Probably the best McDonalds I have been to! Great service by this one cashier, we had asked for ice cream and obviously it was broken BUT he gave us a free frappe and 3 large drinks. And it was clean

Humans replaced by Kiosks. No customer service!

I walked into McDonald's at 10230 N 32nd St. in Phoenix (32nd Street and Shea) to order lunch. To my surprise, there is no menu board or cashier in the store! Instead, I see cardboard signs covering what had once been a menu, reading, "Download the app now," "You Faves Faster," and "Let's Get Digital." There was no one in front, and no indication that anyone cared I was there. My phone was in the car, so I could not even call the store to find someone to help from the back. Eventually, a woman came out front to clean and said I must use the kiosk. Kiosks are a nice option sometimes when one is in a hurry, the store is busy, and the cashiers have a long line, but demanding that I use one because McDonald's refuses to provide customer service is unacceptable! If I cannot pay cash or modify my order, I am stuck using the damn thing with no options, and must have a credit card on me! Well, I am not returning to this McDonald's! I realize I am only one person, and my opinion means little to McDonald's, but I refuse to be treated with disrespect and poor customer service just so they can save a buck on labor costs! I imagine there are other customers who feel the same.

Kiosk only ordering if you go inside- not even a menu posted, all covered up. also this location is more expensive than going just south to 16th st and Glendale for the same healthy food!

Was warned by staff it was very spicy but I thought it was delicious and not too spicy for me. It was huge and I could only finish half. My friend ordered the single burger and fries and said it was the best burger she ever had. The sweet potato fries were really good, but I wish they had various dipping sauces like they have at Hopdoddy Burger Bar. Like, horseradish sauce or honey mustard or whatever. The man who waited on me gave me ranch, which is better than ketchup but not as good as dipping sauces made for sweet potato fries. The burger was just ok. The cheese had a rubbery stringy consistency and felt like super processed cheese, and the burger wasn't pink in the middle, like the posters on display claim (which is why their burgers are better, supposedly). Maybe it would have been better if not overcooked? The food does seem fresh though and the soda was so good (got the ginger beer). I don't usually have sugary drinks but I couldn't resist.

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!

You order first and then find a seat, so it's a little bit of a shuffle, but the woman behind the counter was genuinely helpful with recommendations and what's popular. And once we ordered, the food came out pretty fast. We kicked things off with the Big Dill appetizer, and when they say "giant," they're not kidding. It's a comically large pickle, seasoned up and cut into four spears. The seasoning was actually really good, nice flavor, the right amount of spice. I'll be honest: I'm not a huge pickle person, so I didn't fall in love... but if you are a pickle person, this is absolutely your moment. I tried the brunch burrito and it was a solid portion, filling, well-built, and the avocado salsa helped a lot (I was using it like a cheat code). The only reason I wouldn't come back specifically for that burrito is the flavors didn't really pop for me, and I wished the potatoes had more crisp and there was more seasoning on the eggs. It wasn't bad at all just not a "I'm still thinking about this tomorrow" type of burrito. The drinks though? Really unique, I had the French toast latte and the banana hazelnut latte, and they serve them in this super cool commercial can sealer setup. It's such a clever touch as if your coffee came with packaging confidence. Better yet, the lattes were actually delicious and you could taste the quality of the beans underneath the flavors. We also tried the Philly cheesesteak, and it's a BIG sandwich on what tastes like a homemade sesame hoagie. The "shaved ribeye" looked more like finely chopped/ground ribeye, but honestly... it worked. It tasted great with the cheese sauce and hit the spot. The fries that came with it were steak fries, cooked to perfection, with a few extra-crispy pieces mixed in (which is basically the fry jackpot). And then there was the avocado + burrata bagel... which might be the best bagel I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. The everything bagel was fresh, toasted perfectly, and the toppings blended together so well that every bite somehow got better than the last. I also tried the lox and it was worth the money, generous smoked salmon, capers, tomato, the whole deal. Bottom line: there's a lot to love here, and it's going to take me a few more visits to work through all the menu items that look worth trying. Come hungry, expect a line at peak brunch, and don't leave without that avocado burrata bagel (and maybe one of those sealed lattes, because it's just fun).
