Family invited us to dine here for Thanksgiving dinner. First time having a holiday meal out and first time at Mimi's. Our reservation was for 1:15 and we were seated on time. Fifteen minutes later our drink order was taken and delivered five minutes later. At 1:50 our waitress appeared and took our dinner orders. Our food started to arrive at 2:20. Yes the restaurant was very busy but they weren't adequately prepared in my opinion. The holiday turkey meal was $31.99. For the cheapest meat you can buy this to me was price gauging. The meal came with soup or a choice of salads and a small piece of pie for dessert. They did have two different options for people that don't like turkey. Either salmon or a hamburger. The turkey dinner was huge. It was not some processed turkey product. It all tasted good except there was too much salt in the gravy which was put over almost everything. I wish cooks would learn that salt can be added but not removed. The restaurant was big and we had a good table. It wasn't so loud that we could hear each other. Our waitress was nice and efficient.

I've lived in the vicinity of this Mimi's Cafe for about 17 years and I've never had the chance to come in. Well, I wanted breakfast and I was tired of our usual spots, so we decided to come in and give this place a try for the first time. Walking in on a Saturday, late morning, there were quite a few people in but it wasn't busy at all. We were sat right away in a booth near the front door. The decor is a bit dated but I kind of liked the old home/country living feel about the place. Extremely nostalgic. I'd only be mad about outdated if the place smelled or was visibly dirty, which is NOT the case here. It's very clean in here. Our server was good and checked up on us fairly frequently. She was nice but not overly, the perfect combination of attentiveness and politeness I like in a server. We got two iced coffees and they were excellent. I liked their presentation, definitely wasn't expecting that. Our meals came fairly quickly and we both enjoyed what we ordered. I will admit I wasn't a huge fan of the potatoes on my plate but there was nothing "wrong" with them. I'm not a fan of overly seasoned things, especially potatoes, but my husband thought they were fine. We liked Mimi's enough that we talked about what we'd order when we came back in and that we'd want to come in for dinner sometime. Overall, a solid place for a good meal.

This was my first time ever ordering from Mimi's Cafe and I was very excited. I was in from California and I ordered a delivery order to my hotel. Came quick and presentation was perfect. The turkey club was not very good. The croissant was hard as a rock. They put mayonnaise when i specifically requested there not to be any. The turkey was slimy and had an odd taste. Fries were good and well seasoned. The Dubai chocolate muffin was smashed and sloppily made. It was also dense and extremely dry. Bummer, as I have never tried anything that flavor before. My wife enjoyed her French toast and her eggs. I ate her bacon but there were several pieces raw, not fully cooked all the way. I guess it's just hit and miss.

We just got back from our vacation and havent done a grocery run so we decided to have breakfast somewhere. We've been seeing this place beside mary calenders and we said give it a try. I'm glad i ordered the eggs and bacon croissant, it was delicious. The fried chicken and waffle tho, something feels missing but not bad. We saw that they have a lot in their menu so we want to try them again next time.

We just love Mimi's. It is very cozy inside. It is beautifully decorated with the authentic French theme. The place is very clean. We have been here several times now and every visit has been a great experience. Pleasant atmosphere with nice background music at the proper volume level. You can actually hold a conversation. Menu was quite large with a good number of "new" and seasonal offerings. Food came out fairly quick and also our food was prepared fresh. We have tried different dishes and every single one was delicious. The food was tasty , fresh and served in nice portions! The food was made from scratch and they have seasonal menu too. Our favorite dish is: the French Pot Roast- it's so good!! And also their French Onion Soup is to die for, so yummy! Their muffins and Madeline's are made from scratch daily and you can taste the difference in the freshly baked food. ( which is so rare these days). Staff were friendly and professional. We were greeted with a smile and everyone was very nice, attentive and inviting . We have met the general manager Damon and he was very friendly, welcoming and you can tell that he truly cares about his customers. We have felt appreciated and we had a great experience. Overall: My wife and I love Mimi's! It's a great restaurant if you want to taste new flavors , delicious dishes and experience French cuisine.We highly recommend this place.

