Went to this location after a more popular restaurant gave us a wait time of an hour and a half. The atmosphere was great, love the live music on the TV's and the music posters are a lot of fun to look at. The wait staff was great and friendly. The beer selection was excellent however, the food however was just ok.. I ordered the fried pickled okra to start which was tasty and very interesting. My main course was Stella blue bacon burger. The bacon on my felt like it was barely cooked enough, it was good but not anywhere near amazing. They could definitely work on the food. Definitely my favorite place in town. The food is great as is the service. I can't narrow down my favorite dish since they are all amazing. Their bar has everything you could ask for and they have a few local beers which go with any dish they serve. The play some great music off records and stream concerts on 2 large TV's. I feel compelled to write a review because I rely on yelp to help pick out new restaurants when we travel. 4.5 stars is a strong review and we had great hopes. We ordered the fried deviled eggs as an app prepared both ways. I wouldn't recommend them at all. There's a reason they're not on many menus. Next came the Fat bottom girl burrito, the cluck and smoke chicken sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Both chicken dishes tasted like canned chicken. The cheese sauce is pretty disgusting . The "seasoned" black beans were straight out of a can. The Philly was ok but WaWa has a better one. Really mediocre food. We did see an amazing plate of pork rinds come out of the kitchen. I'd recommend fried pork rinds and beer. From our experience I wouldn't expect much more than that. Great atmosphere and friendly service, it's the kitchen that disappoints at this pub. read more

After reading reviews we stopped in. The staff was excellent. Cherish was super friendly. The live music was enjoyable. My husband enjoyed the cookies and cream on tap; the mango creamsicle was good. The food was excellent. My husband had a steak burger and fries he enjoyed. I'm always chasing the Philly cheese steak and this did not disappoint; the side Caesar was also really good-a surprise with capers on it but really enjoyable flavors. My husband tastes both and agreed. Whatever sauce they use on the Philly has a little kick and it was tasty! Cherish offered us coffee and/or dessert which we passed on, as well as the 'to-go' since we would be leaving town in a few days. When she brought the tab she included a generous portion of chocolate snowman cheesecake to enjoy at our rental cabin that evening. I highly recommend checking Misty Mountain Hops out!! I at least hoped the person at the door and bringing me my food would have one on, but I was the only one with one on. We will go back when the pandemic is less risky. We visited Misty Mountain Hops on a Wednesday evening during Covid. They were takeout/curbside only and were friendly when taking our order and made their best use of time by cashing us out while we waited for our food. The time we waited for our food was about the same as we likely would have waited if their dining room was open. We enjoyed our Philly cheese steak with beer cheese and chicken tenders. Their fries have a nice crispy coating on them and portion sizes were ample. We also got some pork rinds. Yum! We would return. Good food and friendly service for a fair price. read more

I wanted to try Misty Mountain Hops because the menu had food for me, my mom, and the rest of my family. We went around 2 PM, and oh my lord it did not disappoint!! My mom got the "Going Back to Cali Burrito" and I got a vegan hamburger, and both were delicious! Our waiter's name was "Jessica", and she was amazing!
