I like that you can get your poke bowl on a salad. It's perfectly good poke, but I like spicy food, so I thought it could've used more spicy. I wonder if they had hot sauce at the counter.

The person who was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional!

Businesses should know that ALL customers should be treated and greeted with respect. The person in the picture chose to pick and choose who he thought he should show kindness and dignity to. However, it is no surprise that people like him still exist because look at our world full of prejudice and bias. When non people of color came up to the counter he greeted them with Aloha and asked how can I help you? But when people of color came up to the counter his whole expression changed and did not greet us the same. Actually he barely even said anything to us and when he did he was abrupt and rude. We did purchase drinks from there but not food. I do want to add that Matthew made our drinks was nice and professional. However, the person who was rude does not need to be in the front working with customers or need some sensitivity training to learn to treat ALL customers the same no matter what color they are.

Almost didn't come here after reading the reviews on Google. Ended up eating here anyway because I didn't have the energy to eat anything else. So glad I did. This place was great. We split the Maui signature for lunch. It was perfect. Everything tasted great. Maybe it's bc we're from Colorado and don't have everyday seafood but I was happy with our meal and would eat here again.

    Menu and service

Taste of the bowl is mediocre. Avocado cube is not fresh with dark spots all over. There are better food options near the beach, which surprisingly is not much more expensive, and much better service.

Here is my breakdown The shop located in the shopping center has a very convenient price, which is better than food truck The facilities are clean Service is like a food court concept A lot of toppings they used mixed the spring salad better than the food truck which just used romaine lettuce It's normal nothing special or impressive Service not to friendly

Extremely fast service. Lots of options. Loved the zoodles option instead of rice. The salmon was fresh and delicious. Very good and convenient poke!

We got dinner from here twice while in Maui. The service was very dependent on who was serving. The male server was a bit rude and not very accommodating even with the build your own bowl option. I definitely recommend doing the build your own bowl often because I think you get a lot more food in there. The food was pretty decent, not the best pokey I had but it was quick inconvenient and had nice seating outdoor.

Maui bowl from Maui Poke on Maui Beach. Size medium

Delicious! I got the medium and it was a ton of food and very tasty. Literally the perfect move to order ahead online and take it to go eat and enjoy on the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of this poke place. It's walking distance from the hotel and also located at Whaler's Village where there is much to see. He ordered the build your own bowl with nachos as the base. That was brilliant on their part! Never had poke over wonton nachos. Their fish is not pre marinated so they were able to easily accommodate my food sensitivities and soy allergy. I also ordered a build your own bowl with shrimp and tuna over a half salad and half brown rice bowl. I enjoyed my meal and the garlic aioli sauce. The customer service was decent but I could tell they were exhausted after a long day.

I'm happy that they have vegan options! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The Poki was a bit too saucy for me and they didn't really give as much compared to other Poki places I've gone to especially for the price! They also don't give out cups of water and only have bottles for sale. The staff were neutral. Overall this is an okay place to eat, nothing that is above average.

My order was delicious and that could be because I chose what I wanted.y husband and I stopped here to try some "authentic" poke - but vegetarian as we don't eat fish. I made my own bowl which was amazing. I got brown rice, marinated tofu, all the fixings, and edamame for my side. I also added garlic aioli and Maui poke sauce for an extra special treat. I ordered a small - and it was perfect! The lady behind the desk was very helpful! And with it being in a "food court" it was hustling and bustling. My husband got the vegan delight - it was alright. He got a medium (half the bowl was rice) and with the sweet chili sauce. I preferred mine.

Workers were rude. Food was delicious though. Didn't give us napkins when we asked 10 minutes before closing. Girls were working this day.

I'm pretty fussy about Poke and didn't expect to like this as much as I do given its location in the pretty uninteresting food court at whaler's village, but we've now been 3 times on 3 different trips to Maui. We always get the big kahuna Maui Signature bowl with ahi and I'm always impressed with the quantity and quality of the Poke which is always so fresh, soft, and with very little sauce. I love that it's very 'pure' but you also get many other toppings in the bowl too - great combination. Highly recommend for taste and great value.

Plenty of parking though as it's on a private lot. Let me tell you, the poke here is fire!!!! So fresh!!! Found this place here through Yelp, and the other Yelpers definitely did not disappoint. The store is super clean, and each staff member I encountered here were all very polite, and helpful. When you walk in, the Poke section is directly to your left. When we arrived, there was a line and for good reason. They had about 5 or 6 different kind of Poke's the days we went 7/29 and 7/31. I had the Spicy Ahi and the Tamura's one day. Then the Shoyu and Chili pepper the next. All which were extremely fresh and flavorful. Great to eat by itself, or you can elect for a Poke bowl, which gets you two scoops of rice with furikake and sesame seed (if you want) and two choices of poke. You won't regret it if you're a poke fan! We came here twice to satisfy our poke craving. Crazy how it's a large liquor and wine store, which I'm sure they get a lot of customers for. But the days we went, it mainly were both locals and tourists stopping in for just the poke. Just a heads up, I overheard a lady ask "will you have more tomorrow"? To which the employee said, "yes we have enough fish for the next 3 days" which tells me that they do run out or have days where their poke bar is closed. The poke bowl was $14.99 each and completely worth it. Best Poke I've tried so far in Maui! Give them a try!