I haven't been here for a long time. Came here around 730ish p.m. Thursday night. Not full, maybe 5 tables were occupied. It waiter John is superb. I noticed their menu is huge compared to 7 years ago. I ordered turkey dinner and it wasn't bad at all and hubby ordered half roasted chicken. The portions were just right. The chicken was slightly dry but not bad. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. Noise level low. Plenty of parking!!

I'm from out of town, so the weather to me has been very cold which made me crave corn chowder. Yelp showed me Mimi's Cafe as a recommendation, so I decided to try it out. I was skeptical, especially since the reviews weren't so great. My nieces and I arrived around 5:30pm, it was already dark outside. Once we walked in, we noticed that it was big inside, however, it was EMPTY. No other customers. We thought okay, fine, we'll still try. The whole time we were there, there was only one other family that ended up coming in. The service. Our waiter was great! He was friendly and uplifting, considering we were the only people anyway. We he took our order, he offered to spilt our pot roast for us since my niece & I were sharing. We really appreciated the offer. He also checked in on us often. The food. Yikes. Everything looked and sounded so good. The latte I got, was cold and didn't have any mocha flavoring. It was kind of like an unsweetened cocoa milk. The spinach dip. Don't order. Tasted like cardboard honestly. It had no taste at all. It even had this weird after taste. The pot roast, this was too flavorful. It was salty and kind of like shoyu-y??? Very strong taste. I like that the meat was soft. Maybe it would've been good with rice to balance out the taste? But yeah, the corn chowder, way to cheesy taste. Not a fan of cheese in my chowder, plus it came out cold. I'm sorry, but the food experience wasn't great at all for us.

This is a consistent gem in an older part of Henderson. I'm always happy when I luck out and have Johnny as my server, who doesn't need tons of food and a friendly conversation! Oh, did I mention the muffins???

Gonna knock my review up one more star since the menu was updated with certain dishes offering more food compared to before. Always nice to notice a business taking your review into account. Only thing that would make Mimi's perfect for me again is if they put the Roasted Chicken Crepes on the menu again (they were my favorite). read more

Came here for the first time. Waitress was kind of gruff and got my order wrong. Both the Tuscan chicken and the roasted chicken weren't good. The savory sauce on the Tuscan chicken was just some watery chicken soup like thing with hardly any sauce. The roasted chicken was dry and kinda small. Mashed potatoes was good. I heard the breakfast was better so may come back to try that. read more

Mimi's' use to be my favorite place. I just ordered 2 salads. One of them no onions and no olives, well, it came with Olives and Onions. The lettuce looks OLD, It suppose to have CHICHEN, but they put the smallest little tiny pieces of meat they found. Just bad. Thanks but I'm not coming back to Mimi's. Naaaa. read more

Stopped by for a late breakfast brunch plus a yummy mimosa. We got seated in a nice comfy booth our server was very professional and excellent customer service!! Stopped and asked us can I start you ladies off with a nice glass of wine, fresh mimosa ? Or a nice cup of coffee or soft drink of your choice !! We asked a mimosa please he went over the different options mango peach orange or blue berries? Then he came back with our drinks and we order or usual steak and eggs , french fries, and pancakes with fresh fruits and creams. Our food is yummy all the time we usually share a plate since the quantity is enough for two people. Esai was an excellent server love his positive attitude and professionalism. read more

Mimis was recommended to try by a friend. Overall, it was okay if you're just looking for breakfast. Our waiter was a nice gentleman, who was mostly attentive. I had to order my coffee twice, because he forgot when I initially ordered. Two managers walked by checking on us, which was also nice. I ordered the Bacon, Mushroom, Brie omelette. It comes served with roasted potatoes. The omelette was okay, but liquidy due to the vegetables present. The potatoes, although roasted nicely, were very bland. The atmosphere of Mimis is casual, which was nice, and I would return to try something new if I'm in the area. read more

