Super friendly staff and the food was good. We would definitely come back if we lived in Blue Ridge!

First time visit, was pretty busy inside and out. Was seated quickly and attentive waitress. Had the appetizer of fried deviled eggs and the Original Burger with fries. The appetizer came out fairly quickly and was good, the burger was very good, the fries were nice and hot also. The best part was the takeout container for some of the eggs was cardboard and compostable, much better than plastic or styrofoam. Good food and environmentally friendly. We can't recommend this spot enough. They got the trifecta goin' on... food is on point, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere tops it all off. Highly recommend the reuben, Dixie chicken sandwich, Wookie nachos, and grilled quesadilla. The maple bourbon cheesecake was the cherry on top! Bar was obligated for regulars. Drinks were watered down and food was nasty. Would not go back.

The sign at the entrance said they couldn't accommodate groups of more than 6. We have a group of 12 so figured they could accommodate us if we split our group. We were told very quickly that they couldn't although there were other groups of 6 waiting to be seated. I brought this to the waitresses attention who spoke to the manager and the response as to why they couldn't accommodate didn't make any sense. Maybe they just didn't like our group. Fast and very good food! Just beside the downtown. We got the pulled chicken sandwich. It was so yummy!

They had many local beers which is why we decided to eat here after a nice hike that morning. I had the cheese steak sandwich, it was very tasty. It was loaded with veggies mushrooms, peppers and onions with a delicious beer cheese sauce, the bread was nice and soft and the fries were great too. The only down fall was that the servers and cooks did not have masks on. Being that we're still going through a pandemic I find for the safety of the staff and guests this should still be a requirement. Though they did space the tables out and had guests wait outside before being seated with sanitizer available, it was still hard to watch the server go from table to table talking to everyone without a mask. I personally don't think it's right, we were locked down for so long so why not take the extra precautions to make sure your business stays open and has no covid outbreaks. Food and beer were great, server was really nice and attentive so I would've given this review 5 stars but it got 4 because safety could've been better. It's really not hard to wear a mask and do your part to slow the spread, I'm also in the service industry and it is required where I work so I just want people to know. read more

Really cool place. They have a big selection of local beers along with liquors. I tried a few of their local brewery beers and they were probably just as good as any thing I've had. Even though the place was busy, the service was good. The bartender answered any questions we had even though the venue was packed. I'd come back. read more

Great service!! I love when servers are nice but not overly (fake) nice. We sat outside with our pup and got great service. Our server went out of her way to clean out a doggy bowl and give her water. they were playing bingo which was fun. BBQ pulled chicken sandwich was great. Best burger in town. I've been eating at Misty weekly for probably 3 or 4 years now. Other then hamburgers, I've had everything on the menu, and must say everything is great. I've had hamburgers at other establishments in town, just to walk away disappointed, therefore, I typically do not eat them when going out. Since I've not had a bad meal at Misty's, I thought I would give them a try. The blackberry burger was fantastic. Large Patty, cooked perfectly and so juicy. My husband loves the fire on the mountain burger. If you've not visited Misty's yet, I highly recommend you do. You will not be disappointed. read more

We enjoyed talking to her, and learning about some cool places around the area that we checked out later. Misty Mountain Hops is a music centric family-friendly restaurant. Owned and operated by Blue Ridge locals, so you know the prices are reasonable and the bar selection is vast. Plenty of local beers to chose from! The kitchen staff absolutely know what they are doing and do it well. I tried the Breakfast Burger Special which has candied bacon, habanero jack, a fried egg, and a waffle for a bun. We also tried the fried deviled eggs and Fat Bottom Girl Burrito. I promise you won't leave hungry! Aaron, the bartender, serves up interesting cocktails and always has a great story.
