I wouldn't trust anything these guys say. They posted a car for sale on offer up, I worked out all the details over three days, and then when I went to buy the car they raised the price $3000 and wouldn't honor what we'd already discussed. They tried to say it was an outside company that runs their OfferUp that made the error, which is doubtful. Like others have said, great service from the sales workers. Yocelin was great and very helpful and has nothing to do with my review. My main advice: Be careful and pay attention to what you're paying for. I almost got stuck with a $999 "dealership fee". Wtf? lol. I have paid dealership fees before on previous cars, and none of them even reached triple digits ($30-$40). But a whole grand? LOL. As soon as Isaac "went over the numbers" with me, I knew I had to GTFO. This is a total scam. This fee should be included in the listed price if maintaining the vehicle is that expensive. I shouldn't have to pay an additional $1000 for cleaning, waxing, and "towing". Get outta here. Also, their financing options are a bit wacky. I have a great credit score, like 780s, and I wanted to put 17% ($1000) down on my car. For some reason 2/3 of their banks denied me financing due to "revolving accounts" (aka, a normal credit card). I have $0 balance on all my cards, paid off all my previous auto loans, and was still denied. I offered to double my down payment up to $2000. Isaac's counteroffer? I had to put down 59% ($3500) and still have exorbitant monthly payments ($179/month) to haunt me. This was all for a listed $6000 car. I'm financing through my credit institution next time, cause this was total bull****. +One positive note, the interest rate they offered me was surprisingly not obscenely high. That surprised me, considering all the bull**** fees and crap. However, it was still as high as the first time I bought a car with 0 credit score as a 19 year old. Kinda wish my 780 credit score would come in clutch for once, but not here! Also kind of pissed me off that when I declined GAP and a warranty, Isaac tried to convince me otherwise and guilt trip me into their expensive protection plan. It's not my first car, and I've had much more affordable warranties and no BS expensive GAP protection. TL;DR- Call and ask HOW MUCH the car is going to cost to drive off the lot, because what they advertise is going to be seriously less than what you'll actually have to pay. Just be aware that you are going to be paying about $2000 dollars above the price they give you. My car was about 13,000 but with the mystery $2000 Cash Price Accessories it was over 15.000. On the contract they will add Cash Price Accessories to the price of the car. I really don't know what this is for and didn't notice it when I signed the contract. You are also taxed on this as well. I do like my car and I thought I got a good deal, but now looking at everything I feel I may have gotten a slightly below average deal on my car. My fault for not paying attention. I do like that they are a no haggle car lot. The prices they have on there website is the price your going to pay other the formentioned addon. I set up an appointment to check out a 2009 Acura TSX they have on the lot for $10k. Car had typical wear and tear for a 106k mile car, no glaring issues. Brake rotors were super rusty and battery was as dead as can be (these are non-issues). Car has clearly not been moved in quite a while. Salesman jumped the car for me, let me sit in the car, and let me try various vehicle functions. I am a serious buyer and wanted to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. They said no problem! I asked to test drive the car first. Salesman told me that it would be an hour before they could "disinfect the interior for covid precautions" so that I could test drive. First off, I had already sat in the car. Does this mean that it was not disinfected already? Salesman wanted to run a credit app in the meantime while it was being disinfected for an hour. I'd be purchasing with a cashiers check, so no credit app is required. Not wanting to sit around for an hour, I asked for them to give me an "out the door" price so that I knew what I'd be paying. Car: $10k. Taxes: ~$800. Documentation (title, registration, etc.): ~$600. Dealer added accessories: $1999. When asked what that is, salesman said it covered dealer fees, inspections, cleaning, additional document fees, etc. I asked to have this 20% markup removed from the bill and I'd buy the car. Sales manager wouldn't budge at all. No test drive. No negotiations. No meeting in the middle. It was 20% markup or I wouldn't get the car. Dealerships such as this one add this markup ESPECIALLY if you don't finance the car with them. They make the bulk of their profits from people with bad credit and a high APR on a long term loan. Them knowing I wasn't financing and attempting to compensate for lost profits caused them to lose a sale. Shady "stealership" tactics going on here; buyers with less foresight: beware. P.S.: I'd recommend cleaning up the large puddle of oil that the Mercedes S600 is leaving in the middle of the showroom: it'll probably stain your white floors. read more

They'll take your money but the following 5 days it's a nightmare all kinds of warning lights come up on the dashboard... not to mention check engine lights and they say they'll help you with it but they won't they'll just keep you waiting but they won't after a while they'll just tell you that they did their best but can't help you fix the problem! So you end up with a bigger problem... I bought a truck everything seemed great but the next day 4 warning light some up! And one of them was a check engine light! The agent who sold me my car told me it had been thoroughly inspected by their team and was in great shape. The selling point, it had working AC, as the other car I was looking at did not. The AC stopped working less than a week after I bought the car and when I took it in for a full inspection there were several leaks and other fixes not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I bought used so sometimes that can be expected, but after calling my warranty provider that I was bullied into purchasing along with the car, they didn't pay for anything (even though the fixes were included in the informational brochure I was given). So I called Metro Auto to cancel and refund my warranty so I could pay for some, not all, of the fixes. I have called multiple times a week for the past 1.5 months and was either hung up on after being put on hold for 30+ min, told someone would be in touch with me soon, or there were no managers available every time I called (random times throughout their workday). I even left a message asking them to return my call. 2 weeks ago, I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they told me they have still not received any communication from Metro Auto. I guess it's time to take legal action. I've been more than patient. read more
