I was a little hesitant at first to write a good review for this dealership. I was a little taken aback by the number of one star reviews for this place and wanted to give a good amount of time after buying my car to make sure it wasn't a lemon. I found the Subaru Impreza that I purchased here through an ad on the Offer Up app that Chris posted. Chris was very helpful and responsive from the time of my first inquiry regarding the car, up through, and after the car purchase. Isaac helped me with financing options and was very diligent and expedient in finding me the best financing option that they had available. With that being said, I AM getting reemed on the financing, which is roughly 23%. Still, Isaac was transparent with me about these rates and I never felt that they were trying to get one over on me. After all, I can always look into re-financing with a Credit Union. Isaac went over the carfax with me and explained everything thoroughly and in detail. He answered my questions to my satisfaction - including the elephant in the room: their considerable number of one star reviews. As Isaac explained, used car dealerships have a diverse multitude of patronage. They deal with excellent credit, terrible credit, and every conceivable socio-economic class in between. Although the stereotype of the sleazy crooked dealership is arguably more prevalent in our universal consciousness, there is also the less than savory customer base. There are those who mistreat their vehicles and/or get in accidents and try to blame it on the dealership, and other similar situations. I don't know anything about the one star reviews here, nor do I proclaim to. That's all I'll say on that. Just take that information into consideration when making an assessment of this place. People are generally quick to get hot and bothered and leave shitty reviews.... This is less often the case for great reviews. I traded in my 2007 Sentra, which apparently had some suspension problems, according to Isaac. If you sell your car to a dealership though, you have to expect that they're going to give you pennies for it. Again, no big deal. I was willing to accept a low ball offer for the convenience factor. I admittedly don't know too much about cars and had been driving the shitty suspension Sentra for so long, that I believe his assessment was honest and fair. After further research, the dealership didn't short change me all that much from the lowest KBB value for my car anyway. So in that regard, Isaac held true to his assurance to me at that time that I would be happy with his offer. I was and don't regret it. After the paperwork was signed and finalized, I went home with my new car and was loving it. A week later the check engine light, vehicle stabilization light, and cruise control light all came on simultaneously. The cruise control also stopped working. I was pretty livid at this point but I called Chris and he told me to bring it in since it was still under warranty. After bringing my car back, they indicated that it was an O2 sensor that was faulty and needed to be replaced. This was on the first day of the Anaheim fires so traffic caused a 24 hour delay but they did give me a loaner car while mine was being prepared. The next day, as promised, they completed the maintenance on my car and did an excellent detailing job on it. I wanted to make sure I gave it a couple weeks just to make sure they actually repaired what they said they were going to repair as opposed to just being shady and clearing the check engine light. Two weeks later and my car is still running smoothly and I am happy with my purchase (knock on wood) Most of all, I was very impressed by Chris' fastidious customer service skills and impeccable communication. He called and texted to keep me apprised of updates on my car during the maintenance phase and took the time to check the car afterwards to ensure everything was working properly. I also appreciate that on their ads, they invite customers to get the dealership's cars checked out at a mechanic that the prospective buyer trusts. This further illustrates their confidence in and their willingness to be transparent about the vehicles they're selling. I would recommend this dealership to any prospective buyer and I would certainly recommend that they ask for Chris. read more

First review needs an update. Since we purchased a Honda and I can't give 2.5 stars I guess I give them a final 3. Sam was energetic and full of personality When selling us our 2006 Honda Pilot. He even promised us a detail and to repair the headliner that was hanging down in the rear on both sides. When we brought the Pilot in, Sam had lost all of his enthusiasm. We waited there for over three hours only to find out the folks at Metro Auto had no intention of keeping Sam's promise. The detail was nothing more than a quick soap and rinse. The headliner was of course, still hanging down. 3 hours for a line of Bullsh_t, a carwash my 7 year old neighbor could do, oh yes I forgot... A smogcheck they were required to perform. The Pilot is a great car, be careful when they promise to do more after the sale. read more

This auto place scammed the hell out of my husband and I. First off we bought a used car and the motor had been replaced. First week of having the car it was amazing ran perfect and everything was good. It stated having little defaults so we took it in and they fixed everything Without a problem. Maybe eight weeks of having the car the transmission gets messed up. I called Isaac and told him what has happened and he came up with some lie and told me to call back. After that I would try calling and he stopped answering to my calls and texts. I have not drove my car because it is in a shop and have yet to hear from them. read more

