    Honey bbq pulled pork spud

Service is absolutely amazing. Dawn was the wonderful person behind the counter explaining the menu and telling us all the good things as we had never been here before. I had the McAlister club on a baguette and my wife ordered the honey bbq spud. Kisha was the person who brought out our food and said she made it with love bc we have never been here before and wanted it to be extra delicious. Both were so good and fulfilling. The restaurant its self is clean and cozy. Will definitely be back to try the many different things in the menu!

Spicy Turkey Melt with Ceasar salad
    April K.

I came in at 11:30 on a Thursday for lunch. The staff was friendly and the dining area was very clean. I got the 6" Spicy Turkey Melt with a Ceasar salad. The salad had a little too much dressing and the anchovies were a little overpowering. The sandwich was great. I ordered it with no bacon which I'm sure would give it extra flavor (saving fat grams ). The turkey meat had great flavor and the Chipotle ranch gave it some good heat without being too hot.

I'll have to go back to this place to see if it deserves more than 3 stars...but as the sayings go...initial impressions are lasting impressions. I simply wanted nachos. I ended up talking about it so much, my wife wanted some as well. Looking at the price of them, may as well get all the bells and whistles variety...I even asked for extra cheese. The good: they are big enough to share. The bad: nothing about thy nachos really blew my away...I actually barely felt the air on me at all b The ugly: the cooks have to be consistent in preparation. Our food should mirror each other. Y'all forgot her avocados and y'all forgot my sour cream. I truly believe extra cheese was not put on either of our dishes. It was a common food chain experience. I will admit that our service was really good and they were really professional. Their are other items I want to try, so I'll go back. I just know not to expect anything outstanding when I do.

Club Sandwich, BBQ chips, peach sweet tea and Broccoli Cheddar soup

THEY GET IT RIGHT EVERY TIME! If you love sweet tea, get the tea pass. You can get one large sweet tea once a day for one month for $6.99. YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT DEAL. it is consistently good. I also add flavors like peach or strawberry. Yummy! I always get the club sandwich and my daughter gets the chicken sandwich warm. Both are really good especially the soup!!! The also have good stuffed baked potatoes! The service is good and ambiance feels like home and it's clean.

Went by there to experience a change from my regular eat outs. NOT the change I wanted. Based on my religion, I requested the order taker to please remove bacon slices from the sandwich. I was assured that the bacon was not added. In total, I had mentioned it THRICE to not have bacon on my sandwich & the store employee confirmed that bacon was not added. So as I got home, sliced it in half & noticed halfway through my meal that a piece of bacon was falling off my sandwich

    CHOOSE TWO!

Rarely will I give a deli a five-star, but in this case the young lady working the register, EMMA, knew the menu so well, assisted in our order as I'll detail, and was so personably, that the store earned it, when coupled with the delicious food. We looked at the menu beforehand and both of us wanted the Savannah Salad and the Ruben sandwich. Our plan was to split both and then eat half each. The downside was that it isn't easy to split a salad equally. When I asked the counter girl EMMA for an extra plate to split the salad, she suggested that we each instead get the "choose two" which would give us individual salads of our choice and individual sandwiches, for about the same price. This was much better, and good thinking on her part. Thanks Emma! The Savannah Salad has a good amount of grilled chicken, cranberries, cheese, almonds, tomatoes, and all kinds of greens. The Ruben sandwich was served properly warmed, with the right amount of sour-kraut, Swiss, and a decent portion of corned beef. The only downside is that there is not a close location to the inner city, but when in Spring, we'll stop back here. The bigger PLUS, there are three tables on the patio and we were able to have our dog outside. He enjoyed bits of Ruben and grilled chicken!

I've had sandwiches in NYC and Boston, but Tony's were definitely better! The menu is overwhelming because so much sounds good, so we went with two 7 inch sandwiches to split--one hot and one cold. Although a helpful tip from the cashier is that you can order any cold sandwich hot. We had the Lucky Luciano (hot) and the Sophia (cold). Both were really good--it was hard to choose between the two. But if I'm being honest, that cold sandwich was reminiscent of subs I loved in the early 2000s from places that no longer exist...with that super thinly sliced turkey, thick slice of Swiss cheese, and basil mayo--it really hit the spot. We also had a cannolo--not as good as others I've had. The bottled root beer was delightful. The Lucky Luciano was the kind of sandwich I came here for, and don't get me wrong, it is deliciously cheesy and will make your hands messy. But the Sophia is the kind of sandwich I'll be craving. My only regret was not taking a sandwich to-go for later. Open a location closer to Houston, please. :)

They are a pepsi place (booooooo!), and there's no diet pepsi (pepsi zero is their only zero calorie soda option). If you drink Diet Coke (most popular diet drink in USA), then you don't want diet pepsi, but you'll probably drink it if you have to; however, you're very likely to hate pepsi zero (and Coke Zero, too), so no soda for you here anymore! A full Coke setup that also includes Dr Pepper AND Diet Dr Pepper is ideal. I realize a pepsi fountain is more profitable because of distributor incentives, but pepsi is favored by almost nobody and hated by many...so is it really worth it? Tony's is so great that pepsi just does not fit in. Hopefully they don't deteriorate further and change to Wonderbread for all of their sandwiches. Bottom line: at the very least, please add diet pepsi to your soda machine if that brand remains in place.

He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and even helped us select an entrée for Mom. We both ordered the Chicken Panini, hers with broccoli soup and mine with chicken pot pie soup. Our meals were delivered promptly by a sweet, cordial young lady. Mom was excited to see her entrée, but after a few bites, she found her broccoli soup too salty. I tasted it as well and suspected the cheddar cheese base was the reason. I went to the counter to request a bowl of hot water to dilute the soup, which helped a little. The gentleman who took our order noticed and immediately asked if everything was okay. When I mentioned the high sodium content for Mom, he kindly offered to bring another cup prepared with more milk or to swap it for a different soup. Mom opted for the potato soup, and he graciously brought it out. The Chicken Panini was excellent -- warm, well-made, and flavorful. The side of plain house chips was decent, though a bit salty for our taste -- especially when paired with the soup. A baked chip option might be a nice, lighter alternative for some guests. The restaurant itself was clean, and I appreciated seeing staff promptly clearing and wiping down tables as guests left. It added to the welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. We ended our meal with a smooth, delicious ice cream cone -- the perfect sweet finish. While a few items were on the salty side for us, the outstanding service, clean environment, and overall meal quality made the visit worthwhile. We'll definitely be back!
