BEWARE. Do NOT bring your clothes here. I brought two dresses to be dry cleaned. One was a plain dress. The other was a yellow dress with flowing Acetate Fabric sleeves with pronounced radial pleats. I had run the yellow dress through the wash before and have gotten it dry cleaned twice with no effect to the pleats. I assumed getting it dry cleaned again would be fine. Upon pickup, the pleating in the yellow dress was faded, completely gone in some areas. I asked the woman what happened, I have not had this happen before the other two times I had gotten my dress dry cleaned. She said she didn't know, she would talk to the dry cleaning people and would call. I said okay, please call before you do ANYTHING to the dress. She agreed and said she would call me the next day. The next day around 2pm I decided to call. The woman picked up and said it would be ready on Thursday. I asked "I thought you said you would call before doing anything. What do you mean?" She kept repeating "it will be ready, they are working on it". She asked me if I wanted to speak to the owner. I said yes, please have the owner call. About three hours later, the same woman calls me. I assumed this meant she was the owner. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone PLEADING for her to not do anything to my dress, to tell the dry cleaning people to stop work. She kept refusing to do anything, repeating that I should trust her because she had been working here for 30 years. I changed my tactic. I said fine, if I trust you, please explain how you do the pleats. The pleats in the sleeve were radial. I wanted to be 100% certain that at least they were doing the pleats the way they were. But she did not even understand what I was asking. The next day I tried to call back twice. I wanted to leave a message, but the voicemail was full. The third time I called, the same woman at the counter picked up, rudely told me she was busy with a customer and could not talk to me and I called too many times. I drove over there and again begged her to call their people and ask them to stop working on the dress. She refused to do so. She told me my dress would be ready "maybe Thursday, maybe Friday, she would call me." When I asked about the original request to call, she said "Am I supposed to call all customers for every little thing? I don't have time!" I then attempted to explain that the dress means a lot to me. I got it in Italy while traveling. It cost me $550, which is not a small sum for me. She accused me of lying saying that she had been dry cleaning for 30 years and can tell this is a cheap dress made of cheap material. I pulled up the dress on a European website for sale in a different color, showing the originally listed price as 745 Euros which converts to $800. She called me a liar and that she knew better how much the dress cost. At this point I had to give up, I was getting nowhere with this woman who refused to actually work with me or respect what I was asking. A week later, no phone call, I decided to go back and see if the dress was ready. I am disgusted at the state of the dress that I picked up. The attached pictures show the ruinous state of the sleeves compared to the original. When I pointed this out to the woman at the counter, she told me that they can redo and they'll be more careful. I shudder to think what them doing it again would be! I said I would consider them redoing it again if we could make a deal. How do we move forward if the next time is bad? Would I receive compensation? She refused, saying that trying to work with it a third time was "all they can do." There will not be a third time, at the VERY least give me the money back for the cleaning. She said she couldn't refund my card because she didn't know how, but if I left the full card details on a piece of paper she would ask the owner to do it. Seriously? Leave my credit card number on a piece of paper and expect strangers to not lose it or misuse it? I have never seen not only such appalling customer service but such blatant disrespect and disregard for other people's property. read more

While this has been my staple dry cleaner for many many years and I've recommended to neighbors, I've had bad service in the last year with an issue EVERY time I go (2014-2015). They are unable to use the notes in their system to make sure cleaning is done correctly. For example, my profile should say, "fold sweaters" but inevitably, I just noticed they hung my lacoste sweater and it's now stretched out at the shoulders. What dry cleaner hangs sweaters? I'm completely annoyed and finally after giving them a year to get their act together, I will be changing dry cleaners. Even that annoys me...their service is so bad that they will further inconvenience me in finding a new service. Ugh. My recommendation is NOT to choose this business as your primary cleaner. I have spent a few months looking for great prices on good dry cleaning and this place is it. I can dry clean my short summer dresses for $1.99 and my long dresses for $3.99. Most of the places I've tried start at $4.99. The staff is great- all super helpful and willing to break down prices. Same day service is available as in many other cleaners, but it just feels so much better when you pay less for it! read more

I was hoping for good experience. I took 5 pair of brand new slacks in I'd only worn once, they ruined them all. One pair came back with stains?? They all had heat damaged, and napping all over. Over $100.00 bucks for dry cleaning, just to have my clothes ruined. They hung my sweaters and left a funky looking little hump atop my shoulders. I'm so annoyed. Just try and get them to honor the price that they openly advertise on their front windows. I asked the owner's wife to at least advertise their current prices or remove the $1.59 since they now charge over $4 for a men's laundered shirt or the same price for the cheapest dry cleaning item. She yells at me that she doesn't have to advertise the correct price because she hopes that someday the price will return to that level. In other words, it is deceptive and brings in new business..while scamming the local neighborhood. Since my partner and I have been living in the area a few years I have tried several dry cleaners and have gone to this dry cleaner for several months. My first issue was a few months ago when I went to the location on a Saturday morning. Their hours are listed as opening at 730 and I got there at 725 at the drive through. There was an employee in the back of the building when I drove up at 725 and at 730 all of the lights were still off as I sat there waiting to see anyone open for business. Last Friday I stopped by to drop off some dress pants to be Dry Cleaned for pick up on Saturday. I prepay here since they require it but will not to any merchant prior to getting my service or product the way i asked for it first. I noticed on Monday morning when getting ready for work that the pants had a crease in them. I specifically said twice no crease please. Yesterday I tried to call to bring this problem to the attention of the manager and was told by an asian sounding man that she has already gone for the day and usually works from 9 or 10 to 2 or 3. Today, I tried calling a dozen times between 1108am and 229pm with no one answering the phone. Sometime it rings and sometimes it doesnt but the voicemail comes on. Why is it so difficult to answer a phone. This merchant clearly is not concerned with their reputation or making money from loyal consumers. read more

