Yummy and affordable Chinese BBQ place. I ordered their soy sauce chicken for the Chinese New Year party this year. Their BBQ stuff was pretty good. They have a BOGO whole soy sauce chicken for $44.99. The great promotion is the two-item BBQ combo rice for $7.99+tax or the three-item BBQ combo rice for $8.99+tax. They also have to-go specials for a three-item lunch box, only $6.99, or three-treasures rice with salted duck egg for $9.99. (To-go only) I ordered the two-item BBQ combo rice with BBQ duck and BBQ roasted pork, and my mom liked it. Please note that there is a minimum charge of $35 for all credit card transactions, or a $1 surcharge will be added. The place is small inside, but they have a few tables for dining in.

Food is decent and ordering take out is quick and simple! Service is fair and only about three to four small tables available for dining at the restaurant. Casual ambiance with lots of foot traffic.

We ordered the seafood chow mein, Chinese broccoli with Satay beef and the 2 combination meat plate (roasted duck and roasted pork). All of the dishes were delicious! The seafood chow mein was crispy and flavorful. The Chinese broccoli with satay beef was tender. The roasted pork and duck were both crispy and juicy! The total for all this came out to about $58 before tax and tip. The meats were a bit too salty for our liking but it was still good! They give a free bowl of chicken soup for each person as an appetizer. Service was great and we received our food quickly. The restaurant is a bit small and had a limited amount of tables. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. I would recommend giving this spot a try if you're craving Hong Kong style food and HK barbecue!

The worker who was helping us was really friendly! The food here is reasonably priced and tasty! They also have a lunch special for $9.99 which is a pretty good deal! The interior was pretty small but they had tables for those who dine in.

Stopped by on Saturday, 08/16/25 during lunch time with my parents for the first time! We spontaneously found this location and wanted to try it out since we saw a bunch of customers dining in; this place is also pretty small. We had to wait around 2 minutes as the employees were cleaning up the table. We ordered the following: - 1 MK house special fried rice = $16.99 - 1 beef chow fun= $14.99 - 1 seafood pan fried noodle = $16.99 SUBTOTAL = $48.97 TAX = $4.77 TIP = $10 OVERALL TOTAL = $63.74 The wait time for our seafood fried noodle was quite long. We were given complimentary chicken feet soup which tasted amazing. The employees were very quick on their feet. Note that this place is rated B, not A. Overall one of the best Hong Kong and Cantonese style food you can ask for!

Very reasonable priced BBQ place. Chicken and BBQ with rice bento. A healthy option that I can eat with cucumbers. Service is fast. I called it in and picked it up pretty fast within 5 min.

Quaint to-go in RH for solid Chinese BBQ. It has about 8-10 tables if you wanted to stop and enjoy a your meal. Dine-in orders come with a house soup (chicken feet and peanuts(?) stew). The roast duck was juicy and roast pork had a good crunch (not too hard and just right). Overall, nice flavors, clean and good service all around. A good find for those lazy nights you don't want to cook!

I came here with my family (total of 4 people) early on a Saturday evening right before New Years and were seated promptly. The front of the store sells their delicious roasted duck separately, while the back of the restaurant is the sit down area. The owner and other workers were very accommodating and we were able to order and get our food very quickly. We ordered the yang chow fried rice, shrimp wonton noodle soup, 1/2 steamed chicken, and 1/2 roasted duck. The meat was so tender and delicious, especially the duck - the semi-sweet sauce they provided as dipping sauce especially enhanced the flavor. I'm also a fan of steamed chicken and my only complaint is to beware of the little bone bits (I'm sure every seasoned steamed chicken enjoyer would understand). The fried rice was also full of flavor, and my mom especially loved the wonton noodle soup. Overall, I'd love to come back for their duck the most - I was so enamored that I ordered another 1/2 to go at the front of the store. Just be sure to bring cash, as purchasing with card incurs an additional charge - I didn't know that but they graciously allowed me to pay the original amount with card, which was so appreciated.

I've been searching for a place like MK BBQ Cafe and here it is - the BBQ cafe of my dreams. All I really want when I'm ordering from one of these places is a combo plate. Give me some BBQ pork and some roasted duck over rice plz. Most places do a good version of one of the two. And most places are very pricey. At MK Cafe, a two item on rice is only $12.99! I chose the roasted duck and crispy roast pork. Both were very moist and tender. The pork skin was also nice and crispy. Hands down my favorite BBQ plate. On a recent visit, I tried the minced beef with egg ($16.99). Their version of this dish is very wet. It's much saucier than any other version I've ever tasted. I appreciated it, but I do think I prefer the drier version of this dish. I did, however, likedthe addition of the diced bell peppers. It helped enhance the overall flavors of the dish. Highly recommend coming here if you're into BBQ pork or duck.

Their HK style food is authentic and delicious. We started with the hot and sour soup and it is literally the best version we have ever had. It had a bit of the Szechuan numbing spice and was a huge portion so we took half home. We also ordered their steamed rice rolls with shrimp and chive and you can tell it was made fresh by the wrinkles in the rice paper. The last item we ordered was their chinese sausage clay pot. It was exactly what we were craving. Crispy rice all along the edges with perfectly steamed rice, chinese broccoli and crispy chinese sausage. It was hard to choose because their menu was huge and we came late so we missed the pineapple buns but definitely need to try it next time. I also saw everyone ordering the lemon iced tea and realized it's because they do free refills! That's another need to try. I felt the value was really great and we definitely are coming back. Service was also great. The waiters quickly came over when you waved them down and they checked on you just the right amount of time. The decor inside is very cute and I love the retro style. Only complaint I would have is that we sat on the left side of the restaurant and there were quite a few mosquitos on the booth so we ended up sitting on one side.

It took about ten minutes for us to get a booth table, but we were waiting inside. The staff member called numbers firstly in Cantonese then in English. After we sat down, the waiting line persisted past 1 pm. Similarly, the bustling loudness continued on during the course of our meal. Food arrived quickly, however. The price point for the delicious food is competitive. We got French-style filet mignon ($18.99), braised tofu in brown sauce ($14.99), chicken chow mein ($14.99), and a steamed rice noodle roll with barbecue pork ($5.99). A pot of rice was included in our meal. The steamed rice noodle roll with barbecue pork was a nice appetizer that arrived first. I enjoyed how the French-style filet mignon was garnished with Thai basil, black pepper, and ginger. The meat was flavorful and tender. The braised tofu in brown sauce was consistently hot on the inside. The delicious brown sauce soaked throughout the vegetables. The chicken chow mein didn't have a lot of sauce, but it was still delicious with a lot of meat included. Overall, it would be nice to visit again outside of a peak time because the food prices are competitive. The menu is expansive, and the breakfast selections look interesting. The atmosphere during the Sunday lunch peak time was consistently bustling. I think the restaurant started to play Chinese music loudly at random points so that people could finish dining more quickly.
