    Important things I need for my hobbies and crafts.

    I am a usual shopper I haven't been here in over 5 years because I've been incarcerated but I am now out I visited this store on June 18th 2025 I was helped by kind young lady named Liz and today is June 23rd 2025 I was also helped by another beautiful young lady named lizzette unless they're both the same girl, anyways I highly recommend this store even though there are other stores around the world that are Michaels arts and crafts but I highly recommend a Riverside on magnolia and Tyler I am going to be coming here very often LOL please shop here.

    I usually don't do reviews but I had such great customer service from Aileen (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly). She was so patient with me when I could not make up my mind about which cricut pens to get as they are locked up. First I chose 2 smaller pen sets then she came to ask if I wanted more so I chose another 2 sets. Then I realized I save more money if I were to the bigger sets (as the deal was BOGO 1/2 off). So I saw her again to help me unlock the 2 bigger sets. She never showed her frustration or any attitude toward my indecisiveness. She was very pleasant. I was trying to go on their website to do a review but not sure how. Thank you again! Aileen.

    Love Michael's Love Love me some meee time Actually more like Arts & Crafts time w/my hubby! Getting to paint the roof I mean * Paint on the roof lol Paint what hmmm Not sure yet But I'll take suggestions!! I'm thinking either the scenery or wild flowers :D Can't wait for all the mess !!!

    Michael's is were I spend all of my money Luckily they always have great deals and Alejandra was very friendly and funny!

    First of all terrible customer service wouldn't help my family. Second manager was very rude. Overall I wish I could give them half a star.

    Employees are so rude . They expect you to know where everything is . ( ex. the restroom ) even though I was super polite.

    I haven't had a bad experience in this Michael's. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I usually find what I'm looking for.

    Honest folks. They found out what my issue was and fixed it…read more- just a quick part adjustment. No charge. I then proceeded on buying a couple of batteries. You should never leave without investing in something, especially when they help you out for free. They did not have to do that. They could've lied and said my Traxxas needed to be repaired. I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.
