    Sunrise Burrito
    Priscilla D.

Came in to try out the breakfast burrito at this location. The guy at the register greeted us when we walked in. We decided to get the Sunrise breakfast burrito which has bacon, eggs, cheese, and potatoes. The inside was empty and clean. The drive thru was empty this morning. The food was ready in about 5 minutes. The burrito was not as big as we thought it would be. It had great flavor. There was barely any bacon in the burrito. It was full of eggs and the cheese was not melted inside. We love their green salsa but they only gave us red sauce so we had to ask for their green sauce instead. I'm not sure if we will order that same burrito again since it's about $8, and there was only like 1 piece of bacon in there.

Delicious! I've seen these all over Orange County and have yet to visit.. I was in town Corona side and I discover another one of Miguel Jr locations, and seeing a bunch of these Miguel Jr restaurants just gave off a vibe that I must try this place out! I ordered the Carne Asada tacos and a Horchata drink. The service was fast. I ordered and the food was out within minutes.! quality check I was very impressed with how delicious the tacos were. On the pricer side but definitely worth the expense. I have yet to try anything else off the menu. So I will definitely have to try some more delicious menu options.

Ordered green salsa always get red

Can never get it right, how many times I have gone you ask for green sauce and get red. Items get forgotten. My advice pay attention people, you have people paying good money for an expected service and it falls short.

Customer service was great and the food was pretty good for the price. I would definitely return back here when I'm in the area. The server taking the order really helped trying to figure out what to get since new to menu. Place was clean.

Really disappointed and frustrated with Miguel's Jr today. My wife has been a vegetarian since elementary school and ordered a Bean, Rice, and Cheese Burrito with potatoes -- it even says that clearly on the receipt -- but they still gave her one with beef! We didn't realize until we got home, and now she can't even eat her lunch. How does something like this happen when the order is printed correctly? Completely unacceptable and careless.

It says exactly how it should be made but it was not made that way.

I come to Miguel's Jr quite often. It's usually always very good but this is my second bad experience. So disappointed. It was about 5:30 the drive through was very busy as was inside. So I ordered my food got up to the window and paid. I still had to wait quite some time to get my food. When I ordered my food they repeated it back and it was right on the screen. But when I got home (I live right across the street) I start to eat my food and it was ice cold. How is that possible when I had to sit at the window and wait for my food to be made. My order was simple but wrong and cold and it's $15 I could spend someplace else.

This location is the original Miguel's(#1).. been eating BRC burritos since they opened one by home in Ontario. Tried the Bean and rice burrito at this location and it's very good.

I just love supporting our local businesses and I love the food at Miguel's. I frequent all 3 restaurants in Corona frequently. Unfortunately, this Miguel's Jr. does not measure up to the other restaurants. When going inside to order, the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. When I ordered my food, I requested lemon for the ice tea. When I received my food, there was no lemon. I asked the employee for lemon and she completely ignored me. I waited patiently and then asked again. Not a word from the employee. Fine. No problem. Dreading a second request, I politely requested a drink carrier, for the FOUR drinks I ordered. The employee completely ignored me. I repeated my request since I got no response and was only told, in a harsh tone, "I heard you". I hate walking on eggshells in a restaurant that makes me feel like I am a bother. PLUS, it's disgusting having to park and walk around a dirty diaper to get into the dining room. If I had a bag or gloves, I would have picked it up, knowing that these employees would not appreciate the gesture. Please do better. Learn from the other restaurants. Turn those frowns upside down.

A little rice in a giant tortilla, it's not even worth it at this point.

When I order an all meat Chile Verde burrito, I expect some green tomatillo sauce! I got a roast pork burrito with no green sauce. Dry !

The worst burrito I have ever had. It looks like they rolled it in some rice before barely wrapping it up for 8$ what a rip off.

I ordered in advance and went to pick up my food, but since I was starving, I ended up just eating there on their patio. The tacos were okay. Personally, I thought they were pretty mid and not as flavorful as I was hoping they'd be. They did have a spicy sauce that I dipped the tacos in, and that definitely helped the flavor. I personally didn't love the tacos, but to be fair, I also didn't try anything else on the menu so I can't speak for the rest of their food. The place itself is a decent size, and the patio area is actually pretty nice. The staff was very kind, my order was ready right on time, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the sauces. The chips are fresh, super thin and crisp, lightly salted. The salsa one of my favorites. I don't know why others cannot make them the same. I can see a plate of impeccable nachos in my future here. Camarones, Mojo de Ajo style, no head, no shell. The shrimp were nice sized, but obviously overcooked. Mr B said that a couple even tasted old as well. Too bad. On the other hand, the sides, beans and rice, were sensational. Done beautifully, with very rich flavors, I would come here just for those two items. My garlic shrimp burrito was filled with smaller sized shrimp than his, their awesome rice, some fresh salsa, and a pink dressing (?). The shrimp tasted fine, not overcooked, but not overly garlicky. And usually I dislike rice in my burritos, but this combination was an exception, a real winner. I recall having an amazing carnitas here on past visits that I really must revisit. Hmmm. This is beginning to sound like a carnitas nacho plate would be the right thing to do. The interior is very attractive with their colorful and vibrant murals. Great World Cup soccer playing on their TV. The server was absolutely attentive. A good little place worth s return visit.

Check my picture for the information. I ended up getting the 3 taco plate (2 asada and 1 carnitas) and the XL meat quesadilla with asada. The carnitas was really tender and delicious. The asada was good, but it was not my favorite. I have a thing with chewy fatty pieces and I understand it is common in lower quality cuts of flap meat. This asada had quite a few pieces I had to spit out because it was just too chewy. The refried beans were good, also not my favorite though. The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. The tacos were loaded with meat and hard to pick up. That's the best! The pastor was tender and juicy. The fish taco was freshly fried and loaded with toppings and sauce. After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes. Super nice! Salsa were all really good! Especially the green avocado salsa. I'll come back for carnitas when I'm in the mood for tacos/quesadillas. I'll probably avoid the asada though. Just not my favorite.
