First of all, this is McDonald's. Im not sure why anybody is reviewing this location, myself included. You should know what to expect. You're getting McDonalds. Now aside from the obvious, this location consistently gets my order right and the food is fine. Sure, sometimes they forget a straw and the fries could have been packed in more. But this is fast food, and it's good for what it is. The location recently received a nice renovation that is probably unnoticed by most but there are nice touches such as Aspen tree walls and modern kiosks. At the end of the day, you're getting some cheap and quick food. Sometimes it's a miss, but this location sure is less of a chance of that then most. read more

I am incredibly disappointed by the treatment my mother and I received at this location today. My mother is currently battling cancer, and I brought her in for a quick meal. I politely asked the staff if they could please cut her sandwich in half to make it easier for her to eat, given her current health situation. The response I received was not only unhelpful, but entirely rude and disrespectful. The staff showed zero empathy or basic courtesy, completely dismissing a small, simple request that would have made a world of difference for her. Dealing with a loved one's illness is already an exhausting experience, and to be met with such hostility in a place that is supposed to serve customers is unacceptable. I should have looked at the reviews first. We ordered coffee, sausage mcmuffins with egg, hashbrowns, orange juice, and two pancake and sausage platters. My daughter puked everything up not even 15 minutes after eating the pancakes. We are on a road trip and her stomach has been very upset this whole time. 18 hrs in the car with a crying child is not fun. The coffees were mostly milk or whatever cream they use. They automatically gave me all large drinks. They didnt even ask what size I wanted. I do not feel the best after eating just 1 sausage mcmuffin. I dumped all the drinks out and threw all of the food away that was left. The restrooms were repulsive. Not very clean and the staff was snappy and rude. What a horrible place. First they hardly give you any ice in your drink. We thought it was a fluke the first time around but said "extra ice" on our second visit for drinks. We still got the same six ice cubes. When I tried to ask for them for replacements with extra ice the woman said, and I quote, "it's whatever the machine puts in." W. T. F? I asked for one bacon McGriddle, Lady taking the order at window rung us up for a Sausage McGriddle, With a Substitution of Bacon, I received bacon in between the bread. Nothing else. I used to work at this exact McDonald's. If I wanted ONLY bread and ONLY bacon it would say so on the receipt. They had no line so I don't know why I received crap. Reviews should matter on what the experience is at a place, including national chains. Right now we as a country are face very difficult times and my heart goes out to all our communities that are being effected by this pandemic. That said I want to give a standing ovation to my local Evergreen McDonalds for their service! The staff was remarkably joyful and friendly while taking all health precautions, I mean they had Counting Crows music rocking from the kitchen and when they saw I had my little furry amigo with me in my car at the drive thru, they literally said, "here's your food, and here's your pups food" and they gave me the WORLDS CUTEST mini fries. So very awesome to get that kind of extra special service at any time, but right now it's just really extra awesome. Thank you guys! read more

Disappointing. I have the McDonald's app. And today it offered a free Quarter Pounder with $2 purchase. HOWEVER: Sometimes free is not a deal. My order was placed well after a lunch rush at around 3PM. The bun: stale and cardboard-like. The meat: cold. The cheese: unmelted. The picture of a Quarter Pounder shows 2 pieces of cheese: there was only one.... AND, this was a special request: no salt, extra pickles... so it should have been more or less been made to order. The best thing about the burger: the onions were fresh, and in fact it did come with the requested extra pickles. Face it: if they can't do their signature burger right, you can't expect anything from this location. Something is definately not right there. You have been warned read more

This place is notorious for making mistakes with orders. What's worse---if they don't have something they don't bother to tell you in the drive thru, so you get to find out after you've pulled away that they didn't give your kid their Apple slices, only to go back and ask for them to be told they are out and have been out for days but didn't bother to tell you that. Seriously, the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. At least have the courtesy to tell someone that you're out of something instead of just expecting them to figure it out for themselves when they drive away. read more

They've designed the parking lot and drive thru in a way that by going with the double drove thru, there's no way to bypass it if you're intending to go inside. The parking lot is one way too, so a quick run inside just turned into a five to ten minute wait given this is an interstate location which is always busy. This was literally the worst McDonald's we have ever stopped at. We went through the drive through and once we got through we realized absolutely everything we got was cold and had been sitting. We went back in asked for fresh food and the food they gave us was just as bad. We ended up throwing everything away and having to go somewhere else for supper. read more

Everything came out fast and fresh! Nuggets were super crispy on the outside, and tender in the center! French fries were also fresh, and we also enjoyed the Big Mac. Service as also good and can't complain. Inside was clean, and restroom is well kept. Definitely recommend this McDonalds. read more

I read countless reviews on how slow this place was. I always had good quick service at their drive thru but today was my first time ever going in b/c I saw their indoor play space was open. It really was slow service. These days it's hard to get fast food without something getting messed up or missing. We visited this location on a Thursday night and it wasn't very busy, so maybe we got lucky but we had an excellent experience. Nothing was messed up, they even kept the onions off of one of our burgers like we ordered. No missing items, including dipping sauce for nuggets. We actually got an extra happy meal that we didn't order, but we're not complaining about that! And the ice cream machines were on too! We stopped by this McDonald's on our way to Denver from X Games. The service was very slow and not ideal for fast food. We went inside and it had quite the line and no one at the front of the store. They seemed to be very understaffed because when someone finally came to the front they were working on drive-thru orders. The food however was warm and they gave me my correct order. My carpool stopped through here on the way to work. We ordered a McFlurry (two toppings), a quarter pounder meal, and a yogurt parfait. The parfait was a last minute addition and the kid working the drive-thru said he would "take care of it at the window". He gave me my total and I handed him my card, assuming that he did as he said. As the cashier handed me my bag, we checked for the parfait and it was not there. We then held the drive-thru line up as we had to swipe another card for $1.04, which probably was part of the reason the following exchange occurred. The McFlurry cup was only about half full. One of my companions was not satisfied with this and queried the drive-thru clerk about it. Her terse response was "that's how our manager wants it". He called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and found out this was not correct and that more ice cream should have been put into the cup. Went through the drive-through and ordered two double cheeseburgers. The sign said $4.38. I was charged $5.78. When I returned and informed the store about this they begrudgingly gave me back one dollar (not the 1. 40 difference it truly was), And we're rude in the process. So exactly around November 9th at 2pm. I went to McDonald's which is about 40 minutes from where I live. Which was traffic to get to but I was committed to this certain McDonald's. I went through the drive through and ordered a small water, a mocha frappe, and a McDouble. I got up to the first window and I had employee discount but I could not receive the employee discount because of the male manager there at the time. Just because I had not downloaded the app EVEN though I do not need the app and to mind you, I work at this McDonald's and know this manager. Then I payed over $8 for my order which was fine. I got to the second window and got handed my small water, my CARAMEL frappe ( I ordered a mocha frappe). And a 6 piece nugget. I did not know that in the bag was a 6 piece not my McDouble that I ordered. Then I asked for straws and said there were straws in the bag but there were not and we were getting pushed out of the line. They seem to care more about there times then there customers concerns. I recently was driving through and decided to stop at this McDonalds. I frequently buy frappe's w the app, and have accumulated quite alot of points. I decided to use my points and ordered two caramel frappes. The app took off 9000 points, 4500 for each. Which I have earned fair and square. She then would not grant me both claiming you can only get one at a time, granted if that was true it shouldn't have charged me for two! The manager was extremely rude, treating me like I was trying to get over on them. She was very rude to her employees as well.
