She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out. Then they tried to upsell a full report and the inspector showed me some cellulose debris he supposedly found under the house that showed termite activity. I had just had the crawlspace cleared of all visible cellulose debris, so I'm not sure where he got it. Then he tried to upsell a treatment for subterranean termites though there were no mud tubes or any other signs of activity. Subterranean termites are a fact of life in Placer County but these companies try to sell unnecessary treatments.

I hired Twin Termite to replace some rotted deck posts and beams. They did a shockingly terrible…read morejob on their first attempt. Some joists were missing hangers, some hangers used non structural screws, beams were cut short, posts that they installed were leaning, the list goes on. The pictures are *after* their first attempt, they aren't the before pictures. So that gives you an idea of how bad of a job they did. When I pointed out all the mistakes and how disappointed I was, they tried to fix half the mistakes and they literally squirted caulk into the gaps of the cut-short beams and tried to cover up their work by throwing on non structural covers to hide their mistakes. Their answer to doing a shoddy job the first time was to come back out and try to cover up their mistakes. Infuriating. I now have to go fix their mistakes myself. They actually created more work for me. I'd hired them before and they didn't always get the job done right the first time but they usually got it don't satisfactorily. I would strongly advise against anyone hiring them. They are terrible

So far the customer service has been friendly and efficient and we're getting into the season when ants try to start coming in so we'll be leaning on their help.
