Terrible, possibly worst, customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Food is usually sub par for McDonald's standards. Order is incorrect about 75% of the time. The only reason this McDonald's is open is because the next closest McDonald's is in Great Kills. ZERO STARS!!! We ordered from this location multiple times through Uber eats. Once again, the bag is missing the burgers. And of course no one answers the phone. The order was a 2 cheeseburger meal with fries and a soda and a chocolate shake. $23.00 and no burgers. Now we get to wait for Uber to decide if we should be able to get a partial refund. Inept staff! I'm constantly having to drive back for missing item's and incorrectly made orders. I usually have the benefit of the receipt as proof but for the last month the receipts are illegible due to lack of toner. Since I had the foresight to look inside my bag tonight, I had the benefit of asking to speak to a manager before leaving. I spoke with a 12 year old manager who claimed the toner issues was a corporate neglect. I call BS! There's no way an iconic McDonald's would have problems in the supplies dept. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Multiple times I've gone there during business hours and has been closed. Once went there 45 minutes before it was supposed to close and was denied service because they were "closing early". I called and the woman gave me an attitude and said I should've come earlier if I wanted food.... They were supposed to be open when I came. Very rude would not recommend ever. She had a good sense of humor. The place was big and the drive thru was moving fast. The dining area was clean and there were people there to make sure it stayed that way. Too bad that I can't give less than one star! We used to like the McDonalds on Page Avenue, but it has gone completely down hill. The seating was always O.K., but now that it has been renovated, there is no where near enough. Older adults, and small children cannot sit at those terrible high tables. I will bet that they disappear as soon as someone falls off, and there is a lawsuit. The seating area is too small to have the soda machine out front, taking the place of at least two booths. This has to be the slowest McDonald's ever, although even though they have improved somewhat over the years, they are still...slow. I speak mainly of the night crew, who do not have it all together and seem more intent on socializing than getting their work done. This is also the dirtiest McDonald's I have been in. The night crew does not rush to clean the tables once people leave and they are quick to shut off areas where the cleaner tables are. Yesterday Me and my friends went to McDonald's just to enjoy a nice meal. The worker not sure his name was acting like a true jerk. This particular location is a family owned franchise. You would think it would be run quite efficient and would treat you with good customer service but that's not really the case. There are always young teens working there, probably related to family. They always seem to get your order wrong. The place is pretty much clean except for the bathroom where there is no hand towels and the dryer doesn't work. It also has no kiddie play area. Typical McDonald's nothing special. read more

no score there terrible NEVER NEVER do you a receipt even when you ask (machine don't work that prints them out) ALWAYS you get the wrong order or missing something and when you ask for like a sauce for the nuggets or sugar for your coffee get home not in the bag ok once in a while i would understand but seems like all the time!!! This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to there's 10 cars in the drive thru no customers in the actual store and the drive t line still won't move faster then one car every 5 minutes.. the man who took my order could barely hear me every time I spoke and said what 1000 times. DONE, DONE, DONE! There is nothing worse than horrible service but when they give you that condescending smile throughout your order, then when they get your simple order WRONG, they turn nasty. The Indian lady at this place is horrible. If she has taken my order 50 times in the last 6 months, she has gotten them wrong 48 out of 50 times. NO JOKE.
