Service Here is pretty darn good for lunch time and two waitresses. the waitresses were attentive and would come and ask if we needed refills on our drinks. Then they'll bring out more chips and salsa without us asking for it. However, im not sure if its because e with two coworkers who are hispanic and they speak the language. Chips and salsa is free. The salsa has a kick to it. I ordered a carne asada burrito. All meat with only pico de Gallo. It was pretty flavorful until I added lemon, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, and tapito. Usually when I add all of those items on my burrito it'll make it extra tasty but for some reason at Mexico lindo its thr opposite. I would highly recommend their carne asada burrito. The meat is tender and has flavor. My coworkers ordered the shrimp cocktail which they had to add a gang load of lime and tapito. They said it tasted like ketchup and in their opinion it wasn't that great. From An Asian perspective it was good.... The shrimps are big and whole. They give huge chunks of avocado. Ummm.. Writing about it makes my mouth water. .. They give you a basket of saltine crackers as well for the shrimp cocktail. Parking lot is small. The decor is old. Granted we haven't been since start of Covid but sadly it's nothing exciting now. I always get mole which is usually reach and very flavorful and dark and thick. Tonight's was like chocolate milk color and thickness was like chocolate milk . Still had ok flavor but . Just in case it's a off night we'll try again before we look for another place! My waitress Jareli was super sweet and attentive. Not once did she make me feel I was bothering her with my inquiries. I will be back again! I've ordered here from ubereats 3 times, and I've ordered the 2 shredded beef taco/2 enchilada combo every time, and all the times it's been great! The only complaint I'd have with it is the salad is pretty soggy and sorta gross, but I don't know if that's a fault of the restaurant, or the fact that it sat around in the uber car for a while. My gf always gets the papa tacos and while not the best papa tacos she's ever had, she said they're very good. Plus I love the salsa here! Delish. Speaking of the salsa, the second time I ordered here I ordered a large side of salsa. The uber guy came and what the hell, there's no salsa in there. I don't imagine the uber drive would steal a big cup of salsa, so I knew the restaurant probably screwed up. I called them up and told the guy who answered the situation. They replied that sometimes uber drivers steal the food, but that he'd go check for me. Yea, right. 'checking'. I would have bet any amount of money that he was gonna come back on the phone and tell me, "Oh yea, we packed it up here, uber guy musta stolen it." But to my shock, he came back on the phone and apologized and said they didn't pack it after all. He said he could credit back the price of the salsa to the order, or he could drive the salsa to me. Wha? I said ok, and boom, 10 minutes later he was at my door with my salsa. I was impressed by their integrity when it would have been so easy for them to just pawn it off as uber's fault and not have to deal with driving it over.
