I asked about 5-6 times during the work what the price is and didn't get an answer. Is wasn't until he finished he told me someone else handles the pricing. I found him and was quoted $150... And I owe it because I told him to start the work... I was very pissed... The tech then said "well it's to late now, it will cost more to put it all back." when I went to go pay he reduced it to $120, still not good. Avoid these guys.

I was told it would be about 20 minutes before they would be able to check the brakes. In 20 minutes I had their inspection findings. Since parts were had to be ordered I was told it might take 2-3 hrs.. two hours later I received a call that my car was ready. Pricing was good, Service was exceptional, the staff were friendly. What more could anyone want? Six stars on a five star rating system. This is the place that truly delivers more than what they promise.

I'm not Einstein, but . . . . Maybe I do not understand how a gift card really works. I walked away suspecting that I had purchased an oil change, but that I had given Speed a $10 gift card. The help assured me that I should be grateful because he had removed the entire cost for the rotation and labor, and there was no other category to remove from the bill. Their parting words of consolation were, "Well, at least you got your oil change and tire rotation out of the way." That I did.

They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.
