Bloodys were t bad! They had a few different kinds to choose from which is always fun. They were unfortunately out of beef sticks but I can't blame them for that. We started with the cheesesteak egg rolls. They sounded so good in the description but turned out a little off on the taste. They were a little soggy and the two different dipping sauces confused my taste buds. Like am I eating Chinese or American? Queso dip or sweet chilli dip. They weren't bad just not up to par. I tried the special turkey and brie sand which. Tots were my choice for the side. The tots were very tasty! Loved the slight seasoning and perfect crunch to them. I wished the turkey sandwich was served cold but I can't complain. It tasted like a simple sandwich. They are located in a really random location by Home Depot. They had tons of TVs for viewing all the American football teams a girl could dream of watching. Service was fair and so were the prices. This may be too harsh but we all can relate to your initial negative experience overpower the whole night. This 1 star is from one person and I suspect not representative of normal nights or past experiences. It's pretty hard to bum me out when I'm out with my bride for dinner. The Food at CP - three stars: good variety, tastes good, comes quick. Charged me $.50 for salsa for a nachos appetizer? Really? Servers - friendly, worthy of 5 stars. HERE'S THE BAD - it's usually super busy, as it was tonight. There's no real waiting are and it's congested. I get that staff can be stressed. Our check in experience and wait was 2x beyond quoted time. It happens. Nearly 30 min, quoted15-20. Again, I expect a wait. I'm not frustrated about it. You need to know CP relies on a text/check-in service via your phone. I'm Shakopee, there no signal. And, their wifi is horrible. It's sketchy at best. So after waiting patiently 15 extra minutes and our phone stuck on "you have one table ahead of you for 12 minutes and watching people leave, I decided to ask the counter if it could be a bad connection." Host (not the young adults that typically work the counter) was Curt: NAME? After responding, her reply: "we texted you." That's bad on many levels - if you texted me, I'd have come to be seated. All you had to say was "I'm so sorry, our system shows we texted you but I know this can be skittish here, let's get you seated." But, that aggressive tone really soured my experience tonight and it was completely avoidable, as I know believe the CP to be. Unless you're on their list ahead of time, or don't care. By the way, we did get the text - about 18 minutes after sitting down. In summary, Just a horrible response from her that sadly I let cast a shadow over our dinner as I just couldn't believe her reply and tone. Wednesday night we ate at the Copper Pint and we were not disappointed! It was fairly busy but we only had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated for a party of four which was reasonable. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich which was really good if you like spicy foods! (Sub a fresh bun instead of the pretzel bun) The others I was with ordered the salmon bowl, apple and pecan salad, and seafood ravioli. All three enjoyed their meals and were really happy with what they got. Their parking lot is large but can fill up do you it's popularity. We will be returning! read more

Enjoyed stopping in for dinner before an event in town. I like that they have a "Join the waitlist" option (we put our name on the list about 25 minutes before getting there), but it's a bit hard to judge how long you will still need to wait when you get there (we waited about another 15 minutes). At any rate, we bellied up to the bar to wait out our remaining time, and beers and rail drinks were 2 for 1. It seemed to be past happy hour time, so either the bar staff was being generous or those drinks are always 2 for 1. I couldn't tell which situation was true by looking at the menu. When we were seated, our waitress was very quick and nice. We got some duck wontons to start. Those were delicious, but was disappointed that the serving was only 4. (Other places I've ordered these give you 6 or 8 for less price). I got the beef Stroganoff, and others had the Whiskey stickers, maragrita pizza, and Cajun chicken sandwich. Just flying into Minneapolis for the first time and heading to a friend's in Prior lake, McCoy's Copper Pint was a great pit stop for dinner on a Friday evening. It was fairly crowded with a lively atmosphere, plenty of TV's playing sports, and friendly employees ready to help. Being my first time, I had no idea about the 2 for 1's when all of a sudden two pints come out in my first order!. The beer selection is vast with something for everyone including a full bar. We fired up some cheese curds as appetizer which were beer battered and tasty, ready to dip in some creamy tarragon sauce and habenero aioli. My friend ordered the crispy chicken, which he later said was "ok" and felt he should have gone another direction. I went with the chicken club which I thought was good and tasty, specifically feeling like the applewood smoked bacon, white cheddar cheese, and chipotle mayo stood out. This was our second time coming here! We wanted to sit somewhere outside, and Copper Pint has both outdoor and rooftop seating. It has great ambiance on the rooftop, but due to crowds we had to wait to be seated outside on the first floor patio. We had to ask the hostess about seating on the patio, as we waited about an hour to be seated on the rooftop. Our server was very nice but our food took a long time to come out. And, when we were done, we were waiting for the bill for a long time... the main reason for 3 stars instead of more. But, the food was delicious! The burnt ends were enjoyed by the table and was a good size portion, balanced with some vegetables. The turkey avocado melt is relatively new to their menu but should definitely stick around! As a fan of Brussel sprouts, it was worth the upgrade as a side. The filet was cooked to perfection and is exactly would you would expect when you order one. The Asian Chopped Salad seems to be one of the menu favorite and is refreshing. We will be returning during the summer! read more

