The service was extremely bad. This service prioritizes the drive thru and never the tons of customers and DoorDash and Grub Hub customers waiting inside for orders. first of all when we ordered our food, literally took at least 30 minutes. I mean, we have a family of like six that are starving like Marvin. The bathroom was disgusting. We were at least missing four things from our menu that we ordered so we wasted money on nothing. The workers had an attitude. It was disgusting the fries were uncooked. They forgot three of our four piece nuggets and they gave us a wrong order and didn't even give sauces the workers were working really slow and ignoring us and giving us dirty. The main complaint is that they do not have the heat on. I decided to eat in and it was freezing.

Worst McDs in history. Slow service (+20 min), all booths and tables were dirty. Parking lot is a madhouse. It was busy so we opted to order on one of their 6 diy kiosks. A receipt did not print as the kiosk said it was so we waited, waited and waited some more. 20 min later I went up to the counter to ask for our order which was just then being assembled. Ketchup, straws and napkins are all behind the counter, they do not give you any w ur order or ask if you want any. So after walking aimlessly around the restaurant looking for ketchup, straws and napkins u ultimately have to fight the crowd back up to the counter to ask for these items. Never again w this place. I don't usually give reviews, but this place inspired me to make an account and speak up. If I were able to give them zero stars I would. They never get orders right, employees and managers are rude and don't care about their customers, and they take 20-25 minutes to prepare an order as simple as a double cheese burger and fry. They gave me the complete wrong order AND overcharged me! Witnessed the manager Jorge yelling at employees and customers on multiple occasions, including today. What I hate the most is that I've been going here for almost 10 years and today was my last time. Every time I go in the drive thru it's like a rush, I typically spend anymore from 60 to 100 dollars once a week here. I order one thing at a time and every time I get are you done yet is that it. No if that was it I would say I'm done I don't want to hear are you done yet 5 times while I'm ordering. Today I went I spent 110 dollars and I hear giggling when I'm done I pull up to the first window to a boy and a girl laughing how big my order was I guess they were expecting to see a really fat person and not someone in shape ordering that much food. Can never say anything good about McDonald's. Well here's an issue with this one. On at least two occasions when purchased a Hamburger meal the workers place the hamburger in the carton on it's side allowing all the oil to pour out of the carton into the bag and napkins. Rendering the napkins useless and soaking the bag and everything it touches in oil. During this Corona time you think they might be a little more on top of what they do. My boyfriend's dad was not happy with his last experience at McDonald's on page, where he has been going to for years to feed his family. He went one morning for breakfast and spent $43 and asked for syrup for pancakes and sweet and sour sauce for his hash browns. They charged him 30 cents for each extra sauce/syrup! This is ridiculous, since when do we charge extra for that??? Never. I can get 10 nuggets and as much free sweet and sour sauce that I want at lunch time. We will not be returning. I enjoyed my McGriddles and coffee, but what really amazed me was the sweet Indian lady behind the counter. She told me my hash brown might take longer than the rest of my meal, so instead of letting my food get cold she gave me my meal and then hand delivered the final item to my seat. She was all smiles the entire time and apologized when there was a slight hiccup with my coffee and tried to offer other alternatives.
