To the GM of this store or whoever is in charge of staffing: Shame on you. This is the 3rd time since Christmas I have been to this location and the service has been so backed up they were doing massive refunds and people waiting like crazy; but this last time takes the cake. I pull into the drive thu and the line is normal. So I think "not bad." Between ordering and paying, about 5 mins. Pretty standard. I get to the food window, the lady hands me my drink and says "pull around and park in the parking lot and we'll bring it to you." So I ask "how will know which order is mine and find me?" "Oh we will," she says. So I confusingly pull out and see the parking lot with at least 20 cars parked with lights on spilling into the Goodwill parking lot waiting. I immediately thought, "oh sh**." I looked at my receipt and the time stamp said 6:08pm. Which means I got there between 6 and 6:05pm. I proceeded to watch employees walking from car to car with the orders asking if we were the ones who ordered whatever they had in their bags until they found the right car. It was insane. I ended up getting my food at 7:05pm. ONE HOUR LATER. My kids in the car super hungry and trying to be patient. Here's the worst part: we were essentially trapped. They manipulated the drive thru line to look shorter than it was and then PAID for my food, only to be stuck in the parking lot determining if I should forfeit $15, still have hungry kids and leave. Super sleezy and unprofessional. Put me in a terrible spot. On top of that, we were an hour late to a group class we were heading to. The shift manager was doing the best she could to reduce the bleeding but she was not set up for success. Not to mention that there was barely an apology and no attempt to give us the meal for free or a coupon or anything to make restitution. Absolutely unbelievable. read more

I try to avoid negative reviews where possible, but I had to post my experience. I've been through this drive through twice in 2 weeks and both times my wait for a small order was over 20 minutes. The first time all the cars were kept in the drive through so the line was 15 cars long. Today the cars were asked to park and wait. It appears my order was lost. I went inside after 20 minutes and was given a replacement order (that was also not made correctly). Beware of long wait times at this location and issues with incorrect orders. read more

Worst McDonalds experience....cold, unsalted fries and we had to park and wait for our food with only 2 people ahead of us.

I am giving this review on behalf of my husband. After waiting 45 minutes INSIDE for our breakfast order today, he left without food and a refund (given to him by an employee who had no idea when he would get his food). I need to point out that others were getting the same type of food before him. He has gone inside this location before and been straight up ignored by all of the employees after waiting 20 minutes for food with only 1 or 2 other customers inside. When he was ignored, they hadn't even made the food. Another woman who was trying to order at the counter and not the kiosk was ignored as well. The argument could be made for why he didn't just go drive-thru... well, that is because EVERY SINGLE TIME he goes drive-thru he gets put in the reserved spot for drive-thru waiters and this has oftentimes resulted in our order being restarted because employees didn't look for him IN THE RESERVED DRIVE-THRU SPOTS. I have personally never had such bad issues with this location except that for the fact that I wait forever at the speaker when barely anyone is in the drive-thru line. read more

