Is it culinary brilliance, obviously not, but will definitely do as a quick fix. The tea is as advertised spot on and has always been as far as any visit I have made out. I prefer this over Jason's or Murphy's as the varita is plentiful but not overwhelming. Simple pick two lineups of sandwich and side make for a great meal. Great spot for the kids as well. Plenty of clean high chairs and the options although limited bring a decent selection of cookies apple sauce and a main course. He parking lot is also very spacious and had no trouble breezing in and out for a Saturday during lunch. Although not a spot I would go out of my way to grab something it was quick easy and filling. read more

I visited this McAlister's location on its 3rd day of opening, and I'm quite impressed. I came here around noon for lunch and my first thoughts when I walked in this place was its cleanliness and vast amount of space. Of course this location just opened so its cleanliness is expected. As far as the sandwiches go, it was good quality wise. I ordered a Deli Classic with a baguette as my bread and roast beef as my meat. Very tasty. However I was disappointed because I expected the quantity of my food to be a bit more. The service was okay, definitely needs improvement. The employees are all new and seem to still need to figure some things out. My cashier seemed had I very soft voice and had trouble working the cash register, but then I also understand this place just opened. I do however give props to the workers here because there was not one table I saw that was still dirty from the previous customer. Would definitely come visit this place again! read more

Customer service was good but the food not so much. Went the first time and it was good went back days later the bread was mushy and flask tasted like a pretzel. The soup was not as fresh tasting as when I went the first time and there is no consistency with the veggie sandwich ingredients. read more

This location is very clean and the food comes out quickly. Love the club sandwich. Also like the fact that you can get mac & cheese as a side (opposed to just chips like most delis). I usually like ordering from here and I like their food but they've consistently gotten my mobile order wrong. We placed a takeout order and we had a few items missing. My jalapeño sandwich was missing a lot of ingredients-the avocado, jalapeño and the chips, our nachos had no chicken and there was a piece of plastic in my chicken salad. I wanted to give a benefit of the doubt and I think they're understaffed, but it's just disappointing when you pay a lot of money for food just to lose your appetite. I shouldn't have to check my order every time and open up every sandwich to see everything that's missing. read more

Food was okay but we ordered a kids spud and when all of the other food was brought out they told us it would only take 10 minutes. We ordered at 3:55 pm and did not receive the spud until 4:25 after everyone was finished eating. They were out of chips and when we asked for another side they charged us $.50 for a Mac and cheese. Where to start with this location... First I am not sure why this location is even open.. They need to go out to the Clearlake store and get some lessons how food should taste, smell, and how service should be. Several times we gave them a shot: 1. Chicken and dumplings Dumplings were mushy and overcooked with a taint smell that they were spoiled. 2. Chipotle Chicken Melt They have not gotten this right 3 times, and the meat has a spolied taste and smell. Now on to service: Horrible, they do not listen or pay attention to their customers at all, you can request a cracker and they will give you a spoon. This is sad as McAlisters is a great chain with great food, this location should be ashamed that they are even allowed to continue with the brand! Someone please HELP THEM! read more

The food is very good, I especially like the tortilla soup. I have had the chicken salad on a croissant and it was fantastic. Quiet atmosphere, lots of seating and friendly staff. A good value for your money. I'm not sure about the other location, but the one on Kuykendahl Rd in Spring is great. read more

Never again. Don't waste your time unless you are right there. Ordered through a 3rd party delivery service. Food for 4 people. when it was delivered, there was a half sandwich, cup of some kind of soup and a cello bag of tortilla chips. Called the store, seems our "order" was on the back shelf, and had been for about 1 1/2 hours....the wrong thing was delivered. My husband went to pick it up in person, and after getting home, we discovered a missing mac n cheese, no soup and wilted salad. I had asked for it to be remade, thinking bread may be soggy, or soup cold....I was told it would be, but I seriously doubt this was the case. Sorry McAllisters...Panera from now on, or Firemans, or Katz, or Jasons or Schlotzkys, or Lennys, or Which Wich. Lots of places....we are breaking up p.s. Have had very rude and unprofessional experiences here for the last month straight. I have spoken with Amanda the manager via Email and in person. I am quite simply wanting to order the new promotional salad and for some reason they can not tell me when I'm ordering if they are out of an ingredient. I specifically ask and the workers tell me "oh I'm sure we have it". Then Amanda did not even bother to come speak with me when my order was wrong yet again. The meats are like echrich meats from the grocery store not even the deli section way over priced for what they are so save your money & just throw ham or bologna on some bread at home & eat over the sink. read more

Delicious! I decided to take the family to lunch here today and we were not disappointed! The kids menu I found to have great options and the kids loved the loved the Mac and Cheese. It came with a drink, choice of side item and some teddy graham crackers. I loved how they have a Gluten Free Menu. My wife must eat GF and so she had a baked potato. She loved it! For myself, the southwest chicken sandwich! It was delicious and so was the side of mashed potatoes and gravy! We will be back! read more