This is the worst dealership ever and I don't recommend anyone to buy a car here. We found a Lexus with an ok price. A week after purchase the car was already displaying problems. Different lights were turning on. We took it in they "fixed" it. 3 weeks later the same thing. In a period of 3 months that we had the car we took it in 4 times. They never fixed it. Not to mention we put brand new headlights and the number was zipped tied to the car... after talking to Isaac about this problem he basically laughed in our face. Here's the thing this man makes you feel like he's your friend that he cares and wants to help. He doesn't all he's doing is trying to make a sale. He didn't care that we had kids and that the car was unsafe to drive. Basically after the 3 months the warranty was over with then so they didn't care what was wrong with the car. Took it to a reliable mechanic and they advised the car is not safe on the road and has too many problems and it will cost a fortune to get it road worthy. Called these guys to set up a viewing for a car today. I asked if the car I was interested in was still available and they said it was but not until the next day. Apparently it was being detailed. So I called the next day to make sure it was back at the lot and still available. I spoke with Sam and he said that someone had put a deposit on the car A WEEK AGO! Why didn't he say anything about that when I had first called? He then said that the person who had placed the deposit hadn't contacted them in a week and that the car was available for sale. I wanted to make sure so I clarified on the phone that if I drove down there that I would be able to purchase the car that day if I wanted to. Sam said I could. So I drove an hour and a half through rush hour traffic to come take a look. So my wife and I show up, Sam lets us take a look at the car and then calls his manager over to start dealing with us. The manager tells us that the person who placed the deposit HAD CALLED AN HOUR BEFORE and confirmed that they were picking up the car and that IT WAS NOT FOR SALE! What?! Why did I drive all the way there? He immediately starts trying to sell me another car that we are not interested in. This dealer baited us with a car that was already sold to try and sell us something we didn't want and didn't ask for. Waste of time. read more

Unfortunately I can't put 0 Stars. My husband and I bought a 2007 Equinox, it was a shity shity shity shity shity buy. Check engine light came out traction control light came out Stabilitrak light came out. I tried getting ahold of Isaac who said we can take it in to get it maintenance tried calling texting never got back to me. Finally my husband got a hold of him I went to take it in to get it maintenanced, being there 10 to 15 minutes I know my car did not get maintenanced they just put it under the computer and erased all the codes. They tried telling me nothing was wrong with it everything's fine. I have a code reader all the coats came out I took it to the mechanic same codes came out, what is amazing to me that all your high-tech computers or tools did not find any of those codes and telling me everything was okay when all you did was just erase the codes. Then I had a change of tires because they were really bad the two front were bigger than the two in the back. When the tires got changed they told me that the sensors were so badly rusted they have never been changed that was just ridiculous to me. This car was so to us without being maintenance. I thank you as a car dealership should be very embarrassed on how you sell your cars to people, enter people who have families because these cars are dangerous. I'm already looking into the Lemon Law, I will be speaking with a lawyer because it's ridiculous how you guys were selling your cars and not being maintenance at all. And I don't think we should continue to pay for a car that's already going to be giving out already. You cannot say you don't know that you sell your cars like this because all your cars go under maintenance and go on your computer scans. I just don't think it's fair how you guys are selling your cars and I'm definitely not ever ever recommending anybody to this place. Horrible shity bad buy. read more

I bought a beautiful Nissan 350Z from Metro Auto for my son and we absolutely love it. This dealership specializes in luxury and sporty cars and has so many on the lot to choose from. I really loved our salesman, Ken's, enthusiasm about the Nissan and the BMW he bought for himself. He made looking at the selection of cars fun without all that pressure to buy. I liked Metro Auto so much, I came back for a car for myself, a G35 Infinity. I live in Temecula, CA but enjoyed the low-key vibe of the place so much it was worth it to me to drive far to purchase a second car from them. Metro Auto was recommended by my bank as a preferred dealer. They were one of the last dealerships open due to the COViD-19 pandemic. Staff was efficient, but also snuck in a $999 dealer prep fee. Can't prove they were price gouging due to the pandemic--maybe they add that to every car sale. Make sure you know EXACTLY what all those fees are BEFORE you make your payment arrangements. read more

This is actually my first time coming to a used car dealership, I was skeptical at first, but I thought hey why not. One thing about me: I have no freaking clue about cars. If it saves gas and it drives, then it's good enough for me. The sales/ financial manager I think Alex was awesome! He was super nice and super attentive. I am also a very indecisive person, but he took his time with me, pretty much went around almost EVERY damn car they had to teach me about different models and what is a good car that will last a while or which cars to stay away from.
