I'm so upset as I go to the drive thru about 9:30pm and ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg and a hashbrown. I get home and open up my bag and I find the hashbrown that must've been from this morning and just re-cooked over and over again because you couldn't even see a hint of potato. The breakfast sandwich was totally burnt all around and my 1st thought was throw it away since it wasn't even edible. But after spending about $6.00 I thought, nope I'm taking this back for a refund so that who ever was in charge could see the food that their employees are serving to paying customers! Now I know that these employees that serve this kind of food could care less about the customers, because whoever bagged this food had to see how gross it looked! I totally lost my appetite, thank you McDonald's on Serfas Club and BTW you don't even deserve a ONE star! I walked in with my bag and the person at the register named Elizabeth asked if she could help me and I simply said that I wanted a refund, she took one look at the hashbrown and her expression and comment said it all!!! I just waited for twenty five minutes to place my order at the speaker with only one other car at the pick up window in front of me. Once I finally placed my order with a rude non apologetic female worker I pulled forward and proceeded to wait ten more minutes for the two girls who I'm hoping where training because they chatted the entire time and where in what looked like pajamas to tell me they are only accepting cash and cards aren't working. I didn't have cash and she said there was nothing she could do and just go to a different fast food place. Not good service ladies. read more

Drove through on a weeknight after 8pm. There were two cars in front of me. First thing at the first window, the employee dropped my change on the ground. Instead of offering to replace it, he tried to point to it on the ground, in the dark, for me to get out and pick it up! I get to the pick up window and the car in front of me is waiting, as is another car, pulled up into the waiting area. I finally pull up to the window and I tell the new employee that the first employee dropped my change on the ground, I got the same reaction from him "Oops, sorry". Then, I get home and the large fries I ordered was half full and COLD. If the construction in the area doesn't ruin their business, their poor customer service and lack of food quality surely will! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. After waiting 20 minutes for our food I went up to the cashier and asked how much longer only to find out that my order was given to a drive-thru customer. No apology was given nor offer of compensation. When I ask to speak to a manager she said there was no active manager on duty and they were short-staffed of course with the attitude . Apparently she was already upset because she had an argument with a co-worker in front of everybody . Mind you it was very slow as it was 8:30 in the evening. Then another gentleman sitting right next to us waiting for his meal had the exact same problem. Let's not raise minimum wage please. That was my first and last time ever going to that McDonald's. My wife and I both got food poisining from this loacation! We each had the single cheese burger. Both of us had chills, vomiting and the other thing..... Least I say that was a long evening for both of us. Another thing is they get our order right about half the time. This place was awful! I came in last night for fries for my boyfriend who just had a blood transfusion and needed to eat something. We were waiting in the drive thru for FORTY minutes!! When we finally got to the window, the woman never asked how we were doing or apologized for the awful wait at 11:30 pm. We waited forty minutes for one large fry and a sausage biscuit sandwich. This has to be the most dirtiest store I have ever been to . The lobby was filthy every table was dirty trash cans were full of trash . They had sauce spilled in the front of the trash . Trash on the floor all over the lobby , the soda station was ridicules soda all over the machine straws broken and not refilled . I have managed mc Donald's for a long time ! And I have never allowed any of my stores to get this dirty . It took me having to tell the manager small Hispanic female , for them to do something about it. This McDonalds use to be really good, with nice employees. Tonight I went thru the drive thru. my order was incorrect, the grease they used to make the fries and chicken nuggets was rancid (making them inedible), I was shorted in change, and the girl working the drive thru was not very friendly. I thought this McDonalds was open 24 hours, but this site says they close at 11:00pm (I went thru about 11:30pm). And People Want Minimum Wage to go Up!!!! Younger staff that has no idea how to operate. We order pull up to the first window and she asks us if we ordered something completely different from our order (deluxe breakfast and 2 egg sausage mcmuffins) we go up to the second window now and another lady gave us our order but with no deluxe breakfast so we had said that was missing from our bag then a young kid comes in a dress suit and tie and asks us if we got an orange juice (confused cause we didn't know or not) we said no and he leaves for a couple minutes and then comes back and asks us for our receipt, so we show him and he ends up saying "oh that's your order you didn't get a drink" shouldn't they have found that out from the get go instead of having is wait. read more

Ok, so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and hope that things change. That is definitely not the case here!!! I have randomly come back to this location several times, only because it's so close and we love chicken mcnuggets, and EVERY SINGLE TIME something in the order is messed up. It can be as little them forgetting the sauces (which they ask what kind and repeat the order several times), to a big mess up (like every single option in a happy meal being messed up)! No joke! We ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices, a girl toy, and a milk...We got a 4 piece nugget meal with gogurt, a boy toy and an apple juice. Come on!!!! I used to love coming to this location because it's so close to work and very convenient. Today was the second time I've used the curbside pickup through the mobile app where it took them 20 minutes to even start making the food. While waiting another curbside order left since nobody brought out their food. I went to the drive through to see where my order was and this is 20 minutes of waiting, she tells me they JUST started cooking it and I can go back and wait. I told her no I'll stay in the drive through. I got my food and tried being as polite as possible. I called to speak with a manager who tells me they gave my order away and had to find it. When I explained this is the second time this has happened all she said was "oh...I'm sorry". I understand busy times however as a person working in customer service you should at least pretend to care about the concerns of the customers. I'm definitely NOT coming back here hopefully they work on a better system for getting their orders out in a timely manner. read more

