Was looking forward to having a hot sit down breakfast at the hotel but they did not open until 6:30 a.m. I decided to try a nearby cafe that was listed on Yelp. Unfortunately, I could not find it, but that is another story. Already went down one wrong street that was the road to enter the State Prison. Spotted golden arches at a nearby McDonalds. Busy drive through. Went inside to have breakfast. Apparently you can order your food inside but there is no inside dining. Staff were busy and friendly but a bit short handed for the early morning rush. Ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin breakfast combo. Muffin was a bit crispy on the edges. Scarfed it down in the truck. Hey the BK down the road had inside dining. What's up with that? The breakfast combo was likely better than dining at the nearby convienence store, however will probably pass on the golden arches at this location for my next breakfast adventure in Florence. read more

My experience here was the best I've had yet at any fast food location. The McDouble was perfectly cooked and tasty. The staff was kind and smiling faces which made the experience even better. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the Florence area. Kudos to whoever is running that McDonalds because they are doing it right. Definitely will be back. read more

This would have to be one of the most worst locations. When we ordered breakfast and received our coffees, the lids were not secured and the coffee spilled all over my brand new car. The food got wet, coffee spilled on my clothes and my electoral controls on my car. We did not receive an apology. When I asked for the manager, she had an attitude and did not care about what happened and said what do you want me to do in a nasty tone. We used the drive thru so I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant. We ordered a sandwich and combo meal. We were instructed to pull up to the second window and I think were forgotten. There were 5 cars that left that were behind us. When they gave us the food the tea was warm & the woman rolled her eyes at us when I asked for sugar packets (the tea was supposed to be half sweet and wasn't) & napkins. This being the closest McDonald's to me, I still live about 20 minutes away and had to turn around once already to get a new fountain drink because my drink was straight carbonation due to negligence to make sure they are stocked . Once I got home I opened my food to realize I have no meat in EITHER of my Big Macs, just lettuce pickles onions and a bun not even the Big Mac sauce. Absolutely ridiculous. Every time I go to this McDonald's it's an issue. I called EIGHT times to be sent to voicemail 6 of those times and the last two times they turned the phone off so nobody can call. My brother was stuck in this town waiting for a ride home to California. No phone or money. We knew he was at this McDonald's because he borrowed someone's phone. I called and spoke to Someone named Jayden who helped me get food to him. She went out of her way to find him and ensure he got it. He told me when he got home that the burgers were good. This was a solid she did for me and gives me hope in people that there are still good people out thank you. read more

I get an iced coffee made a specific way and for some reason in Coolidge they have never gotten it wrong but Florence? Avoid this McDonalds location. I live near by and will not return. The staff has extremely high turn over. Never yhe same person there twice. Management does not properly train the staff. The service was awful. After we consumed the meals we purchased we went back up and ordered chocolate dipped ice cream cones. The manager that made our cones promptly wrapped them in a small pile of napkins, so once the chocolate set I either had to chose to eat napkin wrapped chocolate or cease consumption at the napkin/chocolate junction. Needless to say we did not continue to eat the encased paper product, recycled or not.