Consistent staff - the same people have been there all of these years and they are not the owners. 2. Good value-quality cleaning at an affordable price. 3. They have NEVER lost or ruined ANY of my garmets (I've experienced that too many times) 4. They do not clean garmets that are in poor condition such as sweaters or blouses with loose beading - they return them to you so that you can have them repaired before cleaning. Customers BEWARE!!! Poor service & poor customer service. I was a customer for over 15 years. Bought a pair of white dress pants specifically for a party on a Saturday, had them cleaned here and picked up Tuesday, went to get dressed for the party on Sunday and the white crisp slacks were pale pink. Bought them specifically for this party and couldn't wear them. Which they could not believe someone would buy an outfit for one event. Lots of us women do! I asked for reimbursement of the pants and was accused of trying to get a free pair of pants. Did I discolor them? No they did. I provided the receipts showing time frame of events and even my invite to a very exclusive upscale party. Manager said they would bleach them white but that does me no good since the party was over. I went feeling underdressed and a little uncomfortable. Dress slacks are not something I normally wear or would rewear. No reply to my emails and no phone calls to address the problem. read more

Me ond my BF take our shirts here to be laundered and as well as a few dry cleaning items every once in a while. They are reasonably priced and have a good turn around time. Always ready when promised, although I am never usually picking them up right away. The only thing that I don't like is that the make you prepay. I had been bring my laundry to MDC for months so I decided to bring my duvet to be dry cleaned. When I get to the dry cleaners with my duvet the curly headed lady behind the counter looks at my item and says I cant get this clean it is in bad shape and proceeded to try and not tougch it as if it was so filthy. Let me say I was very offended and shocked at her behavior. I take care of my stuff so my duvet is no different. My duvet is clean and due to its age (around 10 years old) has only a slight discoloration on the top where the opening to the Duvet cover is located. I decided to over look her behavior and still let her clean it since it was only 25 dollars which is pretty reasonable. After that incident I was retunred to bring some articles to be laundered. When I arrived I held the door open behind me for a lady who was coming in as well. The lady behind the counter with (short hair) ignored me and asked the other patron how she could help her with a smile and a hello. The other patron told her I was there first to help me and she would wait. I told her it was fine to go ahead of me but she insisted I go first. So I proceed to the counter where the employee just looks at me with a look of disgust and says nothing until she tells me my total. After those incidents and that fact that there has been many inconsistencies with the level of starch on my clothing I have decided not to return to this dry cleaner ever again!!!! I would tell others that the lower price of MDC is not worth the poor treatment received from their employees. When I spend 50-100 dollars a month in an establishment I expect to be treated as though they appreciate my business not as though it is a hassle to provide me a service I am paying for. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere!! read more

Millennium cleaners and staff provide great service. We have used them for over 10 years, starting when at their old location. I travel every week for business and love that i can make a Friday night drop after hours so my cleaning is ready in Saturday afternoon. Having full service on Saturday is how I found them years ago. I even once forgot to pickup on a Saturday until after closing. Since I was leaving on Sunday afternoon instead of Monday, I was pretty upset with myself. My favorite power suit was in my cleaning and I had an important presentation at a conference the upcoming week. I left a message for the owner, who called me back later, on his way home from a dinner engagement. He met me at the store at 9:30 pm that night to retrieve my cleaning. And, most recently, I was sitting in front of the store finishing a call with my sister...I looked up and here they came out of the store with my cleaning. This place is cloaked in smoke! The lady that works the register is rude and dishonest and the owner is a bad business man given this place a chance twice... Both times was treated rudely and after being charged twice for the same service the lady behind the register not only denied the charge after i show her my bank statement but didnt even own up to the fact when her boss saw the statement was charged twice, the owner just simply refused to reimburse my funds stating it was the banks mistake even after he saw the charges twice! I have been using this place for over five year and have never had a problem. the staff is very friendly at drop off and they call you by name usually. The kids who are there close to closing are not as friendly or attentive but still nice. These cleaners ripped the sleeve of a jacket I took in and also did not remove the sweat smells from 2 other garments I took to them. The worst part was, when I took the garments back to them to point these errors out, the owner told me that the ripped garment must have been falling apart in the first place (it wasn't; it is only a year and a half old and is a high-quality brand), and also that sweat smells don't come out of garments (since when?). I asked the owner for my money back. She gave it back to me with a really bad attitude, while telling her assistant that she was taking me out of their system so that I "couldn't come back again." Needless to say, I was pretty angry that they would try to make me feel guilty for them damaging my clothing and not doing what I paid them to do.