Four friends and I had lunch yesterday at Mimi's for the second time in two weeks. The food there is so good and the service is exceptional. We've been going to MIMI'S regularly for several years but for some reason or other it was especially good yesterday I had the calamari with a terrific spicy marinara dipping sauce. The calamari was perfectly done, tender, with a crisp coating and not at all greasy. I would definitely recommend their spinach salad with bacon, chopped egg and great balsamic dressing. Excellent! Two others in our party had the bacon quiche with a side salad and they loved it. Some entrées include a muffin, your choice of about three or four different kinds and they are so delicious and so fresh! Can't say enough about this comfortable friendly restaurant. read more

I used to love Mimi's and would frequently dine in their outdoor area. But they stopped serving their variety bread basket, which was one of my favorite things about them! It made them special. Now, they just serve white rolls. And, the last time I went, I even had to send my undercooked shrimp back. So sad to say I won't be going back again. Oh well. Times change... read more

We've been to Mimi's before for dinner and had a great experience. This morning, we went for our first breakfast. We were not disappointed. Coffee was good. I had the corn beef hash and eggs. The hash was made from brisket and was nice and crispy. Probably the best CB hash I've ever had. Debbie has the smoked salmon Benny. It was very good. The fried potatoes were excellent. We had them add roasted onions and peppers for a $1 more. Well worth it. It's so nice to know that Mimi's is not just for dinner. See you next time. read more

I can start with the bathroom. It smelled and was dirty with a leaking soap dispenser too. The waitress was uninterested in providing decent service and seemed in a bad mood or just didn't care. She did not ask us if we wanted the complimentary bread, we had to ask twice because she forgot. The food was garbage, the pot pie tasted like canned food, the expensive t-bone steak was a joke, the only decent thing was the kids pasta which is as basic as can be. Sad to day we went to celebrate a birthday dinner and ended up just disgusted and with a bad experience. I will never be returning here and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

So this was my first and last time there, you couldn't pay me enough to deal with stupidity. The employees acted like I was the first to ever order plain pancakes. 1st they made it with fruit toppings, then while they were already suppose to be remaking the 2nd one the manager comes and asked me no toppings just syrup and butter, right? So I said correct just syrup and butter. By this time I've already been there close to 40 minutes. Then the employee who was working the register had the nerve to apologize saying they normally don't get orders plain since they're an upper class restaurant. SERIOUSLY, if mimis cafe is upper class then where the he'll have I been. Obviously mimis cafe doesn't pay good, cause if they did that employee would know what upper class really is. read more

Of course...the 5th of July, and people call in to work, sick! Thus leaving the staff short handed and scrambling to help customers on a busy morning! We we caught in the midst of the chaos! And ya know what? They knocked it out of the park! Myrna was greeting guests, seating them, and taking orders! With the help of Augustine, who is a cook and normally works in the kitchen, they were able to handle the work load and they did it with smiles. My wife and I are regulars at Mimi's on Stephanie. And there have been times when we had little hiccups and sent stuff back. Only to have it corrected. Damon, the manager will come out and check on us! And we appreciate that. And although our regular Server, Sy, was not available that day, his team took great care of us. As does Sy, when he is there. Since the pandemic, we have become very tolerant of situations like this and we rarely complain! Nothing is as it should be. To anybody that might be listening, our only knock is the conditions of the bathrooms. I think the combination if the dark tiles, trough style sink, and poor maintenance, has resulted in a dark, dingy, dirty, bathroom! So, what are you waiting for? Get over to Mimi's and order up some of them fresh muffins! You will not be disappointed! read more

