He never gave me a time estimate, just ignored me. So, I patiently wait until 2pm, seeing that my car still hasn't moved from where I parked it. I ended up asking a different worker if I could get my keys back and leave. He was much nicer and helpful than the other guy. ONLY THEN DID THEY MOVE MY CAR. An hour after the appointment and a request for the keys back and they finally decided to start working on my car. 30 minutes later they were done. Second guy apologized and told me they gave me a discount but didn't tell me how much it was the original total was. I'm never going back.

Well the engine has noise, seat is broke none of which were accurate. We will trade it on auction is what we were told. Said I get it we didn't expect much but 195k miles no mechanical at least wanted a slightly better deal. Went to Hyandi next door was told the offer from Honda was the offer for trade. Not what Honda told us. Guy said since ownership was the same the offer is the same. Again not what Honda told us. Went to carmax and they offered us 2700 out the door. Chevy offered us 4000, we went with a Rav 4 and ended up getting 3500 for trade in. They said vehicle looked good minus the little cometic damage we knew about already. I looked them up on BBB, checked reviews on Yelp, Google, etc and I drove over to their location to make sure it wasn't a fly by night business. I met Donna and a few of the team members and had a very good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment right then and there. I had hail damage in 2018 and just looking at my car every day annoyed me. Well, I met Lonnie on the day of my appointment and was immediately greeted and put at ease and received top-notch service. He explained the entire process, took me to get my car washed and then to the rental company to get my rental car. As soon as I got my rental car (which was a 2019 SUV with very little miles on it), Lonnie took my car away and told me not to worry about anything. Lonnie and his team handled everything and I didn't even have to do the claim process with my insurance company. After a week, I got my car and couldn't even tell it ever had any hail damage! No deductible, no rental car fees, no out of pocket expenses and an excellent process from start to finish! They fixed minor side panel dents but did not repair the hood or roof or trim. They gave me back the car unfinished in July and said they are waiting on parts to arrive in August. Then they said September. Then they said October. Then they said November. I have an extensively hail damaged car but Elite has been paid over $12k without finishing the service. Each time I call them, they continue to push out the date for receiving parts. They blame the current auto strike, but the strike was not occurring in June or July or August. This feels like fraud. Sidenote, when they initially had my car in June, I watched my car info using an app. They somehow used 1/4 tank of gas and added 30 miles to the odometer. Why? Then they return an unrepaired car to me. Update: "Jimmer" from Elite called me after this review posted and told me to call a local auto dealer and ask them for a part for my car. Me, really? How hard are they working to finish the repairs when they only use one supplier and they tell me to track down the part? Unprofessional and fraudulent.

Something in my 2009 Nissan Versa blew up and ALL the warning and error lights lit up on the dash. Car would crank but not start. I thought it was probably the fuel pump but beyond my current ability to diagnose and repair. Had it towed to ATR. They were prompt in diagnosing and David called me to discuss the necessary part. I asked for aftermarket but by the price listed on the invoice they charged me OEM MSRP $486, which leaves me very disappointed. I found the same part for $355 on the NISSAN WEBSITE, $330 via simple Google search at local autoparts stores, and other aftermarket on Amazon and ebay for $50-$60. So, I could have literally walked or taken the bus two miles away to the auto parts store and saved $150, or ordered online and saved $400 bucks. Again, quite disappointed with this markup, especially given $130/hr service rate. They also found my one of my axles was leaking. He quoted me a full replacement of the axle but it turned out they could just replace the boot so it was quite a bit less than the quote when I got there to pay and pickup my vehicle. Sadly, overcharged for this part as well - paid $79, found on Nissan's website for $46, ebay for $36. Turnaround time was quick. Labor is $130 an hr as I mentioned, they have all the tools and knowledge to diagnose and repair so I don't have a problem with that rate, but the parts pricing thing is disappointing. (Oil change was $35 including oil and filter. Tire rotation for $16, reasonable.) The office is very clean and minimal.

TJ did get the gague to function but not properly - he said that that the needle was not retracting to empty correctly, Bottom Line - the issue not fixed correctly. THEN ... TJ spoted a defective wire connection on my tachometer and put a new connector on the neg side of the coil. The tachometer was working fine when I brought the car there on Oct 14, 2025... when I picked the car up on Oct 15th the tach was no longer working correctly. The work TJ performed on the TACH was NOT part of the job that I brought the car in for!! I called, Gerald, the owner of the business, and HE REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND YELLED AT ME THAT I SHOULD TAKE THE TACH AND GET THAT FIXED..... but they did take my $400!!!!! PRO SHOP DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK !!!!!
