Walking distance from work so I don't really have a choice when in the mood for a $1 soda or ice cream cone. DON'T EAT INSIDE! This Mcdonalds has hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Online it says drive thru is open 24 hrs, which it's not. They open at 5...sometimes... Several times I have been there at 5 and had to wait over 10 min just to get a response from them at the drive thru speaker. I never wait more than 15 min and there have been times when I just had to drive away. Who knows when they actually opened those times. Today I decided to call during my wait. On the third call, someone finally answers with "hello" in a very thick Mexican accent. I asked a few times what number I was calling and finally this woman says McDonald's. I do give her credit for speaking a couple words in English but this is highly unacceptable. There's nothing wrong with Spanish speakers working there or anywhere for that matter, but why are they answering the phones? Anyway, after 15 minutes, someone finally takes my order. I pull up to the window and see at least 4 workers in the front area alone. When I speak to the manager, SHE SMIRKS AND LAUGHS AT ME while I voice my displeasure. She felt like she has done no wrong and that if their "system isn't working," I should just have to wait passed opening time with no word from the workers themselves on what's going on. Is this really how businesses are to be ran? Is this really the standard McDonald's is okay with? UNACCEPTABLE everyone in this restaurant should lose their jobs! It's a McDonalds. My expectations are so ridiculously low, it's hard to believe they weren't met. And yet, this place consistently leaves me furious and angry with myself for returning and expecting anything different. The food is what you'd expect, nothing particular to say there. The service, though? Astoundingly bad, even for a McDonalds. I'll say this, the Hispanic employees are generally friendly and, for the most part, as efficient as I'd expect at a fast food joint. I've got no real complaints there. They're the only reason I'd be willing to give this place one star. The rest, though? THE WORST. You'll be lucky if they stop their conversation long enough to hand you your food. Tonight at the drive through, the woman didn't even look at me, just kept talking to her coworker with her back to me as she shoved the bag out the window, then she walked away. When I had the nerve to say excuse me to catch her attention (since she had walked away) and ask if I could have some ketchup, she looked at me like something on the bottom of her shoe and sullenly shoved a couple packets out the window without a word. And let's just say that you'll see Trump heap praises on Obama before you'll ever get a thank you out of any one of them. This isn't an anomaly, it's pretty much SOP. Honestly, management at this store should be ashamed of having staff that are so rude. I guess it's my fault for having standards low enough to keep going here, but I live close by and after a long day, sometimes it's just easier. But no more. Came here often during my stay in the bay area. Abit noisy and alittle more "ghetto" I suppose than I'm used to (nothing compared to Moreno Valley though). Wasn't too bad, fast service, though employees were friendly, but same can't be said about the customers there, though nothing you can do about that. I came here for the first time on Christmas Eve. I have to say, the drive thru experience was really great. The lady on the speaker was very nice and the parking lot has a really long drive thru line and lots of parking so there was no fuss getting in or out of the place. As I was sitting in line I noticed a few homeless people hanging out at the front door of the place but in this area, that's kind of to be expected. My food was consistent with other McDonalds and tasted just fine. And they didn't skimp out on giving ketchup packets either. The man at the window gave me a huge handful! Awesome! Their drive thru service is super slow for no apparent reason since the cars in front of me I only saw them get handed small orders.

Every time I have gone here, there are aggressive street people spare changing me. A few times they were rather insistent, but the people inside are too scared to deal with it. Not only is the food of inferior quality, but the place is a bum magnet. I have to admit, if I'm desperate, the 53 cent coffee goes down easy, so to speak. One time I got a mouthful of grounds, which I thought were going to choke me. I ate one of their huge, overpriced pancake breakfast, and the pancakes had the taste of fine cardboard; the sausage tasted like dead animal, the exact animal I can't figure out; maybe one of the many pushy pigeons peregrinating in the parking lot. The bathrooms are good for bathing. I watched someone go in, and I timed it. When he came out 15 minutes later, he was clean, so I guess that means there's plenty of hot water in the men's room. Getting sick and tired of the drive-thru panhandler service. This location of McD's does absolutely nothing to stop the harrassment of their customers. Aggressive panhandlers refuse to respect your right to keep your window rolled up...they yell at you, "HEY! EXCUUUSE ME! HEY! HEY!", wave their arms around, knock on your windows...When you reach the pickup window, obviously you have to roll the window down to pay...and he's immediately in your face! Aggressively invades your personal privacy, shoves his drunken/drugged head in your window and asks for money, then calls you names if you don't give him any. And the McD staff just looks on, patiently waiting for the bum to step aside so they can pass you your food/change. Sometimes they even have Double-Bum-Service -- One accosting you at the order window, the other at the pickup window. Both aggressive as hell. Isn't there laws against this??? Just went through the drive through, where they accept the McDonald's app coupons and are extremely nice and helpful. The food was hot and crisp, and everything about my drive through experience was excellent. Also, the line went very quickly, took about 5 minutes to go from ordering, through 4 cars, and to the window. read more