Our server was worst. Her name is Maria. I don't wanna give them any star!! We regretted visit there sooooo bad. When we go in there, hostess guy(glasses young guy) was very helpful to table. Because we took grandparents and grandpa has disabilities. . The problems was our server Maria!! 1st she didn't write down our drink and forgot our drink order and brought wrong one. . 2nd slowest service ever. We visited around 11am on Friday. Not even busy there. But all service was slow af. . 3rd she doesn't ask us anything about food and drink. She took so much time to refill coffee and stuff. We realized our order wasn't come at all after we left. . 4th I went to counter and asked hostess guy to check. Because I didn't want to pay front of grandparents. So I wanted to pay before they notice to check. I was standing to wait her job end of counter(I didn't wanna block another servers) I was waiting side. She could see me clearly. But unfortunately she brought our check to table. Why? Why did you do that? Am I invisible or what? Or are you racist against Asian? Is she new? Or what? Anyways they need to train their servers. This is not good service at all. I think fast food cashier is more nice. Thank you Maria, You made our last meal with grandparents terrible. MARIA YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR JOB!! We experienced THE worst service from TAMMY at this location. Me and 4 coworkers had brunch here and we were in complete shock. Tammy was out server, who apparently was having a bad day. The food was great, no complaints. I ordered a Mocha Iced coffee that wasn't sweet but did the job. The pumpkin spice muffin was amazing. After she took out order a few seconds later someone wanted to add a plate and the look on her face read a very noticeable ANNOYED look! Once she brought the bill, we realized bot everyone had cash and we needed it split up. A friend walked up to the register and asked to split it and she blatantly rolled her eyes, took a deep breath and shrugged her shoulders saying that it would take time. Our entire party seen her have such attitude for asking to split the bill. Keeping in mind there were only about 3 other tables at this time, they weren't busy at all. Management should be very embarrased to have a person with this level of customer service working behind them. I will never dine here again. read more

They had a 30 minute wait, which was fine but it took a really long time to actually get our drinks and food. They didn't seem to be particularly busy. The food was good. We didn't even get a drink refill or offered to get another mimosa. Literally nothing in the hour we were here. I was very disappointed with the service. It took a long time after we received the check to even get the check picked up. We used the restroom afterwards and there was only toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. If you go here the food is amazing. But the waiter Johnny is the most informed, and best part of the place. By far the best waiter, and a great listener. We have actually left if he wasn't working. The food is excellent if it ever reaches your table. The service is abundantly slow. We used to love coming here but it is difficult to get drink refills or service. And if you are paying almost $4 for a drink, you need refills. Probably won't be back until service improves. read more

Probably the dirtiest Mimi's I've been to. Bathroom was filthy and the floors were dirty. The table where we sat at had crumbs in it. I've been to numerous Mimi's and this was disappointing. The food... yeah not good either. My stick fries were cold, my soup tasted like days left over. The service was so slow I had to ask for my check. This was at 12:00, lunch time mid week! When I think if Mimi's, I think of muffins. Mimi's Cafe is another one of our national chain restaurants. I've been to several locations since its a known place. They bake some amazing fresh muffins that are offered with breakfasts or separately. Usually my visits are during the morning hours so a muffin is always accompanied. Yes I rave about them but the main breakfast is just average. Their omelette isn't anything over the top or memorable. The filling inside is usually dim. The breakfast potatoes are few and over salted. I would suggest only getting coffee and a muffin for your morning meal here. Service here has been pretty good. They have been attentive and friendly. My coffee was always refilled without me asking. It's not the best of places but it will do. read more

I met a GF here for lunch today. Parking was easy... For the most part, but the construction on the streets makes it challenging to get in and out for now. The hosted got us in right away. I didn't particularly like the big booths in the main dining area so I asked if we could sit in the sun room area. Even though it was closed off, she accommodated us! I loved that! Our server came over right away and for our drink order. When se came back we were ready to order. I had this amazing crusted and breaded chicken cordon blue sandwich and my GF Got a salad. I don't remember what kind because my face was buried so far into the delicious sandwich.... I was paying attention! I give them 4 stars because the table... Even though set for new patrons.... Was disgusting and dirty. My seat had food and crumbs on it and was not whipped down. They accommodated my seating request, but should never have put the place settings without actually cleaning the table. Everything else was spot on... I would go again in a heart beat... I'll just check the table next time before I sit down.... Lol! read more

