I stumbled upon this gem while walking around Burlingame! They are currently doing limited indoor seating and have a good amount of outdoor seating! For 2 people, we got - chicken gyro plate & the beef and lamb gyro plate! (Was so hungry, forgot to take a picture). I would definitely recommend both dishes! The chicken was tender and not dry! My partner picked up food for dinner last night for us all and we all became violently sick the morning after eating it. We ordered: 1 lamb and beef gyro plate x 2 with extra meat on the side for one order. 1 lamb kebab plate 1 tzadziki The plates come with rice, salad and bread. I have ordered the same dishes many times from this place and have not experienced any issues. So this experience was a surprise. We have many other "Mediterranean" type restaurants to choose from in the area or nearby. We called the restaurant to share our experience and disappointment with the food. We both missed work today and my son missed school. The response from the manager was, "Thanks for letting us know". No culpability, no apologies, or any gesture to demonstrate the value they place in their clientele or community. We live in the neighborhood, and mentioned that we would be posting a review on Yelp and Nextdoor. They were unfazed. This was a crummy experience all around, and hope that your experience is better should you choose to dine there at some point. read more

I recommend the lamb and beef gyro plate; it was so tasty! I did notice what we received didn't quite match what was on the menu picture on the wall. Consistently excellent and one of our go to's for summer outdoor dining. I get the Seafood Combo which includes prawns, swordfish and salmon all lightly marinated in lemon, olive oil and herbs and for and my pro tip is to switch out the Mediterranean salad for the Greek Salad with feta, peppers and olives. So good! We usually drive to Daly City for Turkish but I found this spot and it was a great find. Being part Turkish, we're quite picky and can tell the difference between authenticity and quality. Their meat is super fresh and full of flavor, portions are good and matches the price. Orders are placed at their counter, a number is given along with utensils. Their combo plate and kazan Dini were mouth watering. The two ladies that were working were super sweet and the food came out fast. My SO and I felt like the food here was pretty average, but perhaps we just didn't order the right things. I got the Lamb and Beef Gyros Wrap while my SO got the Adana Kebab Wrap. The Lamb and Beef was a little dry and a bit bland. I found myself pouring a bunch of the chili on it to help me get through it. The Adana was definitely more flavorful but still just a little better than the Lamb and Beef. I was also a bit annoyed because another party came in about 5 minutes after us, but somehow still got their food before us. What's the deal with that? My favorite thing about this place is that there's a handful of tables outdoors, so you can bring your doggos! read more

Ordered the meal online through Yelp's Grubhub affiliation. It was a very seamless ordering process. I selected 5:45 pm as my pick up time. I got to the restaurant a little bit early, at 5:30 pm to pick up the food. It was already made, and sitting on the counter waiting for me when I arrived. The food was warm and seemed like it had just been wrapped up. Everything was packed neatly in the bag. The soup that I ordered did not spill on the drive home, thank heavens. I am Greek, so I do judge a lot on the taste of the food. Though this isn't mama's spanakopita, it was still delicious. It seemed to be made in a puff pastry as opposed to phyllo. My friend got the salmon plate and seemed to like it. The avgolomelono soup did not have rice in it like it traditionally would have, but it was nonetheless delicious! I'm not sure if I would pay that much again for a small cup sized portion of soup, though. All in all, this spot fixed my craving for Greek food. read more

I always order a plate, if I can - I am not crazy about their chicken or lamb/beef gyro meat. Their salad portions seem to be decreasing, however. If you find yourself in a predictable rut of ordering wraps and French fries (which appears to be the go-to order for most customers), try something different. Super friendly staff and great gluten free and vegetarian options. Their falafel was also gluten free so I definitely appreciated that. Beware though that the portions are a bit small if you go with the plates. We ordered the veggie kabob plate, falafel wrap and 2 lamb kabob plates (Adana and shish) and I felt there should have been two kabobs on the plate rather than just one. The rice also contains vermicelli so it's not gluten free. The owner is Turkish and the recipes are very authentic! Worth a try. read more

Spontaneous decided to try this place while walking up and down Burlingame Ave. We ordered the Beef and Lamb Gyro plate and the lamb shank. We decided to sit outside and the waitress was so nice to turn on the heater for us after seeing we had our 2 month old daughter with us. When our food was brought out to us, not only was the gentlemen kind but he congratulated us on our newborn baby. I've gotten the Appetizer combo several times and its always been good. For the first time the container had partitions and because of that portions were definitely smaller than before and definitely less than getting it on a plate in the restaurant. Falafel was dry and also tasteless. Grease from deep fry still evident from 2nd re fry as it was previously made vs fresh. Reheat using 2nd fry is just bad. Know rent is high in Burlingame but I've had wraps in downtown SF wheee it's packed and great. Rent there sure ain't cheap either. Ain't coming back... at least I didn't get sick. read more

We love this place! We get delivery from here about once a month and it never disappoints. The salmon is great I go between that and chicken. He gets Mediterranean combo & loves it. The salad was well dressed, had a good amount of tomatoes and cucumbers and a nice size. My two complaints were that the pita bread was not homemade and the plat at $13.50 did not come with hummus.