I've never had a bad experience at Copper Pint. I've been there and sat at the bar with my husband, sat on the roof, and also been there with a very large group for happy hour. Each time the service was quick and accurate. We love going on Monday nights for half off burgers which are always juicy and flavorful. I was super impressed with this place. I had been to Willy McCoy's in Bloomington a bunch of times, and had heard of this new location so I decided to try it out with a friend on a Thursday night at around 7pm. It was PACKED. I was shocked at how busy it continued to be throughout our visit and our server Wendy E., noted that they are always on a wait. We only had to wait 13 mins (I know the exact minutes because they have a easy wait system that texts you when your table is ready), which seemed really reasonable for how busy they were. All of the staff was very friendly and laid back, but hardworking. Even the hosts encouraged me to wait when they announced there would be a wait: "it will be worth the wait, the food is amazing". And they were right!!! Our server Wendy E. was great for us, we sat on the patio and she was very attentive and OK with us ordering as we went. Ordering here and there, was very casual and we didn't feel rushed. Very well done. 2 for 1s are great to split with a friend if you can agree on a tap drink, we got the angry orchard. Super refreshing as always! For appetizers we got the cucumber shrimp bites which had amazing flavor and came with huge shrimp, avocado, spicy sauce, all on a thick cut cucumber. Then, we got the duck wontons which were SO tasty. The glaze on them is to die for, combined with the dipping sauce! After that and a few drinks, I was pretty full, but my friend got a bomba burger which looked amazing. Her burger came with a choice of a side, she got tots with seasoned sour cream. Lastly, we got the monster cookie with ice cream. Oh my gosh. Soooo good. The waitress was very good and gave us options before ordering. I got the all you could eat fish fry which was amazing!! They have 2 for 1's on drinks which made having an alcoholic beverage a lot easier decision. Our bill was on $65 for 3 people and we were done in about an hour. The restaurant was very accomodating to our large group. Service was spectacular and I loved you could get your beers in pairs! I only wanted one of my Stellas, so gave the other to my son. I started out with the fried cheese curds which were crisp and not too greasy. Loved the spicy dip that came with. We split a fajita pizza which had a nice, unique flavor and kick to it. I wasn't that excited about my chicken caesar salad as the romaine pieces were huge and the chicken rubbery and not super flavorful. I am surprised I haven't checked out the copper pint sooner. A very modern gastro pub, this place is very suave and definitely adds a star to Shakopee's foodscape. Me and a buddy of mine stumbled in their doors just by accident after a long day at work when everything else in town was either closed or just felt unappealing. Boy, was that the best thing that happened to us. We got the basil chicken sandwich and their version of grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was a completely new incarnation of it's well known self and was very delectable I also loved the chicken sandwich quite a lot. With the order of fries and coleslaw on the side the meal was very filling and worth every penny spent The place is a stone's throw from Marcus theaters and I think can make the perfect itinerary for your evening movie and dinner plans read more

I was disappointed with the cheese curds because they were hard with a thick bread of. It honestly felt like chopped up mozzarella sticks and a Minnesotan cannot be fooled. The margherita pizza was dry and more crust that actual topping. I do appreciate the fresh mozzarella though. Couldn't taste the basil. If I come back I'd try a different app and skip a main course.
