We took Tracy's suggestion to have the shrimp prepared blackened and that definitely elevated the flavor profile and helped to cut a bit of the maple butter syrup richness. I chose the Prickly Pear Mimosa from the list of available varieties of mimosas and it was tasty. Smooth sailing all the way to the end, when Nicole brought us our complimentary Zefflers (spelling?), or mini beignets. Our main meals also hit the spot. Paul loves their Monte Cristo and I was in the mood for blueberry pancakes and bacon (also got two eggs over medium as part of their Small Morning Bloom). The blueberry pancakes were hot, fluffy, flavorful and full of delicious blueberries. The eggs were exactly over medium and the bacon was crisp.