We went there today for lunch around 12:30 & were told to wait 5 to 10 minutes but after 20 minutes I asked the cashier/waitress will we be helped she was rude & ignored us so we left & will never go back to eat there. There's too many places to eat in the area. read more

Okay, people: this place is amazing. Last night my aunts and I got the urge to ditch Olive Garden and go here instead. RIGHT DECISION. Lo and behold they are having a secret Three Course Menu deal for $12.99 per person and $1 extra for drinks (alcohol not included). Perfect meal: 1) Awesome bread basket they bring to your table (refill, refill, refill...). 2) Appetizer : Zucchini Spears 3) Entree : Garlic Shrimp with Butternut Squash Tortellini (has fresh tomato and basil on top - the sauce is SUPERB) 4) Dessert : their take on beignets (they are like custard-filled donut holes) is pretty good, but the chocolate mousse with fresh strawberry slices and drizzle is perfect and light. Better than the deals you see anywhere else. I don't know why anyone would EVER give this place a bad review. The service is always spot on and one of the things I love is that they don't rush you out the door, but the second your entire party has left they are cleaning the table. read more

Let's begin when I first walked in w my family. We were the first and only ones to arrive in the time frame of 2 min. Then another party came in and was immediately seated before us. So service from the host/entrance was just questionable cause they clearly saw us. Okay now w the food. The drinks for starters. The water, well as a constant water drinker it tastes like tap water but filtered? Cause it kinda doesn't taste like it but I drink tap water so it's whatever to me. The hot coffee, if you know coffee, it's not the best coffee. The hot coffee here is very simple. It's not strong, it's watered down. The buttermilk spice muffin tho!! Okay that was absolutely delicious! For the main dishes, the food, was alright. The two-egg platter was simple(the muffin was a part of this dish). The potatoes weren't that seasoned. The steak my dad ordered medium, came almost well done. But let's go back to the service. The service wasn't good. The waitress wasn't attentive at all. The manners were...absent(for a lack of a better term) when giving our order or when we received what we ordered. But I give this place 2 stars, and it would've been 1 star or less, but that muffin saved it! read more

Just don't go here. It just keeps getting worse. The food quality keeps going down and the price remains the same or higher. It's obvious there is zero money being invested back into this location. The chairs are worn out, carpet is gross, the bathroom...let's not talk about it and the service is awful. Our friends wanted to go here today. 10 minutes until someone arrived to take drink order. Another 10 minutes to order. 20 minutes for the sad, wilted salads to arrive and another 20 for the meal. Pitiful! Meal was not worth price. The place was dirty and it's a feeling like nobody gives a s**t anymore. read more

So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

Unfortunately, waiting for food and drinks became the trend throughout the night. As far as the menu goes, there was a good selection of food and drinks. I went with the Cobb Salad as a wrap, while the rest of the group ordered the fried pickles, nachos, and the Eureka! American Burger. The fried pickles were a hit, the nachos were pretty good, and everyone enjoyed the burger. Overall, I liked the atmosphere, menu selection, and the food we tried. However, considering the prices, the service didn't quite meet my expectations, especially for a Wednesday night. The long waits between ordering, receiving our food, and getting dessert took away from what could have been a much better experience. I'd still be open to coming back because there were definitely some positives, but I'd hope the service is more consistent next time.

