Such a delightful evening with friends at MIA Kitchen! The standard menu along with the evening's Chef's Offerings presented us with some great and intriguing choices. Or server TJ was helpful and attentive. My wife and I shared a Grilled Caesar which was great. I also very much enjoyed the PB Foie Gras, perfectly grilled Foie Gras on a slice of Crustini which soaked up the light peanut butter sauce and the fig jam. Wow! We also shared the lamb meatballs on a creamy bed of polenta. Everything about our dining experience this evening was Five Star!

This was my first time at MIA Kitchen & Bar, and the experience was spectacular. Everything about the restaurant delivers an elevated dining experience. Everyone on staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and many of them greeted me as if I were a longtime regular. The food and drinks were superb. I had the Smoky Old Fashioned, one drink is all you need because it's bold, powerful, and incredibly impactful. For food, we started with the fried rice, which had the perfect blend of spice and creamy texture from the fried egg resting over the rice. The Wagyu beef short rib tostadas were equally impressive, featuring a subtle barbecue sweetness that was an unexpected but delicious addition to the dish. We also tried one of the weekly specials, the Burrata Ravioli, and all I can say is that this dish was a work of art. Beautifully prepared with extravagant flavors, it featured pancetta, mushrooms, and truffle oil that complemented the dish perfectly. The atmosphere could get a little loud at times, but the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Definitely a great spot for a fun night out. .

We stopped by MIA Kitchen and Bar last night for dinner. I loved the look and vibe of the place, very intimate and cozy, vaguely European. We sat outside and it couldn't have been a lovelier atmosphere. Service was very good throughout the night, our waitress did a fantastic job explaining all of the specials, promptly bringing out food and drinks and making sure that we had everything we needed. As for the food, my wife and I split four appetizers and a side; The Truffle Shuffle linguini, which came with grated fresh black winter truffles, chopped black truffles and white truffle oil. The burrata with a watermelon gazpacho, saffron aioli, pesto aioli and basil oil. The waygu steak carpaccio with fried capers, celery leaf, onion, scallion, sunny side egg, toasted bread crumbs and truffle aioli. The salmon tartare tacos which came in a crispy wonton shell with shallots, kimchi & wasabi aioli's and a soy glaze. Onion rings with a special sauce on the side. Overall the food was pretty good. The Waygu carpaccio in particular was my favorite, the meat was incredibly tender and beautifully sliced. The salmon tacos were good, I wish there was a little bit more to the portion size, but no complaints. I was not a fan of the burrata which seemed a little standard and the accompanying aiolis didn't do much for me. Finally, the Truffle Shuffle was disappointing. It had grated truffles, chopped truffles and truffle oil, so I was expecting an orgy of truffle flavor but it was pretty minimal to be honest. As for the onion rings they were super basic and didn't make much of an impression. I did like the side sauce though, it was kind of a smokey and peppery Chick-fil-A sauce or something. I have to say that I was a little surprised at the lack of seasoning and salt in all of our dishes, everything seemed a little bland in our opinion. It was definitely high quality food don't get me wrong, it's just that I was expecting much more of a flavor punch than what we got. Overall, our meal, 4 apps, a side and one cocktail came out to $200 incl. tip. I kind of felt like it was on the steep side, though we had a fantastic evening and the food was not bad at all. I would recommend MIA kitchen and I would undoubtedly go back again to check out their menu, in particular because I understand they rotate the items quite often. I'm very curious to see what other creations they can come up with.

Came back to MIA Kitchen on Saturday just for the specials, and it did not disappoint. I had to try both the steak special and the ravioli special -- absolutely worth it. The pictures really say it all. Manuela is my favorite bartender and made the experience even better. I mainly came for the food but made sure to squeeze in a few happy hour drinks. This spot has quickly become my favorite foodie destination. Chef Jay and his beautiful wife, Evon, even stopped by to say hello, which made the experience feel extra special. This was my second visit in just a couple of weeks, and I can't say enough good things about this place.

Service has always been impeccable! We tried a few new dishes ... charred Cesar meh, crab bomb meh, fried rice flavorful but a bit too much sauce which overpowers the delicate rice. The coconut shrimp is still a favorite.

What do you do when faced with the decision of which appetizers to order during happy hour at MIA? Have every one of them, of course! Everything on the happy hour "Eat" menu sounded so tempting, we tried all 7 items and enjoyed all of them. Note that the happy hour is exactly one hour long from 5 pm to 6 pm daily, which is a bit tight. The good news is that it's available throughout the entire restaurant. But before indulging in all the food, we ordered glasses of wine from the happy hour drink menu. Can't beat the $6 price! The drink menu also features a handful of interesting cocktails for $12 each. Now on to the food tasting: Wagyu short rib tostada - the beef was tasty and tender, but the tostada tortilla shell was overdone (dare I say "burnt"?) which caused this item to be one of our least favorites. Grilled Caesar salad - the grilled lettuce added an interesting dimension to the dish. It was a good salad with a nice dressing. When I asked if chicken could be added, the server said the only chicken option was fried. Surprising and disappointing. We passed on the chicken addition. Burrata cheese with ciabatta bread - The burrata was good, with a balsamic dressing. The ciabatta bread was a bit too thick and overwhelming for the cheese. Perhaps smaller, thinner crostini bread would have made a better pairing. Street corn with tortilla chips - Fantastic! This was a creamier recipe than I had expected. It worked especially well with the chips because the kernels of corn stuck together and stayed on the chip. Coconut shrimp tacos - Another delightful dish. The shrimp were fairly heavily fried though. Great taste with a spicy Thai chili sauce! Fried rice - I loved the preparation and the flavors of this dish. It had a fried egg on top which was perfectly prepared. And the rice had a delightfully spicy sauce. Wagyu "big mac" sliders - They were as good as the name sounds, with lettuce, cheese, onion and a special MIA sauce. Yum! Would we order everything again? Yes! (Although we'd request the tostada be more lightly toasted.) Would we order everything again all at the same meal? Probably not. It was simply too much food as the portions were good sized for appetizers. The server was very nice and accommodating. He checked on us frequently throughout our meal and quickly cleared the plates as we finished the various items. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming feel. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our visit. Next time, maybe we'll indulge in a few of the entrees from the regular menu and the chef's specials menu in addition to the fabulous appetizers.

