

Here is my breakdown The shop located in the shopping center has a very convenient price, which is better than food truck The facilities are clean Service is like a food court concept A lot of toppings they used mixed the spring salad better than the food truck which just used romaine lettuce It's normal nothing special or impressive Service not to friendly

Extremely fast service. Lots of options. Loved the zoodles option instead of rice. The salmon was fresh and delicious. Very good and convenient poke!

We got dinner from here twice while in Maui. The service was very dependent on who was serving. The male server was a bit rude and not very accommodating even with the build your own bowl option. I definitely recommend doing the build your own bowl often because I think you get a lot more food in there. The food was pretty decent, not the best pokey I had but it was quick inconvenient and had nice seating outdoor.

My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of this poke place. It's walking distance from the hotel and also located at Whaler's Village where there is much to see. He ordered the build your own bowl with nachos as the base. That was brilliant on their part! Never had poke over wonton nachos. Their fish is not pre marinated so they were able to easily accommodate my food sensitivities and soy allergy. I also ordered a build your own bowl with shrimp and tuna over a half salad and half brown rice bowl. I enjoyed my meal and the garlic aioli sauce. The customer service was decent but I could tell they were exhausted after a long day.

I'm happy that they have vegan options! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The Poki was a bit too saucy for me and they didn't really give as much compared to other Poki places I've gone to especially for the price! They also don't give out cups of water and only have bottles for sale. The staff were neutral. Overall this is an okay place to eat, nothing that is above average.

My order was delicious and that could be because I chose what I wanted.y husband and I stopped here to try some "authentic" poke - but vegetarian as we don't eat fish. I made my own bowl which was amazing. I got brown rice, marinated tofu, all the fixings, and edamame for my side. I also added garlic aioli and Maui poke sauce for an extra special treat. I ordered a small - and it was perfect! The lady behind the desk was very helpful! And with it being in a "food court" it was hustling and bustling. My husband got the vegan delight - it was alright. He got a medium (half the bowl was rice) and with the sweet chili sauce. I preferred mine.

Workers were rude. Food was delicious though. Didn't give us napkins when we asked 10 minutes before closing. Girls were working this day.

    Maui Signature Bowl

The Maui signature poke bowl was delicious. The service was good. A small food court atmosphere.

Delish! Stumbled upon this is the food court area of Whalers Village. Happy to see a vegan option of the menu.

Simple yet packed with authentic, creative flavoring. Thank you for exceeding my expectations because this meal was one of the best on my visit to the island. Probably one of the best Poke bowls I have ever eaten!

We did make a dinner reservation and so glad we did, quite a few people waiting and walk ins as well when we arrived. We were here last week for lunch and it was "Ono", food was outstanding and wanted to see how their dinners were. Madison was our server and she did an incredible job, she was on it especially covering quite a few tables nothing lacked her attention and charm. I had yet to try a Loco Moco since we arrived in Maui, I have had this dish on the other islands and it's been good. Tonight I tried Aloha Mixed Plate Loco Moco, they offer it with a choice of steamed rice or fried rice so I wanted to try the fried rice. What a difference in flavor combos. The fried rice gave the dish a much richer taste than the steamed rice. The hamburger patty was incredible, I could taste the char noting it was not fried on a flat top. Excellent dish. My wife did the sirloin steak special prepared with mushrooms and onions and cooked to perfection. Juicy and flavorful and plenty of it. Cocktails were outstanding, we tried something different from our first visit. Loved the evening feel of the room, the night vibe with the exterior torches and landscape really brought the tropical feel. Then came an amazing sunset which you could experience from any table in the house. Couldn't leave without trying the Aloha Pie, so decadent and light. Glad we came a 2nd time, have to say we have not experienced the Hawaiian flavors like we have tasted at Aloha. Do try it for lunch or dinner but make the reservation because it would be sad to get there and not get to try it. Bravissimo Aloha! Ciao

Plates come with rice and mac salad which is a must have combo when in Maui! Customer service was good too, the server checked on us regularly and food came out fast. While I adore and often cook a lot of Asian food I'm not such a fan of Filipino food yet around it more than any other food with family. Bad choice. After driving there from Lahaina for lunch, this dish was unavailable?? Even yelpers rave about it! So we ordered the pork belly and wanted chow fun but they only have the chicken variety? So there is a reason why the Asian restaurants we usually dine at make beef chow fun. The chicken version was bland and wanting for something else to complete it! But surely edible and nicely cooked noodles. The pork belly was ok but not slap your momma I'll go back for that good. The Mac salad was awful compared to much more affordable plate lunch places. It was flavorless, overcooked pasta, and a gritty texture! Weirdly the chairs there at the tables are low and you feel like you are at the children's table at Thanksgiving. So much so that us and two other groups including the ones that moved after ordering to our vacated table moved from the regular tables to the ones at the window with a bench on one side. We had fun joking with our replacements about that! So for the most part here it appears to be tourist clientele and not many Filipinos but my wife. I think that these exceptionally high prices for basic dishes and burgers (she asked why would people go to a Filipino restaurant and order a burger) are why not many locals eat here. And frankly most aunties make better Filipino food better at home. Glad we tried but not again. Checked off of our try try list. They didn't even have a signature dish available that we went particularly to get.

The setting alone is stunning--overlooking the Kapalua golf course with gorgeous ocean views--but the food absolutely lived up to the scenery. We started with a fresh house salad, which was simple but perfectly dressed and a great way to kick things off. For entrées: * My husband ordered the short rib, which was incredibly tender and rich with flavor. The sauce paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. * My oldest son had the prime rib, and it was cooked beautifully with a great sear and topped with asparagus and a flavorful butter. * I chose the shrimp scampi, which was buttery, garlicky, and packed with shrimp. The pasta was coated in the most delicious creamy sauce and even came with toasted bread to soak up every bit of it. * My younger two ordered from the kids menu--the kids short rib and butter-and-cheese fettuccini--and both plates were generous and surprisingly elevated for kids' meals. Everything we ordered came out looking beautiful and tasting just as good. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt relaxed but still upscale. If you're visiting Maui and want a spot that delivers great food, amazing views, and works well for families, The Plantation House is absolutely worth the reservation.

My experience in the food/hospitality industry is that the reservation parties are always seated before a "walk in" and that didn't happen with us. Nevertheless let's talk about Leilani's, it's a bi level set up with patio dining at ground level with beach level views, live entertainment and a different dining menu. We were seated on the 2nd level with ocean view and open breezy al fresco ambience. Our server was Hannah, pleasant and ready to offer a truly fabulous dining experience. Hannah did check on us multiple times through dinner, thank you Hannah for that. We started with the chilled beets and whipped burrata, a creatively crafted use of Burrata cheese that really made this chilled beet salad delicious. The Parmesan crusted Mahi Mahi in a flavorful lemon caper sauce was so good, fish was very fresh and flaky. Coconut shrimp was cooked perfectly, packed with coconut and cooked to perfection. Not dry at all, the sauce that comes with it didn't really pair with the coconut shrimp only because my wife is not a big Curry fan. Hannah effortlessly switched sauce to a horseradish Yuzu sauce that paired nicely and definitely a better flavor combo. Kimos Hula Pie was "Ono" simply delizioso and a huge piece enough for two and we still couldn't finish it. Great evening, stupendous dining experience and I would return to explore the menu a little more. When on the Kaanapali coast do stop in and try breakfast, lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed.
