I love the Mellow Mushroom. Some of the best pizza I've had. They really give you your money's worth by piling on the toppings. We love it here. However, Olivia ruined our experience. I'm really not sure if she isn't just very smart or trying to jack up the bill. All questions were met with vagueness and pushing toward more expensive. I'm not impressed and frankly ticked off. When you kids it harder to decipher menus and portion size. Normally I love Mellow Mushroom, but this one has some of the worst service I've seen. I went there with my son. We waited at least 5 minutes after being seated before anyone greeted us. We ordered and the waitress forgot to bring our salad. Just very disappointing service. I remain a fan of MM but I'd rather drive a few extra miles than go back to this one. read more

We eat here more than I would like to admit. Their gluten free pizza is decent, their salads are great, and they have a good selection of gluten-free beer and cider. Until a few months ago, this would have been a solid four. Recently, however, the food quality has been falling off--burned pizzas, six pepperonis total on a pepperoni pizza, and last Friday the lady sitting next to us got a hoagie with moldy bread! They do fix these things, but really, these items should not be making it out of the kitchen at all. Hoping this is temporary and they will get their act back together. read more

On Saturday, we shared a salad, an order of hummus & pita bread, and a small pizza, which was plenty! The pita bread apparently uses the same dough as the pizza--excellent and substantial, and the hummus was fresh and tasty too. Our pizza was a half everything for my wife and half caesar salad pizza for me--pesto chicken, feta cheese, mozzarella, and I asked for the actual ceasar salad and dressing to be left off--great! Our server claimed to be new, though he said he has waited tables elsewhere, and he was attentive and also apologetic for some technical problems that delayed our check, but we were feeling mellow, so there wasn't anything to apologize for at all! read more

The location on 92 in Roswell is closest to my hood but I think the Sandy Springs location serves a much better pizza overall and the atmosphere and wait staff much more inviting. I'm in love with the Esperanza salad dressing and think that overall the quality of the food most always exceeds my expectations. read more

As I come in this place for lunch I go to sit at the bar. I am there over 8 minutes before I am even greeted. A manager is standing there as I approach the bar and says hello as does the lady at the register. Neither one of them try to approach me or ask me what I want to drink. Or even bother to see a menu. Is this really the customer service you guys give at this location? I assure you I've never been treated this way at another mellow mushroom. read more

i have been going to this location for well over 20 years. the original store was just right up the street from the new local which is the bomb. the place looks great, feels great and the pizza most of all is yes, GREAT!!!! i live in Cali but hit it about once or twice a year and always start jonesin when i think about some badass meatball pies, jeez i'm hungry now. drop everything, run don't walk to get this always delicious pizza!!!!! read more

Good pizza and salads. My favorite pie is the House Special. It has everything on it, but the kitchen sink. It goes great with the Greek salad. A small salad is plenty for two or three to share. The ingredients are always fresh. Expect to pay a little more b/c this isn't Pizzas Hut or Papa Johns quality, much better and worth the wait. Service can be slow at times, just depends on who is waiting on you and the parking can be tight to maneuver, even if you're driving a Mini. read more

I love Mellow Mushroom's pizza and salad but they just can't get the service down. I frequent this location as well as the Brookhaven location and my service is always very slow and frustrating. It takes them forever to approach your table, get your drinks and get your food to you even when they are not busy. Get it together! read more

I'm a big fan of MM, and have been going to this location for several years. However, the last few visits the food has been subpar. It's like something is wrong with the dough. The crust seems undercooked, even though it looks well done. We had recently been to a MM in Florida and the pizza was perfect, so I was looking forward to going back to this one. Was expecting a great visit as usual, our manager on duty lied to our family about wait time tall black guy just be honest

I am new to the area, and accidentally parked in their large parking lot thinking it was a shared lot between their restaurant and Moe's next-door. It was late afternoon and there were tons of free spaces. The space I parked had no sign indicating it was designated for Mellow Mushroom patrons only. I went to Moes, got a burrito to go, and was literally back to my car within two minutes only to discover a boot had been put on my vehicle. When I walked inside to try and sort out what I assumed was a huge misunderstanding with the manager of mellow mushroom, she was completely rude and unhelpful. The parking enforcement company showed up within minutes of calling, so I assume they just wait right around the corner. There apparently is a poorly-placed sign near the entrance to the parking lot, but I did not see it due to the direction I was coming from. I loved going to Mellow Mushroom in our old city, but I will never step foot in this location. read more