Love it here. Chow is always excellent, nice atmosphere, good service, friendly and fun too. Stopped in at the bar for a bite during HH... a nice wine by the glass... Shrimp Tacos, Buratta, Fried Rice. Enjoyed it. Need to get back for dinner soon.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. Located on the corner of a quaint plaza in Delray Beach, MIA Kitchen transports you to a bustling restaurant packed with small unique details in the decor and the menu. There's patio seating outside, high tops and bar area plus booth and picnic-table style seating in the main dining area. I made a reservation online for Saturday evening but there was only patio options. We decided to go early to see if we could walk in and wait for an inside table. Luckily at 6 pm on a Saturday, we only had to wait 10 mins to be seated. Our server Jim was very nice and went over the menu in depth including the specials. What really blew me away is their attention to detail. Our plates were swapped between every course. Jim always noticed when my water glass was low and when I needed new utensils. Chef Jason personally came by to introduce himself and explain the inspiration behind his amazing creations. With his background in French cuisine and his wife's cultural influence from Hong Kong, the menu at MIA had a blend of Asian flavors with French highlights. He intricately checks every dish that comes out of the kitchen and makes sure it is up to the high standard he expects. Everything was delicious! Coconut Shrimp tacos - thinly breaded shrimp with a tangy sweet sauce on a light flour tortilla Clams - fresh, nicely sized with shallots and parsley butter. The soft bread it came with was perfect for dipping. PB & J Foie Gras - creamy and delightful with a nutty sauce and a fruity jam pairing to cut thru the richness Wagyu Beef Carpaccio - my absolute favorite dish. The thinly sliced beef was fresh, topped with onions scallions and celery leaf it adds texture and helps with the richness of the truffles. The crispy truffles really make the dish. Pan seared Chilean Sea Bass with butternut squash, edamame, mushrooms with truffle kombu glace is a must try. The filet was cooked with crispy edges and a soft buttery center. The bed of veggies makes the dish light and everything complimented each other so well. Will definitely be back again and next time must leave room for dessert.

Came here on a Friday night for a casual dinner and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and I really appreciated that they were so attentive to my pup. The waiter made sure he had water and even gave him some pets. We ordered the Wagyu sliders, skirt steak, and pork belly fried rice to share. Everything was tasty and hit the spot.

Who knew?!?! I was pleasingly surprised by the presentation of this meal, the warmth and reception of the staff and chef and overjoyed by the food. the live entertainment was on point and a perfect addition to the cool vibe this place has. Dinner with friends was amazing. Specialty dishes made just for us. Pork belly fried rice, beef tar tar, veal chop, hanger steak, street corn and it goes on. The pasta left me speechless. Just wow.

This place is amazing! Food, staff, drinks, they have it all. I've been thinking it's been a while since I've been and I wanted to take my husband for a night out. He has good taste and I've been talking about MIA for sometime. Since we walked in without a reservation we started our night at the bar. We ordered some cocktails from the menu to start. We got snow day and hot girl winter. They were both really good but I gave the hot girl to my guy and took his snow day since he prefers more spice in his life and I wanted the candy cane on top of snow day. We got the burrata, octopus, ravioli and a side of onion rings. The burrata is a beauty to look at and the raviolis were my favorite! The octopus was very good having a nice char taste served over hummus with radishes. We got a bottle of the decoy red blend to share after our cocktails. We then went to a table to get the veal chop a la vodka style. The chef came out to touch the cheese on top and shave truffles on top. We paired it with a side of linguini and another bottle of red. Of course we had to finish the night off with dessert so we opted for the cereal killer. The brownie was overly sweet but the strawberry ice creamed toned it down a little. Also having the creme brûlée on the side was a nice switch back and forth. All in all we had an amazing night and my hubby agrees that MiA is an exceptional place.

We ordered a couple apps, the smoked grilled wings and BBQ egg rolls. The wings needed to be cooked more, the skin was only crispy on a couple of them, on one side. The egg rolls were ok, just mediocre. Not much flavor in my opinion, the sauce had to do the work. For our entrees we both got burgers. I had the batch burger and my husband got the other burger option. Don't remember the name but it had crispy onions, pickles etc. Again, they were just ok. Burger meat was tough, bacon was good though, pecan maple I believe. The B1 aioli was flavorful and the fries were pretty good. A bit greasy but well-salted. Overall, just not the best quality food in my opinion. There was a guitar player/singer performing on the outside patio, but we sat inside. You could still hear the music faintly which was good for us as we wanted to talk. It does get a bit loud indoors but nothing crazy. It was Friday night so a little busy. Seating at the high top was comfortable, nice cushioned seats. Floors are very slippery so be careful. Not horrible, but not great. Kind of middle of the road in my opinion.