This McDonald's has some of the most rude and unhelpful employees I have ever dealt with in a fast food establishment. Out of the handful of times I have been there not ONE of my orders were delivered to me in drive-thru correctly. One instance they handed me the food which was not mine and then I handed them MY receipt back with the bag and told them it was not my order. Then they walked away with the food and receipt came back with what I assume was the manager (the person with the red shirt didn't address himself) and he asked where the food was that we got handed. I told him I gave the it to the other employee, then with my receipt in HIS hand he asked what my order was! I let him know that's why I handed the receipt back so they knew what order to give us. He then made us wait in the front of the store so they could bring us out our food when it was ready because they handed our order to someone else. We waited for at LEAST 10 minutes. Then the guy that originally gave us the wrong order came out handed us the bag of food WITOUT our drinks (so my boyfriend had to walk in the store to go ask for them and wait another couple minutes for that)with no apology or ANYTHING! He didn't say a word, just shoved the bag of food though my boyfriends open window and walked away. I thought it was completely ridiculous how careless they were with how they handled this situation. I understand how stressful and busy drive-thru establishments can be, I've worked in one for the past two years but they way they treat their customers is unacceptable. They also really need to get better training on taking proper orders and having an inviting attitude when talking to people. Treat customers they way you'd want to be treated when in the same position. That's it. It's mutual respect and having a good attitude is what this location is lacking. read more

Worst service ever! This is not the first time I go and get rude service from employees and managers alike at this specific location. I ordered fresh baked cookies and emphasized I wanted them freshly baked. I have ordered these freshly baked before and understand there is wait and don't mind it. But today when I ordered they were at room temperature and asked the employee at the window if I could get them fresh baked. She walked away and got her manager. When the manager returned she asked what was the problem was, I explained and she straight out said "sooo you want them burning???" in the rudest tone for no reason with a head nod to match! I am paying customer that was very specfic from the start of what I wanted and never had this problem ordering freshly baked cookies. This location needs a better management team because Chery the manager and her staff have no respect for customers or cares about their quality of service. They don't even deserve a star. read more

Yup, this place was dirty. The restroom walls were dirty and the entire soda counter was dirty. The soda machines at the top have what appears to be calcium build up. How come manager hasnt enforced cleanliness? It was so slow too last week around 8 pm. I was one of two customers. Shameful. I will go back in a couple of weeks to see if it has improved. Oh my oh my, so why would anyone waste anytime reviewing a McDonalds? Well I wouldn't but this place is just asking for a bad review. I don't expect 5 star service, it's a McDonalds but I've worked in the food service industry before, it's not that hard to work at a fast food place ! Not only is the wait time in the drive through always at least an hour, they always reset the computers at the busiest times. I have also come here on different occasions where they are cleaning the ice cream machine, ofcourse the typical McDonald the ice cream never works or they don't have it but now I've been getting the smoothies since ice cream is never an option and now the SMOOTHIE MACHINE WAS BEING CLEANED UGH!!! Why do you clean your machines at the busiest times ? Idk but let's get the real problem because this could be a stretch for a bad review so far, the service ! Not a way i want to start my morning - waiting in the drive thru for 20min!!! for an egg white delight -that's it. That's all I wanted. Yes, the line was backed up. Typically a drive thru at a fast food goes quickly. However, it went from bad to worse. Apparently they messed up on an order.Then they messed up on another. I watched, while trapped in my car, while the bags went back and forth, multiple times, not only the bags, but the hot drinks as well. Then the receipts... Seriously. Can we get the order right! So a little advise to Mgmt - have the car w/the order issue move up... so you can get the line moving. I relayed my frustration to the cashier and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked to go to front window and request they get the line moving, so i could leave. She said couldn't leave her post - why, not were not moving, this is insane. She's just sitting there while s the line was getting longer and longer and I'm trapped!! I asked for the manager - expressing my frustration for a 20min the wait to be unacceptable. finally, the next 2cars quickly got their order and drove off. The cashier said, they were short handed -. When I clearly saw the order being re-done -4cars up. Ok then have the cashier help out - multitask - not that hard and hire more help! Breakfast time is busy - this is a busy McD's .. Lady in the drive thru window really made me wait 4 minutes in the drive thru just to order lunch at 11am instead of just putting in the order since it would take that long to make anyways. Which only made more cars pile up behind me in the drive thru.... I didn't know 4 minutes really made that much of a difference or was such a big rule. I would give zero stars but it won't let you. I've been going to this McDonald's for the past ten years since I moved to the area. It has gone from decent to horrible during this time. Their employees are lazy, don't listen to what is said and are rude. Time before today I literally stood at the counter for ten minutes to order my grandson his happy meal while others got cold food that had to be re cooked, hell they couldn't even get coffee right. Today I wanted to order a happy meal and salad only to be told they were out of salads-seriously how the freak does that happen ? So i ordered a happy meal to go, hamburger, all fries he doesn't like their apples or yogurt, freaking knew I should have checked-got home they put in apples and when I looked at my receipt the ditsy air head at the drive thru put in for apples and she actually had repeated it back to me with all fries called the manager and he could care less so now let's see what corporate does come Monday morning! Stopped in to see the new Decor. Was hoping for an outlet to charge our cell phones and there were none! you would think that with free WiFi there would be outlets.
