I asked her what the most traditional Banh Mi was and she said that it was the pork and ham. I ordered that and an iced Vietnamese coffee. The coffee is solid. Extremely flavorful. She said that they use condensed milk in the coffee. The sandwich was good. The flavor is interesting and the jalapeños give it a jolt. Good bread and I think it was slightly toasted.
