It was one of the few times I give Chinese BBQ a try but honestly not a fan. Yes, you get different types and cuts of meat. Lots of skewers served fast with healthy dose of beers. Pretty solid Chinese skewers/BBQ spot on Valley! Everything was reasonably priced. They have all the staples you would want in a BBQ spot, and include offal like heart, gizzard and intestines. Plus points for the side dish bar. Everything is reasonably priced and I like that the beer comes in a tower hehe. Almost everyone we saw got the sizzling fish so we had to get one. The 香辣 flavor is really good (I think it is just called spicy fish on the menu). It still has a decent amount of spice and numbing. Service is quick and it wasn't too crowded when we went on a Sunday in the early evening. Ambience is sort of whatevers, but I would come here over somewhere like Little Skewer if it meant I didn't have to wait, and the food here is slightly better than Xinjiang skewer. My friend found this place on wechat, so we decided to give it a try. They serve pretty good Chinese bbq skewers, seafood (think garlic scallop vermicelli on top of a shell), and other good Chinese dishes like duck blood. We also ordered both the types of grilled fish dishes (one is spicy and the other is supposed to be non-spicy), and we really liked the spicy one more in terms of the flavor. The servers were extremely attentive, a lot of water and making sure we were okay. The place isn't packed but it's only been open for a little bit. The food is super tasty and flavorful and has a great kick with the spiciness. If you can't handle spicy...good luck. This was my boyfriends first time eating roasted fish and he said "if he was on his death row this meal is what he would have last" and that says a lot. Overall, HIGHLY recommend. I came in holding my toddler and one of the ladies asked me how many people. I motioned at my child and myself, saying "just us". She asked again, this time with an impatient tone. I repeated "just us -- so two". She then asked (not in a friendly way) if I needed a high chair, to which I responded yes. She told me to go find myself any open table so I did. The restaurant was empty; only about 2 parties were dining. I sat myself down near the middle, with my toddler on my lap. Then we waited.... and waited.... and waited..... Several other workers walked by and walked around. I thought they'd bring us a high chair, or a menu, or some water. But we were completely ignored for a long time, in a relatively empty restaurant.