I have enjoyed eating at the Mimi's Cafes in California over the past decade. I especially enjoy the Los Feliz location, always busy, lively, and clean. The staff is always friendly. I was excited to find that there is also a Mimi's Cafe in the Las Vegas area. I moved to Las Vegas in February, so I have been missing some of things that I had become accustomed to. On May 7, I met a friend at the Mimi's Cafe at 596 N Stephanie Street in Henderson. Upon walking in, I was surprised that there were only three tables at around 2pm, but I figured that probably people were having deliveries and take out instead of dining in. We waited for several minutes to be greeted as there was no one in the entry area. Finally a blonde woman spotted us from across the dining room and made her way slowly over to us. In audibly through her facemask, she asked if there were just two of us, no greeting, no smile, no concern at all with her presentation. My friend had never been to Mimi's, so I was excited to show him a new place to dine. At this point I was rather disappointed that the person who seated us seemed almost annoyed that there was another customer to serve. We were taken to our table. There were a total of three other tables in the dining room, and expansive area of empty tables, but she chose to sit us right next to a table of three people. Now I realize that Las Vegas is open to 80% capacity, but the idea is to spread people out, not sit them right next to another table. Now for the wait. At this time, waiting for someone to greet us at the table or even acknowledge our presence, I was able to really study the condition of the restaurant dining area. Dark, dingy, and uninviting. There was visible dust on the fixtures and wooden areas. The carpet was absolutely filthy. I am surprised that coming out of Covid closure that the restaurant was not deep cleaned during that time. I have attached a photo of the carpet where you can see the cleaner carpet along the wall and the filthy carpet in the areas that are walked on. If that were my carpet at home, I'd be too embarrassed to let anyone see it. The same is true of a restaurant. This is not filth from a short period of time, this is absolute lack of care over the long term. Disgusting. After returning from the restroom, the lady at the table adjacent to ours (a person I don't even know) leaded over and told us to avoid using the restroom at all cost, that is absolutely filthy and smells horrible. At 2pm. Finally the waitress Lisa made her way over to our table. Lisa was not rude, but she would not speak up to be heard when speaking, she didn't check on us at all after bringing our food until she delivered the check, and she was nowhere to be found during almost the entire time we were in the dining room. In fact, no one was in the dining room should we need anything. There must have been something much more interesting going on in the kitchen then serving customers and making money. This is a lousy excuse for a Mimi's Cafe. I understand now why there were no customers--people had already experienced this terribly disgusting environment, sub-standard service, and dungeon-like dining room and decided that there were so many other places to spend their hard-earned money. I even heard the woman at the table next to ours telling her friends about the Mimi's Cafes she had experienced in California and apologizing to her friends for brining them to this location. I question whether the state Clark County Health Department has been to this location in recent years. Thoroughly disgusted. read more

Mimi's is unique and stands apart from your ordinary "family restaurant"...always hitting in, my experiences, on the 4 or 5 star rating for the "family" dining category. The bread basket, the muffins, the seasonally varying menu, interesting drinks- alcoholic and non certainly add to the "character" as do the themed N'awlins decor, patio dining and background music. Order breakfast at IHOP and you get ..blahhh! For nearly the same money, you get truly well prepared food that is far more interesting. Tonight's dinner dish of chicken crepes, with mixed salad on the plate was a great pairing in taste. Add in the go-out-of-your-way-for clam chowder for $2 bucks more, the aforementioned "on the house" bread basket with artisanal offerings (AND WHERE ELSE DOES THAT HAPPEN..or , where else do you even get plain ole bread served gratuitously anymore?) and you are a happy camper with a happy camper's well pleased palette SPECIAL NOTE: If he is working, request to be placed in "Justin's" area. Justin is an outstanding wait person who genuinely enjoys his job. Tonight was the first time I had the pleasure of being waited on by this young man and truly, he reminded of me of one of those waiters in a better steakhouse- always on top of his game with food choice suggestions, congenial, attentive to every need at just the right time and made ya feel like you were his only customer and had ALL of his attention- even though he section was filled with patrons. KUDOS to the young man- an example for others in the industry and a stellar team member for the Mimi's brand. Tonight...an A+ experience from the greeter, to the food and to the service. read more

