I was looking for a used car on Auto Trader where I stumbled across a black 2003 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro Sedan. When I first saw Metro Auto, I was unsure what I was getting into. It was my first time at a used auto dealership, but I thought, "If the car is in good condition why not." When I saw the car, it was in great condition considering how old it was. A 14-year old car with only 75,000 miles for the price listed it wasn't bad, but beware of all the additional fees! I ended up paying more than I anticipated. The only notable flaws with car were interior scratches and wear and tear, but nothing mechanical... Within a few miles after taking the car off the lot, the check engine light came on; I immediately took the car back and had it fixed within 30 minutes. The mechanics said the gas cap was loose and I thought that would be the end of it. Unfortunately, again the engine light came on. The very next day I dropped off the car and came back for it after work. During this time they thought they fixed a few quality of life items and claimed the oxygen sensors needed replacing and ordered it for me. It worked for about a week then the check engine light came back on. The 3rd time, I left my car at the dealership for a few days to have this be finished once and for all. When I came back the car seemed in good condition. I enjoyed my car for about week then the engine light came on.... and here I am again. Overall, the customer service and the genuine care for me and my car was excellent.The staff was super friendly. All these additional repairs and little things would have costed me hundreds of dollars, but they were willing to cover it for me; however, the warranty is only 30 days or 1000 miles whatever come first. Despite that, they were willing to check on my car to make sure I was 100% pleased. Although the car could have been better condition or fixed better, the staff's willingness to help and their customer service was enough to have me come back again. read more

I purchased a Dodge Magnum from this company, 14 days, engine blew. I was stranded with my kids on the side of the freeway. Horrible customer service, numerous times I called on info on a Chrysler 300 car and was told I would get a call back and never happen,even sent a offer hoping to get a call back to learn more about the car.. was willing to drive a few hours to check out the car... when I did talk to a couple of sales rep , when I called. I was told that car is listed to get people to come in and look , because it may be hard to finance with being over the blue book price, but they could get them into another car they have on the lot... so basically just bait!!! horrible service, came in to buy a car cash from online . moe had an appointment with me , didnt have anything ready couldnt find the keys, couldnt locate the car, then when looking at car it has no gas to test drive and is blocked in by several other cars. extremely unprofessional lighting a cigarette while i view the vehicle. then when we sit to talk numbers he shows a $1000 "dealership fee" ... the car was bought at auction for $4000 they wanted $10500 and refused a generous offer of 8500. upon checking back of the car they lie and said it was sold yet its still sitting ... the has to be the worst of the worst used dealerships. its sad reading any review that is good because they are so so fake you know the employees are posting them. read more

Worst experience ever! The cars have dead batteries for sitting for so long. After finding the car that I like, the finance manager with the bad attitude tried to charge me 3,000 just to finance me, and was telling me that the GAP insurance is mandatory. So after fees and taxes the 8,000 car was going to cost me 16,000..... I told him there is no way I would sign that.. This dealer is full of crooks. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews before going here. Waste of time.. i had a 2,000 downpayment and they wanted 3,000. If you bring 3,000 they will ask for 4,000...
