Person at the store puts the order in, and the tires are 25% more expensive than the online price. What?! Had to call four times to finally find someone who could tell me that the tires finally arrive on Wednesday. They told me to come in at 11:30am. Arrive at 11:30am, and I'm told the four tires and alignment would take 90 minutes. Good thing my wife picked me up, because it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Go to pick up the car, which is outside complete, and it takes 35 minutes to pay! Overall price was 40% more than what the online system quoted -- so beware!

Every time a new issue surfaced, he kept digging for a solution instead of giving up. He sourced a new MDS, coordinated directly with McLaren in England (even at odd hours), consulted with other McLaren specialists, and even had custom components 3D-printed to get the car repaired correctly. The process was far more complicated than anyone expected, but Vince remained committed from start to finish. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the car back to me in proper working order, even when doing so came at additional expense and effort on his end. Finding people with this level of dedication, expertise, and integrity is rare. When i agreed to come in I was immediately offered a ride with UBER and they also asked me for my order for a Starbucks drink that they will have ready when i arrive. Wow. Just wow. Not pushy. Not irritating. Just POLITE. I've had some bad experiences with car salesman and these 2 have totally redeemed them all lol. I was shown a few Acura's (btw, cant stop thinking about those cars) and also test drove a few. Throughout this whole process i was very comfortable, not once did i feel like i wanted to run out the door - let me tell you, its happed A LOT. Lol. I brought my 2024 Acura to the dealership because my vehicle had developed a squeaking noise when I turned the steering wheel. The dealership lubricated the control arms, and I noticed an oil smell immediately after leaving. At the time, I assumed the smell was related to the work that had just been performed. Later, I discovered that my oil filler cap was missing. When I returned to the dealership to address my concern, I expected professionalism and a willingness to investigate. Instead, I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The service manager, Brad Garrett, was rude from the moment he approached me. He never introduced himself, interrupted me repeatedly, spoke to me in a loud and demeaning tone, and pointed his hands in my face while we were talking. Rather than listening to my concerns, he immediately became defensive and repeatedly insisted he was "not taking the blame." What made the situation even more frustrating was that he told me there was no record that I had even been at the dealership. Later, my service advisor confirmed that I had been there, and afterward I received an email from Mr. Garrett referencing a shop foreman who supposedly remembered working on my vehicle. Those statements did not make sense together and only added to my frustration. After I left, I received an invoice by email that stated I had come in for an oil leak and that the dealership had discovered the missing oil filler cap. That was not accurate. I did not report an oil leak, and I was the one who discovered the missing oil filler cap before returning to the dealership. I was also told my vehicle was ready and given my keys before any invoice was provided. Receiving documentation afterward that I believed did not accurately reflect what occurred was extremely concerning. The most disappointing part of this experience wasn't just the vehicle issue, it was how I was treated. I felt dismissed, accused, and spoken to in a way no customer should experience. Regardless of whether there is a disagreement about a repair, there is never a reason to treat a customer with disrespect. The experience was so negative that about a month later I traded in my Acura and purchased a different vehicle. I no longer wanted to return to this dealership for service or continue doing business there. When friends or family ask me about my experience with Acura or where they should have their vehicle serviced, I share what happened to me and recommend they consider other options. I hope Cardinale Acura takes customer service seriously and ensures that future customers are treated with the professionalism, respect, and courtesy that every customer deserves.

He was kind, well-spoken, patient, and gave my mom all the time she needed to make the right decision. We test drove several vehicles, and Alex walked us around the lot looking at other options, which was no small task considering it was 112° outside! In the end, my mom actually bought the very first car she saw. But because of Alex's patience, we never felt rushed or like we were being a bother for wanting to explore all of our options first. My mom has owned Hondas for more than 25 years, so we already had confidence in the brand. They also did a flashlight courtesy inspection on my vehicle where they did find a couple of items that needed attention. With precision, they troubleshot my throttle position sensor code down to my vehicle accelerator pedal. The pedal needed to be removed and replaced. They gave me a very fair estimate on the cost for repair, but to my utter surprise it was actually $200 cheaper than what they estimated. Never ever seen that before, where you come in and you pay lower than what was estimated. They definitely know how to build loyalty. I will now be a loyal customer to Cars Nv for my maintenance needs. Another thing, I got my car back cleaner than when I brought it in, and the old part was bagged in plastic and sitting on the passenger side floor. I love this family run business. I brought in my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee because it was leaking oil. Their inspection reported that there was no oil showing on the dipstick. They diagnosed an "oil cooler to engine block failure" and recommended replacing the engine oil cooler. I paid $490 after my warranty paid them the balance. Despite their diagnosis, black light dye testing, repair work, and assurances, the Jeep continued leaking oil. I photographed oil pooling beneath the vehicle and returned within days with the same complaint. This time, Sun Auto now diagnosed the turbocharger oil return line and related parts. The second bill was $1,215.40, including $1,032.49 in labor. My warranty paid another $1,015.40, and I was charged another $200 deductible. Two visits for the same continuing oil leak generated $2,664.45 in total charges. Of that amount, $2,221.49 was labor. My third party warranty was billed $1,974.45, and I paid $690 out of pocket. When a shop claims it found and repaired an oil leak, then the vehicle immediately continues leaking, the ethical response should be to investigate whether the original diagnosis or repair was wrong. It should not simply become another expensive diagnosis and another warranty claim. I asked the manager to respond to my emails in writing and he refused to!! Major red flag! I was even told that an oil leak could come from "2,400 places" in person and insulted over the phone. customers pay professional labor rates because they expect professional diagnosis and accountability. In my experience, this place is all about money. The front counter sales talk was slick, the labor charges were enormous, and the original problem continued. Adam and the front counter staff showed little concern that I had returned with the same oil leak after an expensive repair. I have the invoices, inspection findings, payment records, and photographs of the continuing leak. Based on my documented experience, stay far away from this location and the arrogant A holes here. .
