Just an FYI, Betteravia has become a litany of signals and traffic. Case in point for turnover, is the bank that closed then became Black Bear Diner at corner of Miller. Now it's Huckleberry's (with locations in Pismo and Fresno?). If you use Miller as your access point, you are better off. By the fact that this place is still thriving is a good testament to its service and food!

The lettuce was so pale yellow it was almost white, and it looked far from fresh. I've never had an In-N-Out burger with lettuce like that before, so I ended up removing it. The managers, Matt and Ben, are always cool, professional, and seem to run a great team. There's also another manager who wears glasses that I usually see in the mornings. It's the fries and the frosties that keep this place open around the country. It's not their service. It's not their decor. It's not their speed and efficiency. My local Wendy's has two registers! Really. Talk about design flaw. You are not even giving your employees and customers a chance to get it right. When I came last, the line was almost out the door and there was only one register open. Too bad. I take off a star for that. I take off another star for having to re-order my fries because they left salt on there the first time. 3 stars out of 5 is not good or bad. This is annoying enough that dogs are allowed in indoor food establishments but the woman had the dog in her lap and proceeded to feed the dog directly from the table which then allowed him to lick and sniff the table where other patrons eat from. Yes, tables are wiped down but sometimes not with the right cleaners. Management should walk the dining room and address things like this. Needless to say, we left and won't be back.
