Although this place have a poor overall review, it's a typical McDonald's chain. The food is as expected. Since I'm a fan, everything was great. The wait was also typical. The dine-in area is also as expected. The cheeseburger with vanilla milkshake is always a great buy. And if you're okay with some extra calories, there's nothing better but to add some fries. I have been going to this location for a very long time... They opened when I was in High School and my senior lunch every day was a Big Mac, Fries and a Coke. Things haven't changed that much since those days. Perhaps some more salads and cleaner burgers but, I still enjoy their food and an obviously winning formula. They did the usual renovations year's ago to make the place more customer friendly and easy to navigate. It's big and bright, part of their customer experience guidelines. I really like how everything is timed. If that burger is out waiting to be purchased for a too long of period, it's supposed to be tossed, same with fries and nuggets.. The food is always supposed to be fresh! The team here as I have found in most of these restaurants are customer friendly and observant. They "get it." I mean, if you can't have a smile on your face here, perhaps you should not be part of the chain. They pride themselves on being able to think on their feet and keep people happy. You just can't beat this one! So unbeknownst to me, my wife decided to stop at this McDonald's to get some fries at 10:00 pm. Are you ready for this? They told her they ONLY ACCEPT CASH at that hour. Went today for a chicken nugget bundle! Was the only one in the drive thru! Went up to the window, paid, then was asked to move into a spot! Again, no one was behind me! I refused to move! I was given my credit card back and watched the girl put my receipt on the counter in front of the register! Another worker came up behind her, grabbed the receipt, proceeded to throw it out and then come back with my bag! I asked for a receipt! She said, "it's in the bag!" I said no it's not I saw you throw it out! She instantly closed the window and walked away! I cant stand old, been sitting out since who knows when fast food, its so disappointing! Food is always very fresh and hot....not warm.....hot like it was just been made. Also, frappes are always made correctly here, at other locations I've had bad frappes, made wrong status! customer service is great, they do get confused sometimes, but they are always quick to fix it. There is no saving this place. The people at the counter cannot get your order right. The drive thru window will force you into the parking lot for 20-30 minutes to give you the wrong order, even if all the numbered spots are taken by others who are also doomed to receive far below subpar service. If you're looking for a horrendous and frustrating McDonald's experience, then look no further. The worst McDonald's to ever exist. I stopped by late at night to get some food and decided to change my order at the window. I know this can be inconvenient at times for workers but the customer has the right to change their order. When I asked to change my order, the cashier at the drive thru was extremely hostile and rude towards me. She slammed the window in my face and when I asked to change the size of my drink she literally poured the smaller drink into the bigger cup with no ice. This woman gave horrible customer service and was very disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone go to this location. read more

How can I separate this McDonalds from a group so large? Answer is management, customer service, hospitality, pettiness, no self drink dispenser and uncomfortable seating. There should be some type of managererial training on a corporate level on how a franchise can treat customers on a company this large, even a a fast food place. This one needs some employee replacement. Undercover Boss would have a memorable episode. Restaurant Stakeout would fire the manager for driving away customers. I guess she gets paid no mater what. Maybe a family member who can't get fired. A McDonalds franchise must cost a fortune and is problably reputation proof. My advice .. Just go down the road to the next one and it will not be as bad. On a tour of the Culinary Institute of America I was told that one of the most important aspects of a restaurant was consistancy and the standard that use for this is McDonalds. When you go you know what to expect every time. This is the exception: 1. Uncomfortable seating. Tiny hard chairs and stools. 2. No self serve drink dispenser or napkin, ketchup, straw, lid holders. 3. Had a problem with a sandwich and was interrogated about which ingredient had a moldy taste (bread meat pickle?). 4. Challenged about how much had been consumed before asking for replacement? 5. Threatened to call police when trying to document rude treatment by assistant manger by recording on my phone. I am not saying you will get poisened or anything. but your patronage is NOT appreciated by the mangement. The rest of the staff seemed very nice. I submitted a complaint on McDonalds website and got a call from a really skilled and caring supervisor who will allow a replacement meal at another restaurant. Normally I would not bother to write a review for a fast food chain unless it's on either end of the spectrum. This review is not for the food but the impeccable service. I'm not sure why this branch is rated so poorly, but this serves as a paragon of how customer service for all restaurants, fast food or otherwise would be. I decided to eat in after the gym, and I was told to be seated as someone brought out the food to me. Furthermore I was constantly checked on to see if everything was ok or needed improvement. I have never heard of McDonals's not having biscuits and gravy and a big deluxe breakfast before, they were not out, they don't even offer it. A new cashier on the register that was hard to her because she talked so quite. Terrible McD. My daughters' McGriddle is very dry, wife's egg McMuffin is burnt and my burrito is ice cold. Well, this is one of the exceptionally clean McDonalds around popular areas. They serve fresh and hot food and fresh and cold drinks that taste just perfect to meet anyone's taste buds. The managers and staffs are very friendly and exceptionally giving and nice. Also, their Apple Pies are just the best I've tasted from any McDonalds, not hot like you can't eat it, not cold like it has been cooked yesterday but perfect heat and ready to eat when you buy it. New format new layout just doesn't work; go back to traditional multi register layout and hire more people. Don't need table service - is McDonald's no longer practicing "fast food" ? The decor and interior is antiseptic, the giant black wording on the walls reminds me of the subliminal messages in "They Live" (somebody hand me a pair of sunglasses, I'm all out of bubble gum).