We are regulars and the French Makeover and taking things off the menu has made us go a lot less often. They have virtually nothing for kids there that kids like. I guess kids are now longer welcome in the FRENCH restaurant. Our kids used to LOVE to go there. Management is rarely seen and they seem to gossip alot about the other staff. Nothing is consistent anymore, the excuse is the cooks vary in ability. What is left on the menu has hokey French names and every little thing is EXTRA. This was a restaurant that was like a neighborhood meeting place prior to the French takeover. Unfortunately, we are looking for a new favorite neighborhood restaurant. When you ask for the Manager Anthony he never has answers only says he will talk to one of his assistant managers. He seems to not do much and pass the buck a lot. We tried this place at night and the serivce was poor. Breakfast service is phenomenal and everyone seems to really care. Wifi is VERY slow. Never see management out and about like you do at other restaurants. I guess that is a sign that they don't want to hear why their customers have to say. read more

I just had lunch at Mimi's cafe. I have had good experience at the Mimi's in the past but today unfortunately it was the worst lunch I have had in a long time. The first thing I want to say is the server is not to blame. The 14 Fries that came out with the burger were awful actually tasted like they were sitting or oil had not been changed. The server had new fries brought. Next the lettuce and tomato on the burger was wilted and soggy and the medium patty was way overcooked. The server was busy and i ate it and paid and left. The cook needs to be retrained I never would have served this to a guest . Being a person who eats out frequently it will not be a place I return to. I have been coming here for 5 years on grabbing one of the best Togo thanksgiving I have had. This year was a total fail I canceled the big order due to another increase but it's okay it's the economy but now I got just the ham and a bean casserole 90.00 and was dry with the rub I was embarrassed no one ate it. Also when I canceled the order the teammate didn't tell the manager or whatever she then tells me since I didn't inform her that she can't do it I'm like how is that my fault her team don't communicate anyways I will sadly never go back and make my plans elsewhere or at home. read more

First time back here in quite a long while. Looks like the company is trying to reinvent itself. All new French themes, greetings, new menu. Looks nicer inside than it did before. Service was very good, no complaints there. Food on the other hand was still just so so. It's an ok place to stop at if you are in the nearby shopping center and just want to rest and eat for a while. Otherwise I wouldn't go out of my way. Have to stress though that the service and staff were great and that goes a long way these days. I will be back at some point and give them another chance to wow me. read more

Mimi's has good food and great deals for locals. But, the service and staff need to be retrained in customer service. During my last dining experience I witnessed multiple issues with service with not only my table but other guest. When the manager was called out to address guests complaints she simply responded as if the guests were bothering her. Staff also ignored patrons as the asked for additional items. Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try--so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing, but what really made our experience unforgettable was our waiter, Johnny. He was the cherry on top! The menu is extensive and can feel a bit overwhelming, but Johnny took the time to walk us through it, patiently explaining everything and making great recommendations. I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered Mimi's! It's a charming and immaculate establishment. The cuisine is exceptionally delicious. My go-to order is the Cobb salad and a bran muffin. My favorite Saturday breakfast place. My husband and I frequent this location and are the counter folks simply because Leah has that section and she is an amazing server! Always greets us with a smile and knows our regular order to a Tee. The food is always fresh tasting and hot, I am picky about that especially with eggs! Love love the coffee too. Came here last night with the Mrs. I ordered the steak and fries and they were delicious, the fries could have been cooked a little longer but still not bad. It's hot outside waiting for your order that you expected to get at your selected time. Aside from these two small things, my biggest suggestion for improvement is to stop bundling these delicious juicy steaks with the steak fries. Each entree that had fries were soggy from absorbing the juices (even the chicken entree, I think partially from the pico de gallo topping on the chicken maybe, but they fared the best). I would suggest either separating the fries or insulating/separating them in foil. For anyone ordering in the app I wonder if asking for this in the special instructions would work.