One of the worst McDonalds experiences I have ever had. Ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. Had sticker stating no onions, got to my car and took a bite and got a bunch of onions. Brought it back in to let them know and girl making burgers argued that it had no onions and to check my other burger. I had already checked the other burger. Apparently, the manager went back to the drive-through and the remade burger sat on the tray while I waited and waited. Long enough to go to the parking lot to tell my family it will be a bit longer and come back. They handed me a new burger which I unwrapped before getting to the door and there was an onion in the ketchup and bun. I went back to the counter and asked for a manager and was told I already spoke to one the last time. Not sure why that mattered but explained I cannot eat onions. The girl making burgers yelled that there were no onions and I had to explain to look there were still some onions on the burger. I know it is McDonald's and all but clearly, they don't care about customer service or apparently whether they make people sick. How hard is it to make sure you don't get any onions on a burger? I had third time horrible experience at this store. There is a manager with Pony tail & he always provides pathetic customer service & he does not want to do his job properly. One of his shift clerk charged me for medium fries on my mobile order & I asked this pony tail to return it & he said that he cannot return it because it's a mobile order. At the same store, other lady managers have returned my money on my mobile order. Even at the other stores, people have returned me my money if there is something wrong with order & mobile order issue were never mentioned to me. Okay so it's no secret that McDonald's is where you go when you're in a hurry, on a budget, or there's nowhere else to go. The expectation is an ugly often times smashed, messy, sloppy looking burger with fries that are either good or really bad with no in-between. Ice cream machine is always "broken" and soda is either perfect or just straight up carbonated water..... Well, for the first time in 10+ years I went to McDonald's and ordered through the drive-thru AND....when I opened my burger box I was so shocked that I snatched my daughter's burger box out of her hand to look at it... I then said out loud," What in the actual heck is going on here?! These burgers look exactly like the pictures on the menu!!! Look at my burger it's beautiful; no cheese half melted on the box, my bun is not smashed! Holy heck look how green your lettuce is and it's perfectly centered!!!" I was so shocked at the quality of the food I had to call the McDonald's to let them know they did not at all meet my expectations! I expected the usual subpar, you may or may not have diarrhea it's a coin toss McDonald's food, but what I got was actual quality fast food. So, Thank you Jason for giving a crap about your job. Your integrity and work ethic is not only obvious through the meal you prepared for me and my family (No it's not my family and I, you grammar police, google it) it is greatly appreciated and a reassurance that customer service doesn't only exist at Chik Fil A! The manager is a jerk, it is poorly managed, the inside is a mess, the ice cream machine is always "broken" and they always forget half your food. The outside and inside are grimy and gross. Somebody needs to smack the manager, because she treats her customers like crap. Never go to this McDonald's. I feel bad for the people who have to work with that woman. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff was extremely rude to me. For example I had bought a chocolate shake and I had got my other food and I was waiting for the shake. The manager comes up to me and says I didn't pay for it and it literally said I did on the receipt and she read my receipt not once but TWICE and i even pointed to it. They finally gave it to me after an extra 10 mins. The cashier was also rude she laughed at what I had ordered. She also messed up my order cuz she didn't know the difference between at freaking hamburger and cheeseburger and so she had to redo the whole order. Went with a friend for a late dinner, so we go to the drive thru and VERY RUDE employee!! She had a bad attitude and took forever to even attend for me to pay. Me and my husband have been to this McDonald's 3 times! The first time was fine. The second time we went through the drive thru and asked for two separate orders. (We wanted to use our app for a deal which we have done previously with no issues.) When I asked for two separate orders an employee by the name of GABE who had an awful attitude said "no we don't do that" I told him that I was there a few days earlier and did the same thing with no issue. He continued to have an attitude and laughed about it. Today was my 3rd time there and there was a hair in our fries. I'm done with this McDonald's. I've been to this location many times over the past few years and I'm finally leaving a review because it is about time. It is a Saturday night at 11:30. It says open 24 hours so I'm assuming they would serve the whole menu "all day and night" since they are open 24 hours. I tried to order a vanilla milkshake and she says, "the machine is down." We all know what that means... but I digress. I ordered a meal and tried to order a hash brown because McDonalds has the best hash browns. But they said they were out of hash browns too so now I was upset. She said they don't have much right now and that's what upset me. So I was leaving the McDonald's and realized the lady never asked me if I wanted a receipt and I never received one. I looked in my bag because I wanted the name of the person who served me. Worst service! I have come all the way from California! I came to visit my brother. We stop by at this fast food. We were greeted nicely at the menu bored, but when we got to the window, this rude ass bitch open the window and didn't even say hi! And gave us our total of 26 bucks, my brother then proceeds to say "hi how are you, (nicely) and she slams the window! Gives back his card and closes the window, comes back and orders us to park. We wait like 5 minutes and a old lady comes out and give us our food they forgot one of the sauces we asked for and she doesn't offer to bring it out for us but my brother goes in and gets it so she doesn't walk back but she didn't even wait for him nor does she hold the door but walks ahead and ignores him. I just went through the drive through of this Mcdonalds, I already have low expectations when it comes to McDonald's but today took the cake. I ordered chicken nuggets and was never asked what dipping sauce I wanted. So when I checked my bag before leaving I had to go back inside and ask for sauce. I stood there at the counter for about a minute before anybody realized I was even there, the restaurant inside was empty,Shane who was working behind the counter was in the middle of saying how much he hated his job when he noticed me standing there. Do not go to this restaurants it's is gross. We have a family of 5 and we have 4 that went to the hospital for food poisoning.

Not sure where to start. So I have a big order going through the drive through which was my first mistake. I get up to the window and they have me park and wait for my food. No big deal. So I wait 15 more min for my food now. We check it and it looks ok. That was until we were 5 min from home and my son checks his burger. NO MEAT. We check another burger. Again, NO MEAT. Then we go for the trifecta and once again, NO MEAT. So I turn around and go back. I put the burgers on the counter as ask how this happens. Manager (I assume he was the manager even though he looked about 16 years old) tells me that sometimes it gets busy and it happens. Another worker tells me that this was the third time tonight. By now my fries were soggy so I ask for more fries. He looked angry that I asked. Now 10 mins later asfter watching them make everyone else's order and load up fries for them, the manager finally starts on my fries. I get my stuff and he says "Sorry". No other offer to rectify the the situation. All and all my trip to McDonald's lasted over an hour. I get home and realize my Nuggets are now soggy. Horrible experience. I will be driving the extra few miles to the next closest McDonald's and I advise everyone else to also. The definitely earn their 1 star rating. read more

I've never had a problem with this location. Except for this random occurrence of stopping today just to grab some French fries. I went through the drive thru. It was pretty busy during the lunch hour. I pulled up and instead of being greeted as normal "welcome to McDonald's what can I get for you". I hear "what I make for you". I was shocked by this response I sat in silence for a second before the lady behind the speaker box repeated herself exactly the same way. I ordered my large fry and pulled forward. The car behind me had the lady say the same thing to them. I felt like there was a huge lack in customer service and almost like me coming through the drive thru was being a disservice to this employee as if it was bothersome for her to take the order. read more

Went through the drive-through. Was told to park so they can give us fresh food. The food came out wrong order. I tried to explain to the crew member who got upset then took the food back inside. Came out with a second bag which was still incorrect and when I said that it was incorrect he got mad and started telling me I was being rude when I wasn't. I was trying to explain to him what was wrong with the order and he did not want to listen because he thought I was taking food it wasn't mine when in reality they just couldn't figure out how to get the right food in the right box. I had to get out of my car go inside and talk to a manager to explain what food we got in with it we did not. I had to get out of my car go talk manager to explain what food we got and what food we did not. The entire walk in the guy was telling me how rude I'm still being when I'm trying to explain to him I just want to get the correct food and I finally just gave up because his attitude was horrible. The ice cream machine is always "down" or tonight they said they are "unable to serve ice cream at this time" but not until I got to the window was I informed of this. A bit disappointing when you're craving a Mcflurry or ice cream cone and this location is the closest to you.
