Great variety, love the choose 2 option. The spuds are huge!! So filling!! Super friendly staff too. The only negative is trying to decide what to order. I tried it a second time and after getting to 12, it would NOT advance to giving me a validation code number. Very annoying after trying twice and spending 20 minutes. Very clean, great friendly service, inexpensive, large portion, and the blandest Reuben and Mac and cheese I've ever had. Absolutely no flavor. The sandwich was on thin soft marble rye with a large portion of corned beef similar in taste to Oscar Meyer, flavorless Swiss, sauerkraut and Russian dressing. Don't expect a NY deli experience. The staff doesnt know the menu or how the food taste. When we got our meal, we did not get any utensils. I started to eat my salad and realized there was no chicken in it. The manager had to get me the chicken. We asked for napkins several times before finally getting it. My mother barely got any chicken in her wrap. The service was horrible. read more

Being a loyal customer from Indiana, I was very happy to see a McAlister's in SWF! Of course, I have been there a few times since arriving here! I am a big fan of the "Choose Two" and have tried several combinations. One of my favs is the Savannah Chicken Salad, combined with the New Yorker. A new tasty choice of mine is the Cuban sandwich. The service was fast, everything delivered to the table very timely, and did I mention the great cashier? She was all personality...and very efficient. I placed a small catering order from McAlisters Deli today and due to some miscommunication, my order was placed for the incorrect day. When my order didn't arrive I was furious, however, Mike Schueler was quick to make things right. He got the order completed extremely fast and hand delivered it himself. He even took care of the order for the mistake. McAlisters is a great company, with amazing food. It's better than Panera, hands down. I just got off the phone with Mike to thank him and ended up booking tomorrow's lunch with them for 35 people!! I really appreciated the service from them. Regardless of where the communication went wrong, people make mistakes and they took full accountability. That makes a great company. Thanks again McAlisters and Mike! read more

My first time here, and they greeted me as I walked in the door. First thing I noticed it was very clean! I took a few minutes to look thru the menu, and the cashier waited patiently as I decided what to order. I ordered a Reuben with potato salad and a sweet tea to-go. She immediately gave me my drink before I even paid. I sat at a table and waited no more than 5 minutes for my order. A very polite server brought me my order on a tray. She opened my box to show me the contents and ensure the order was correct. She bagged it up in front of me and offered to top off my sweet tea before I departed. EXCELLENT service. My meal came out on a huge plate filled with a full bag of potato chips and on the four corners of my plate was my sandwich. The sandwich was very small. The only reason why I gave this place four stars is a guy named Jay that after we had probably the most overcooked hockey pucks for potatoes really went above and beyond to make us feel great.
