Well, little known fact...they have a sushi spot a couple doors down! Great staff, helpful and welcoming! Answer any and all questions without hesitation . They have a varied menu, so in other words not just sushi. Their ginger dressing (on their salad) is honestly the best I've ever tasted. FRESH cut ginger with a bit of a bite but yet creamy and sweet enough to keep you wanting more. Their sushi rolls are filled with fish...fresh fish that's rolled professionally and presented well. My only complaint is they don't have much roll variety, which kind of bums me out. Full bar. Fun drinks and their punch of course, which isn't loaded with a bunch of preservatives but real fruit juice and lots of liquor . Large flat screen TV on the wall to watch sports. It's not the best sushi spot in the area if you're looking for a ton of roll variety but the freshness and amount of fish in each roll is well worth your trip! read more

Honestly the freshest sushi I have ever had! It tasted like they had seriously just caught the fish and walked it inside. We had a total of 3 spicy tuna rolls & 2 crunchy shrimp rolls. All of them had beautiful presentations and tasted great! My husband ordered a dragon punch which comes in a glass jar you get to take home. Mixed with 3 different kinds of rum, orange juice, raspberry, and lime. It was very tasty and stout! The service was great! We sat up at the bar and our server was very helpful with the menu. We originally planned on going to McGuires Irish Pub but the wait was over an hour for 4 people on a Thursday before 8pm - so we decided to try their sushi place next door since they could seat us immediately. That was our 1st mistake. Place was kinda sorta dead but just figured everyone was hyping up the pub and this place might've been a hidden gem with its 4 stars. Our waitress was so slow on getting our stuff to us and keeping our drinks refilled which I could overlook if they're new or whatever. But then the only good thing was our tsunami roll and the onion soup which is so disappointing considering the food sounded delicious off the menu. None of us finished our rice or veggies because they were just nasty and undercooked with no flavor! Even the supposed "sauces" they brought us couldn't save the food and I only brought my steak home to feed to the dogs. Y'all.. If you go here only go for the sushi. Do NOT get the teppanyaki entrees. I got the teriyaki chicken which was pretty okay, nothing special... HOWEVER.. The miso was cold, the noodles that come with were doused with garlic butter and parsley as was the "fried" rice. It tasted like a failed attempt at Italian meets Japanese. My boyfriend got the Chef's Special (chicken & WAGYU) & the steak was almost grey, not a medium rare that he asked for. Our server never refilled our drinks once, which I would understand if it were busy but there was roughly 6 tables including ourselves and at least 3 servers on. When I told her I couldn't finish my plate (that I had only taken a few bites of) I only got 1/2 of my meal taken off. So I still paid for half of a meal that I didn't eat or enjoy. They mentioned a new chef which could be the reason why the dishes were heavy on the Italian side but regardless... The food was not good. Very awkward and weird vibes. This time on spring break we came, bought a bunch of items from their store on Tuesday (4/2/2024). My wife and 2 other kids parked the car and were walking in to get a table. A man on a golf cart came and told me I could not park there. I told him my wife (who was walking in the restaurant) was going in to get a seat / reservations. He said we don't make reservations. I said I know we just ate there a few days ago and I am meeting friends and walking over. He said I had to leave the owners didn't want me to park there. The gentleman was extremely rude and refused to listen to me. I understand they must have issues with people parking but 3 of my family were walking into the restaurant.
